I love ordering from here and the OG bowl is delicious but something is off with their rice cooker. Texture and consistency SUCKS! Also one time I ordered, my bowl was drowning in sauce from the fish and made the rice inedible. I plore the owners to fix your rice recipe
Got 2 OG through Uber Eats for a BOGO deal . We ordered 2 tuna, 2 salmon and 1 shrimp for both and one had no tuna at all!! Very disappointed and I got take out so I won't go back to ask.
We came the 2nd day of their grand opening weekend. Surprisingly when we got to the restaurant it wasn't super busy inside. But we literally stood in line for 30 mins as all the employees scrambled to do online orders. It was the most unorganized mess I had ever seen. I think the 2 owners in red were trying to help all the people waiting for doordash or online orders but the line in the actual store was ignored for over 20 mins as the employees helped make the online orders. For an opening weekend I think that they should NOT be accepting online or doordash orders. 100 degree heat outside so the people waiting outside left. Luckily we were inside. But if they had the AC on it was not working well. Not a safe thing for fish and crab etc. After all the waiting, the employee that took our order was super nice and helpful. She did get distracted having to ring someone up when there should have been a dedicated cashier. In the end when we got home to eat our bowls the sauce on my bowl was non-existent. Unfortunately due to the distraction of ringing someone up I think she forgot to put my sauce. I will try to give this place another chance a little ways down the line but I hope they figure it out because the Walnut Creek location was awesome! The prices here were also a sticker shock because it is a lot more expensive than other poke places in the area that are phenomenal. And charging for an extra scoop of crab salad is outrageous. Nickel and dime-ing for add ons is crazy.

The staff was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about specific sauces they knew all the ingredients in the sauces. The sauces are a unique feature of Oke Poké because they have their own mixture of sauces I had never had before. I got the firecracker sauce and it had a kick to it. The portion sizes are generous and a medium was super filling. They also have a reward system for money off or free items. I'd definitely recommend this place especially when you get done with grocery shopping at Trader Joe's right next door.

They had two tables together and one table by itself for outdoor seating in front of the business We had the dog with us so I decided to see if they had pre-ordering on their website. When I first entered the website, there was an opportunity to sign up for Oke Poke Rewards which stated 50% off either a Bowl or a Pokerrito on the first order only. Somehow, I failed to place an order correctly. I wanted to order two different Poke Bowls and could not figure out how to lock in the first bowl so I could customize the second bowl. I suggested that my wife go in and order what she wanted and I would keep working on the app. She came out and said that she had mentioned the problem to the order taker, who looked and said that my Oke Poke Rewards account was set-up and gave her a $3.00 off $10 discount. I re-entered my order twice more and couldn't figure out how to send it and by then, I was so frustrated, I gave up. She said that her order was okay, but the fish was cut poorly and the sushi rice base tasted like straight vinegar with no sugar. She didn't finish the Bowl and the next day, instead of the rice being a bit crunchy, it was a hard clump. The first person who waited on her seemed confused, but he was pushed aside by someone who may have been an owner/manager to get the order started. A young lady completed the order and functioned as the cashier. She was the one who confirmed that my account had been created. I have been working on computers and apps since 1975 so I'm not completely technology ignorant. Regardless, the overall experience was less than idea and there are many other places yet to try.
Oke Poke was the perfect meal for a hot summer day!! I'm so happy for this new location in San Ramon. I've been to the location in Walnut Creek and there is never parking there. Luckily, this one is closer to me and has a lot of parking :) The inside is very clean and modern. They have four small tables inside. I ordered online for pickup. The girls at the counter were super friendly and were greeting everyone that walked in & very patient with guests. My bowl was delicious! They are generous with their toppings. I got a large bowl and had leftovers for later. Tip: Get their app because they often have promotional coupons! My bowl was 20% off Will definitely be coming back to this location

