Santiago cleaned the vehicle thoroughly and I appreciated his use of cleaning methods that were safe for the vehicle's paint...he used a foam canon to soap the vehicle and compressed air to remove water around crevices and trim. We were due for a new car seat, so we scheduled with Diego in between taking out the old one and installing the new one. When I took out that car seat, I was in disbelief at how many snacks and how much debris could be in one car. Disgusting. But Diego took his time and did a meticulous job, and by the time he left, it seriously felt like a new car again. It even had that new car smell again! The paint job and entire outside were also pristine, of course. As luck would have it, it started to drizzle just a few days later, but whatever he did to the paint job just made the water slide right off, and the car still looks amazing almost a month later. I cannot recommend Spot On enough! We are very excited to make a treatment for our car an annual thing now, and our days of driving around with a dirty vehicle are behind us.
