Great restaurant, amazing customer service and a lot of healthy options. Their new fries are highly recommended!

The food here is top tier. From the quality to the service. Adedai, the general manager greets everyone who comes in and makes sure everyone is taken care of right when they walk in. You can definitely tell the ingredients are fresh and made to order. I didn't know before, but I learned everything is made fresh in house. I love the Thai chicken wrap. Looking forward to trying more options in the future. The restaurant is very clean and well taken care of. Must try! read more

This spot is amazing!! I got the bulgogi/shrimp wrap and I'm looking forward to trying everything on this menu. The food was SO flavorful and fresh. I was struggling to make a decision and one of the workers helped me. I've never had such nice, helpful service at a fast food(ish) establishment. That worker talked about their menu and the different offerings like a waiter would at a fine dining establishment. Kudos to that guy. Definitely coming back here! read more

Very clean establishment and staff very pleasant and accomdating. I was greeted by Elvis who helped me place my order and suggested how to order my choice of one of their bowls...Was very satisfied with my order and appreciated his suggestion. If you're ever in San Ramon, I highly recommend World Wraps so you too can share you're wonderful dining experience. read more

Amazing food and experience!! Paulo is an amazing man! Love him. I highly recommend this place for good healthy food

Ace hooked us up! Best wrap of my life. Ace was extremely friendly and helped with any questions.

Met some of the crew at the Farmer's Market last Saturday, Caesar and Tyson. Very friendly and personable, I got to sample the aqua frescas as well as the tofu tika masala. I'd give 5 stars for that interaction alone. Went to check out the spot yesterday after my workout, was greeted by Ace and Caeser. Ace is very knowledgeable about the product on hand, but I chose what I wanted, which was the spicy tuna nori wrap. He also hooked it up with an Ube Rice Krispy Treat which was nice of him. Yeah, I'd go back again to try something else on the menu. Maybe the Argentinean Steak next time. read more

We went in for a simple and quick dinner after a long day, but ended up getting an awesome experience, all thanks to Ceasar! From beginning to end, he made sure we were okay and taken care of, making sure our food, drinks and dessert were nothing less than wonderful. Overall, Ceasar made sure the night went well, and treated us really well! read more

Paolo did an excellent job! Checked in on us multiple times, and very attentive. Great work!

Quick in and out, filling but delicious meal. It's modern clean and service is normally fast - never dined in before, usually just take out. Prices are reasonable and they have lots of healthy choices. read more

Service was amazing, and the food was delicious!! I like how the place looks as well very clean.

I have been here a few times and come here for a quick healthy lunch when I'm in the area. I have tried the spicy tuna, and Bulgolgi nori and my partner has tried the chimichurri wrap. All of them have been great for a quick pick up meal. Both times I have been to this location it has been right when it opens at 11am. Service is quick and there is never too long of a line. read more

Review is for Doordash order: To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of classic burritos - the textures of the tortilla is too inconsistent (soft, rubbery, cardboard dry) and the beans and rice filling are often just too heavy for me. I do like a good wrap however,as the possibilities are endless and I feel you can get a lighter yet satisfying meal with the right ingredients. World Wrapps is in San Ramon City Center and definitely lives up to the name! They offer Argentinean (famous for beef!), Korean, Indian, Thai, Japanese, and yes Mexican-inspired wraps. Unlike burritos, the wrapping holding the food together can be soft flatbread, dried seaweed, or rice paper. They also add a good amount of pickled and fresh veggies to balance out the protein. The Furikake Salmon is probably our favorite. Its essentially a sushi-burrito but with roasted salmon and seasoned rice with Furikake seasoning and avocado. Its good-sized too and better than the rolls I've had at Origami in San Ramon. (5 stars) Also good is the Argentina Chimichurri Wrap, probably their signature item. Its a bit wetter and messier than the Furikake Salmon, but trust me that slightly tart sauce goes really well with the beef. It has a good balance of soft rice and lettuce so you get a pleasant crunchiness too with each bite (4 stars). Definitely including World Wrapps for our lunch rotation. They occasionally have specials like Paella Wraps and Impossible Meat wraps. Also, they can offer lots of customization for you. Don't like wraps - no problem they offer bowl versions, just like Chipotle! read more

Been here a few times and the service and food are always great! I usually get the Thai Chicken bowl. Always on point.

