First off the service here is above and beyond. Walked in as a first timer and the staff was very accommodating and nice to our questions. The manager came and helped us order on the kiosk and gave us good recommendations. My aunt is vegan so she ordered the Argentina chimichurri. A strawberry lemonade, and world of fries. 10/10 everything highly recommend. The chimichurri is fresh, well balanced with a hint of spice. Very flavorful all the complements are well balanced. The fries are like potato wedges, not frozen, fresh with very good seasoning blend and they give you a good portion The lemonade is fresh, with real fresh strawberries and it wasn't too sweet, tangy and a nice balance. The shrimp TexMex fajita was so fresh and they make the wrap fresh to order so it's very soft with a nice crunch. The shrimp is seasoned to perfection and the vegetables in it with avocado balances so nice. The service is outstanding!!! This will be my new favorite place. Ordered takeout and we got a shrimp fajita quesadilla and a chicken shawarma wrap with the green spinach tortilla instead. The quesadilla was tasty and the wrap was too, but it was a bit bland overall. It lacked the traditional shawarma taste but the menu here has decent options for healthier food. World Wrapps goofed making my chicken wrap a tofu wrap and made it up to me with a fresh Hawaiian Poke wrap (extra protein). The staff was so courteous and even threw in an extra brownie which was done well as it wasn't too sweet or dry like other brownies can be. They are located 1-2 stores away from the Starbucks at The Lot. An immaculate restaurant with room to dine inside and out. Today we tried World Wraps at the City Center in San Ramon, looking for a healthier alternative to Chipotle--wanting more vegetables and less salt in our diet. We ordered a Thai Bowl with Steak & Shrimp, with Peanut sauce on the side. Both the steak and shrimp were cooked fresh, and we equally enjoyed the fresh julienne cut purple cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers. The bowl proportions and quantity of vegetables were more suitable for our diet and certainly less salt. The parings of all the ingredients were colorful, appealing, and looked like a restaurant plating. Moreover, we liked the option of ordering directly at the counter. Our server Tyson was really personable, and that made a huge difference. He took the time to walk us through our experience, concerns, and suggested options, and he even took the time to check in on use to ensure we enjoyed our meals. World Wraps has a cool vibe and very clean setting, and even the music was pleasing. We enjoyed the meals so much that we ordered a Steak Gaucho Quesadilla--to go--for our son. Concept is all there, execution is very close. Lots of indoor seating and located right in front of the western entrance parking lot. Location is very bright and lit up well, very clean. Menu is vast and service is extremely fast. I went to order, used the restroom and my order was all ready. Marinated Steak wrap was amazing, at about $14, it was fair price. First time trying World Wrapps! My husband and I stopped by here for lunch before heading back to LA. We wanted something different but also a little refreshing since the weather has been a bit warm. We ordered the Spicy Tuna Bowl and the Bulgogi & Shrimp Bowl. The cashier who took our order was friendly and helpful. There's tables inside and outside so we opted to eat outside. The lady worker who brought us our food let us know that once we were done eating that we can leave our dishes on the table and they will come to clean it up - super appreciative that she told us since we're first-timers here! My husband ate up his bulgogi bowl and said it was super good. My spicy tuna bowl was really good too. It was a little more spicy than I expected but the spice balanced out well with the cucumber, bean sprouts, and lettuce that was included with the bowl. I've always wanted to try World Wraps as it looked like they had such a diverse selection of flavors. I finally came in one weekend. I had the bulgogi wrap and my husband had the adobo steak burrito. The bulgogi wrap was wrapped in nori, but I found that it easily fell apart and a bit messy to eat. It may have been easier to have it in a plated bowl rather than a wrap. My adobo burrito was flavorful and filing. Both wraps were on the smaller size, but definitely more reasonable pricing for sushi style burritos. The service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive. We were able to open the umbrella outside and enjoy the outdoor seating on a sunny summer day. read more

1st time visiting World Wrap & tried a Spicy Tuna Nori Wrap & Furikaki Salmon Nori Wrap. The Spicy Tuna included big chunks of fresh spicy tuna. Everything was fresh & best eaten immediately. Furikaki Salmon Nori Wrap had pieces of salmon, avocado & didn't have a flavorful component to it that had me begging for more. Unfortunately the Nori was glistening with oil. The oil is not something very appealing nor did it make me feel healthy eating it. I was not impressed with this wrap. Although the variety is there at World Wrapps, it's not a place that made a memorial mark for me. read more

Great varied menu! Just the right portion in price for kids meals but plenty for adults. Very much appreciate how clean the restaurant is. Everything we have had is incredibly flavorful and consistently good quality. Tonight we were hoped by Cesar, who was able to explain some new items on the menu and treated us very kindly.
