My colleagues treated me to lunch at World Wraps in San Ramon for my birthday. The moment we arrived the staff was bright, friendly and super accommodating to our party of 11. I ordered the Argentina chimichurri plate with beyond meat. Portions were just right and everything was fresh and flavorful. The beyond meat was just grilled and cubed nothing special but the salad and pickled onion was yumm! Came with quinoa and drizzled with 2 sauces, mix it up and enjoy, I sure did! Lol. It's located in the Bishop Ranch City Center, plenty of parking, does get busy but they have both indoor and outdoor dining and I noticed they do get a lot of takeout orders. I discovered this great spot about a year ago and lately have been coming here almost daily! The service is amazing, good vibe employee's, reasonable prices, super clean healthy fresh food with a true worldly variety of different tastes and options! And if you need something substituted or specific changed nothing is ever a problem. The place is light and bright full of good energy. Another new restaurant that joined City Center Bishop Ranch which meant I had to check it out! World Wrapps offers so many vegetarian and vegan options that I could not pass up this restaurant. My kiddos enjoyed adding shrimp to their choices and I enjoyed that I could substitute in tofu or impossible meat marinated to fit the dish it was being put in. My family and I enjoyed quesadillas, wrapps, and a bowl. The Aqua Frescas and bobas were also delicious. My husband has since gone back and eaten here 3 more times and my daughter 1 more additional time. The customer service is wonderful and the manager is present ensuring the service is moving along smoothly at all times. He was moving through the restaurant ensuring all customers were happy and getting refills on drinks for customers. You could tell how much he cared about the service his customers were receiving. He also kept an eye on the take out order progress to ensure they were not hindering the in house orders and that they were getting out the door in a timely manner. read more

The menu in stores varies a bit from the online one so I would recommend looking online for the full menu. I loved the flavors of my meal - there were so many layers to it that almost each bite tasted slightly different (in a good way!). I wouldn't get tired of it! They also have about 5-6 house-made drinks (ranging from fruit teas to milk tea). OVERALL - 5/5 Seating is available both indoors and outdoors as of April 20th 2021 (their second day of opening). Amazing customer service - all of the staff were really friendly and some were outside passing out menus to people walking by + checking up on folks eating. I had went in for a quick bite before work. I had been to the Corte Madera location, and now we have one in the East Bay. I had ordered the Korean BBQ Beef wrap and decided to eat inside the limited tables. Every other table was closed off to enforce social distancing,, but they had tables on patio too. Some friends and I were in City Center after doing a Saturday hike, and around 12:30 we decided it was time to get food. My friend chose to check out World Wrapps and after glancing at the menu, I was intrigued. After looking through the menu, I decided on the Saigon Salmon bowl (it's $1 extra as opposed to getting the wrap). From the description, it sounded exactly like what I was craving. I ordered, and headed outside to wait. The food took about 15-20 minutes to prepare, and the staff brought the to go order outside. While waiting, we chatted with who I think was the owner. He was really nice, and kept thanking the crowd for their patience while simultaneously handing out copies of the menu to people walking by. They JUST opened a few days before our visit so I think the wait for the food was just them working through new store process kinks. The food was AMAZING. Oh my jeebus, I didn't know what to expect but the meal exceeded my expectations. The salmon was grilled with the perfect amount of seasoning while the glass noodles and pickled vegetables were refreshing with every bite. I wish the lettuce was shredded instead of chopped because it would've been easier to mix everything together and eat with each bite. They added just enough of the vinaigrette dressing to enhance the flavor of the bowl, and not overpower it. I was satisfied after my meal, with enough room for a scoop of ice cream for dessert. I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. Price is reasonable for the location, but keep in mind it's a bit of an affluent area. read more

I am so glad a World Wrapps location opened closer to where I live. I finally had a chance to stop by this weekend. Service - Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Ordered the following wraps: Spicy tuna nori wrapp - the yellow fin tuna tasted very fresh. The complete package was moist with the right amount of flavor. Bulgogi beef nori wrapp - I wanted so much to like this wrap as the beef was marinated well. The only problem was that it was super salty. There was outdoor/indoor seating. The food took about 10 minutes even though they had a full house. We will be back again to try the other offerings on their menu. read more
