I get the hype now! I was in the area shopping and wanted something quick and healthy to share before dinner. And I found out that they have world wraps in the area! I was so excited because I've seen this pop-up on TikTok and have always wanted to try it, I am a big fan of healthy salad/rice bowls. We got the chimichurri and salmon bowl and it was pretty good, I think that there could have been a little more flavor, but it was good for what it was. First the negative, kiosk takes a long time, it was Sunday and not busy at all, but both machines were being used and they were taking too long to order, there were maybe 3-4 employees working, none asked us if we could order with them, all were busy doing something from cooking to expediting the to go orders, cooking and running food out to the tables, once we finally got to use the kiosk to order, I could see why it took so long, there's a lot of options and you can fully customize your meal, I tried my best to make it quick and maybe if I come often I can do it faster but it took some time to order for 3, anyway after all that I got to the point of paying, and one more thing to add to the bad, a forced 4% fee for what they say is to keep up with increased labor and food costs or something! Yeah nice way to say they under pay staff, if it's forced why not just raised the advertised prices up front, I didn't notice all this until I was paying and it's all posted by the counter as well...I get it and understand this and I know some will say if you can afford to eat out you can afford to tip/pay more, that's not the point but I digress, just wanted to point out the negative for me. On to the actual food, came out about as fast as any regular restaurant, not too slow, drinks were very delicious, albeit on the small side, we all got fresh drinks they make in house, I got a bowl as opposed to a wrap since it looked like the wraps were kinda small and I was paying a premium price I went with the bowl version, it was delicious, nice balance between proteins and veggies and all had a the right amount of flavor and texture, not disappointing at all, my wife and daughter both loved their meals, wife ordered the curry fries, I tasted them, it wasn't for me but she loved them, overall it was chill afternoon, they had fans and ac running and it kept the place nice and overall enjoyable to sit and eat and they came 2x to ask if we were ok, no refills but we did get extra napkins and a box to go for my wife's half of her wrap. I'd probably return, maybe order ahead on their site and expect to run out of your drink quickly, the size of the drink was on the smaller side considering it was large I guess. read more

With a positive ordering experience, menu options, and quality/fresh food taste, World Wrapps (Bishop Ranch, San Ramon) has got me as a returning customer! It was my first time there and I was definitely satisfied. They even have community water, iced or filtered, dine-in stainless steel cups alongside communal hot sauces. Although there's not a whole lot of indoor seating, we were lucky to grab a booth! The entire place was clean and organized. Their agua frescas have chopped up fruit -- my strawberry lemonade was so refreshing. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and because I opted out of sushi rice, the staff took the time to ask me if it was ok to add lettuce, but they ended up honoring my request for brown rice instead. They even come by to take your trays when you're done eating. Excellent customer service! Overall, my friend and I had an amazing meal and time catching up over lunch. What's not to love?! read more

Went July 8th, and we had a great experience (again)! Maria was really impressive with how she was leading the restaurant and team members behind the counter. She made sure to greet all guests and bus tables and ensure tables had what they needed. We've been many times before; it's always clean inside and team members have always been helpful and friendly. I was in need of lunch to grab and meet up with some folks in the courtyard area of City Center. I took a look at World Wrapps and the sushi rice is what got me. So I decided let's try them out. In short, it was pretty good though it did kind of fell apart as I ate the nori wrap and unfortunately stained my pants! L O C A T I O N World Wrapps is located on the outside of City Center Bishop Ranch on the side with Starbucks and Mixt. The parking situation can be a bit crazy on that side, I ended up turning the corner and about to park in the parking garage before I found some easy parking outside closer to Sprinkles. I N S I D E You have two kiosks to order at, one at the door and one closer to the kitchen area. There are plenty of tables inside as well as a few outside as an option. I noticed there was a water station which I helped myself top off my water bottle. What I didn't notice was if there were more napkins. I wish there were napkins to easily grab to get extra of as I didn't realize I'd need more than the one they put inside my bag. M E N U There are a variety of options from bowls, quesadillas, to wraps (nori as well as flatbread). They even have boba so that might be something to try next time. Seemed pretty straight forward, you get a protein, veggies, and a carb all in a bowl or a wrap. I again was very intrigued with the Nori wrap options as I saw that there was sushi rice in the the wrap. I'm all for a good sushi rice folks. When ordering on the kiosk it gave you suggestions on additions and well, the upsell was convincing as the pineapple mint agua fresca was calling my name. So I added it too. ~ Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca ~ The pineapple mint agua fresca had lot of mini chunks of pineapple and a sprig of mint. It was a little sweet for my taste, but it went well with my food. It's been a while since I've had pineapple so it was a nice change. ~ Furikake Salmon Nori Wrap ~ It has as described: Roasted Fresh Salmon, Sushi Rice, Avocado, Sesame-Furikake Seasoning, Cucumber, Marinated Bean Sprouts, Pickled Carrot, Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette, Garlic Aioli. It was like eating a gigantic sushi roll. They cut it in half and unfortunately as I took my first bite into it, chunks of rice fell onto my pants. Sad. So there wasn't much structural integrity when eating the wrap. It still tasted delicious. I just wish I had more than one napkin in the bag with me to help clean up or perhaps double nori wrap would help with structural integrity? Now was it sushi rice? Not sure, but it was cooked well and went well with the rest of the ingredients. S E R V I C E They were so friendly!!! Oh my goodness. My experience with folks just greeting me at the door, giving me my food...all very courteous and friendly. I'd come back just for the service. O V E R A L L I think there's work that needs to be done to help with making sure their nori wraps don't fall completely apart, but the flavors were a nice balance. I come here often for lunch. Quick, convenient, tasty, and healthier than a lot of other options nearby. Not to mention that the price is reasonable for how much food you get. I tend to eat a lot, and a wrap is often enough even without sides. My husband and I love visiting World Wrapps to share their amazing hand-cut French fries, which are cooked in an air fryer! Tonight, I tried something new for the first time--the Chicken Protein Bowl with edamame, avocado, and green onions. The portion size was just right, and the flavors were absolutely delicious. I do love all of the different choices they offer to customize their bowls. One of my favorite parts of the meal was the wasabi sauce, which was served off to the side inside the bowl for dipping. It added the perfect kick and was incredibly tasty! To top it all off, one of the staff members, Maria, stopped by our table a couple of times to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if we needed anything else. Fantastic customer service. My wife and I visited World of Wrapps for a quick lunch. It was very busy but the manager took the time to personally greet each guest in the dining room. My wife accidentally ordered the wrong entree on the touchscreen menu. When the order came to the table she was visibly disappointed. The manager promptly got her the correct item and even offered to box up the incorrect item for take out. This gesture of customer service and his attention to the experience will be the reason we will return. It would have been very easy for the restaurant manager to blame my wife for the mistake but he decided to go out of his way to ensure my wife was satisfied with her lunch. This sort of service has fallen to the way side in the food industry. This experience lets us all know that "caring" is still present in restaurants. But, if you order online or call in, you will always get a salad wrap with basically no salad. If you indicate you would like extra lettuce, it is $2 charge more- which is fine if they gave sufficient lettuce to start with. I have resorted to ordering no croutons in the Wrapps otherwise you are basically eating only dressing and croutons for $20. I would really love to recommend this place, but think you need to know what you are getting in your order as this has been consistently under proportioned on the protein and lettuce for well over 6 months now. read more