Hmmm, this restaurant has 4 1/2 stars which I find really weird. Today, we ordered two entrées and a drink. We also ordered the Argentina Chimichurri with steak. The chimichurri sauce is on the salad as a dressing. He said if he orders this again that he'll have it with the sauce on the side. It was too saucy for him even though the dish has chimichurri in its name. I had to tell my order to the cashier multiple times and she was just looking at me with a blank stare. She was not a very helpful cashier at all. I ordered the Samurai Salmon which consisted of salmon, white rice, cucumber, red cabbage slaw, daikon sprouts, scallions, sesame seeds, wasabi vinaigrette, and wasabi aioli. Most of the fish was not dry, but it had a lot of sauce slathered on top which didn't make it taste saucy so that was good. However, the sauce didn't really taste like anything. Entire dish had only one bite that had a slight hint of wasabi and there was no other taste of anything really. The two people clearing the tables were very nice and very fast. The one woman Who is wearing a French twist in her hair was very nice to us and she was the one who helped for this review to get to three stars from two. I wish you had more people like her working at this restaurant. If we ever do try this restaurant again, I will refuse to order from that same girl with pigtails that we ordered from today . read more

The food is really fresh and really yummy the world fries are really good. The service was really kind as well.

I've always passed by this new place and finally decided to try it for lunch. The cashier was super nice and gave me popular item suggestions. I ended up ordering the Thai Chicken Wrap. The peanut sauce was definitely the highlight for me along with the super green flat bread wrap. The burrito was warm, which I liked, and very filling. For about $10, it's definitely a great price point for lunch compared to surrounding restaurants. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and I recommend parking in the outside lot in front of the Starbucks. read more

After a morning walk, my friend & I stopped here for lunch. Since we arrived before they opened at 11am, we ordered online. Our order was ready when we arrived. My friend got the Argentina Chimichurri Bowl with Tofu (Brown Rice/Quinoa, Red Leaf Lettuce, Cherry Tomato, Pickled Onion, Crispy Shallot, Herb Chimichurri, Lemon Squeeze, Garlic Aioli) and loved it! I got a Korean BBQ Steak (Thinly-Sliced Marinated Steak, Brown Rice/Quinoa, Spicy Kimchi, Tamago, Scallion, Marinated Bean Sprouts, Cucumber, Red Leaf Lettuce, Sesame Seeds, Gochujang Sauce, House Flatbread) and also loved it! I got a Strawberry Lemonade with extra strawberries and really enjoyed that too! The staff is very nice & attentive! Even though I live in Oakland, I'm pretty sure I'll be back! ;$ read more

Came here on Labor Day for the first time. It was our Anniversary but we wanted something simple to celebrate. Was greeted by a male worker who offered to help us order at the kiosk. We asked for favorites and he made suggestions. We ordered the chimichurri chicken burrito and the chicken masala burrito, ube horchata and the Spanish world fries. The burritos were very full and compact with protein, veggies and condiments, all with fresh ingredients. The fries served hot and were surprisingly very tasty especially with the red and aioli sauces ladled on top. The drink was sweeter than I like but had a good ube flavor. Looking around, the place is very clean and a nice atmosphere in which to dine. We were filled and content after our meal. We will be back! read more

If you are looking for a health conscious place to try and want a meal that is bang for your buck, this is the exact place for you!! I have been to this location and its sister locations (santa Clara and Corte Madera) numerous time for lunch and dinner . My go to order is the furikake salmon, which I request as a bowl (+ $1). I have to say this meal is addicting. I could literally eat this meal every day for rest of my life. Rice (5/5): The rice is cooked perfectly and has an aromatic smell that goes well with the salmon and the veggies. Salmon (5/5): This is the key component to what makes this dish so phenomenal. The fish is cooked so perfectly that it is still moist and has an amazing bake char to it that pairs well with the mayo. If I could, I would order just the salmon alone to meal prep. Veggies (5/5): I would say the selection is truly amazing and goes well with the whole meal. Overall, I would recommend this specific dish. I have tried other dishes, but this specific one will get you hooked. I love that it is healthy and leaves you feeling good- not too heavy of a meal. On 6/11/2024, I happen to meet the owner of the store and he is extremely amazing. He was very welcoming along with his staff. He was very accommodating and made me feel part of the community. He gave me great recommendations on what to order and was attentive with me during my time dining in. I happen to come here around lunch hour and it usually is not too busy and the facilities is spotless. I love eating at this establishment and have been eating here at least 2-3 times a week. It is a good alternative to meal prep honestly. read more

The thing that stood out to us the most was the service. I've never been to a restaurant where the manager went so much out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. Especially a place where we order at the counter/kiosk. The food was also really good. We ordered the bulgogi and shrimp wrap, which was good but fell apart pretty easily. The fries were good with the sauce. We loved the chimichurri steak the most! We will definitely come back to order again. read more