Ahhh Oke Poke is finally closer to me in San Ramon! I drive almost 30 minutes to their Walnut Creek location just for their poke...I know there is good poke closer to me, but nothing hits like Oke Poke. I love the sauces they make in-house, and all their free add-ons (avocado too!) are too hard to beat. I've been accumulating points via purchases through their app for years; I highly recommend signing up for rewards to get random discounts. Medium Bowl ($18.50): My go-to that gets me super full or I split it into two meals. I always get spring mix and brown rice with everything mixed on top. I should really try something new :P If I were, I think I would get sushi rice ($0.55) and tortilla chips to jazz it up. We arrived a few days after their grand opening, and it wasn't super busy yet before the dinner rush. Their glass counter is almost as tall as me, so I had to tiptoe to hear what they were saying to me lol. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the high ceiling made it feel like a huge space. I anticipate they will be very busy (if not already) since they're located in the Trader Joe's plaza that gets lots of traffic. I will 100% be back for my next poke craving!
I was thrilled to see Oke Poke make its way closer so I wouldn't have to deal with parking in Walnut Creek! Quality is as good as always for my usual medium poke bowl ($18.50). But, I felt there was an inconsistency in taste here. The sauces didn't have the right flavors. I'm a die hard fan of the firecracker sauce, but at this location, it was way too sriracha forward and quite unpleasant. Even mixing with my other sauces didn't help offset the taste too much. I am open to trying other sauce combos, but it was sad that my usual go-to wasn't as good. Hoping to update this with a glowing review next time because Oke Poke is by far one of my favorite poke spots, and I'd love for the San Ramon location to match in quality and consistency as the original!
Oke Poke checks off all the poke boxes for my picky fam: * Base: lighter options like mixed greens for me. The kids like classic rice. Hubs like 50/50. I appreciated they also have rice noodles too. * Proteins: fresh fish cut into decently sized pieces. Also a good variety that goes beyond just tuna and salmon. Loved they had albacore. * Add-ons: a decent variety that isn't overwhelming aaand I really appreciate that avocado, crab salad, and seaweed salad isn't an extra charge * Sauces: We loved the Firecracker sauce for its decent level of spice. You can actually taste the spice. It's got a decent kick (but doesn't burn). *Dry Toppings: of course my child loved that there was a Hot Cheetos topping. I personally just need fried garlic, fried onions, and furikake. They had all 3. There were some really pleasant surprises like the option to mix for you. As one who has cried over prices of poke that have fallen out of my bowl as I try to mix, I really loved this. It makes for a messier presentation but I'm not after looks; I want to be able to be able to eat a nicely distributed poke bowl. ;) I also thought the pokerittos and poke nachos are really cool options. AAAND the cherry on top?! DOLE WHIP??!! That was such a bonus. Definitely coming by this place next time we are in the area. Everyone is really nice, loved the space, and it's a dang good bowl of poke.

Pros Space is clean and inviting Lots of sauces to try They have premade bowls you can try if you're not a fan of making your own bowl. They ask you in advance if you would like your mixins with the protein. This was a nice option. Many options for base. Cons Bowl sizes are a bit odd. It goes from mini (1 scoop) to 3 to 5. I'm used to going to a place with a 2 scoops option so this was a surprise. I tried the sauces Oke Spicy mayonnaise Firecracker Okeechi The combo ends up being too salty for me. Next time I will add eel sauce (or okeyaki) and take out okeechi or spicy mayo. Spicy tuna was good. Spicy crab doesn't have enough spice imo. Overall I would give this place a 3.25
Came here on a Saturday night, and this place was busy with line and DoorDash orders coming in and out. The wait isn't too long, and you have a lot of choices with what toppings and fish you want. Really like that they don't charge additional for the seaweed salad and avocado. Loved the option to also have poke nachos.
This is definitely a great addition to San Ramon! I have been waiting for Oke Poke to open and it did not disappoint. There was a short line but it moved. I got a medium bowl and I really liked the rice noodles option since not many places have that. The fish were cut in big chunks and was fresh and I also liked that avocado was included in the price and it was a generous amount. The dole whip looked so good but it was a little cold to have it today otherwise I would have definitely gotten one. They even have it in a to go cup for those taking it home. I also want to try the shaved ice too. Will definitely be back!

Love their unique menu! Poke Nacho is brilliant! - Perfect appetizer for the family. The food was very fresh with many choices of yummy sauces. The staff members are very friendly and hard working. Outdoor seatings are great for family with a dog like us. Definitely coming back again! read more

This is definitely a great addition to San Ramon! I have been waiting for Oke Poke to open and it did not disappoint. There was a short line but it moved. Came here on a weekday for lunch. You can get a signature bowl/burrito, but I got a "make your own" medium bowl, which comes with 3 proteins. You can also choose to mix your protein with some of the ingredients when they add the sauce. The workers were friendly, and the space was clean. There are a few tables to sit at inside and outside. All in all a decent poke place with a lot of other things on their menu (including nachos and ice cream). Will definitely come back for more! read more

Returned recently and it wasn't as strong. Fish tasted slightly off and my bowl was oversauced (got Oke house sauce and crunchy garlic). Dropping to 4 stars. Will keep an open mind and bump back up to 5 if a future visit is clean. read more

Opens on Monday. My family just happened to be in the area when we saw them training their new employees inside. We met the owners of this location, Walnut Creek's, and San Francisco's. They were all very nice. If you have been to the other locations, you can expect the same great service and quality as the owners of the other locations were helping with training. We pretended to order and the trainees pretended to prepare our poke bowls. They even gave my nieces some Dole Whip and drinks. The Dole Whip was delicious and the perfect way to cool off from this summer heat. I can't wait to get my poke cravings satisfied at this place! read more

We had a great experience here! It was the perfect place to stop by on a hot summer day. The poke was fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the pineapple Dole Whip - it was refreshing and delicious. Delicious! The fish tasted so fresh, and there was a huge variety of fish and toppings to choose from. The best part for me was that toppings that normally cost extra at other poke places (I.e. seaweed salad, avocado) were included in the price for the first scoop. My go to destination for something healthy, yummy and filling! I've had go fish and poke house and several others and the variety and flavors here are definitely top notch. I used to go to sushirrito when I worked nearby it and that was always a hit and miss. I really wanted to finish the Polaris here and my biggest problem was not having enough room in my belly!! read more
