The food is always solid, and the service is exceptional. My friend and I decided to have dinner there last Wednesday and I was so blown away by the excellent service and friendly nature of the staff. Great job, I will be back soon. read more

took good care of the service and the food was absolutely amazing. Would recommend 100% to go eat at World Wrapps

First time coming here. My wrap was very flavorful and filling. Felt light and fresh even with the large potion. This restaurant has many unique combinations of flavors from all over - American, Asian, South American. Something for everyone here! read more

There's a lot of great dining in the area, but this is one of my favorite spots for a consistently delicious meal at a great price. There's a hidden gem that's no longer on the menu but they'll serve it to you if you ask: the sublime Saigon Salmon bowl. Salmon this tender, juicy, and flavorful at a fast casual place? You'd be pleased to get this at a fancier restaurant but you can have it for a quick lunch here. The combination of flavors and textures in this bowl is so satisfying, from the crisp cucumber salad to the pickled onion to the garlic aioli. My spouse is a huge fan of the Argentina chimichurri wrap, another super flavorful and fresh option. Service stands out for always being friendly, always going the extra mile even at a counter-service type place. The GM is super caring as well, talking with patrons and generally being present. read more

Yummy!!!!! Love the texture, taste, I even recommended it to my friends who haven't been here. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place - one of my favorite spots in the East Bay/Tri Valley. The food and drinks are so delicious, always fresh and flavorful! The ambiance is clean and inviting and the service is top notch - the staff goes above and beyond for their customers. Shout out to manager Diego and his team, you're all incredibly kind and helpful! Just the best all around. read more

I discovered this great spot about a year ago and lately have been coming here almost daily! The service is amazing, good vibe employee's, reasonable prices, super clean healthy fresh food with a true worldly variety of different tastes and options! And if you need something substituted or specific changed nothing is ever a problem. The place is light and bright full of good energy. Food always comes out quickly and consistently probably no less than five minutes I would say even when they are really busy. The owner is constantly walking around checking on everyone to make sure everyone is happy. All around great place read more

Yummy, healthy food. Kind staff. Orders are freshly prepared yet ready in a timely manner. Great for picnics and quick yummy dinners. Wish they had a frequent customer card where you eventually earn a free salad or wrap. read more

I'm always in search of a salad place and I found one who also sells salad wraps! I got the shrimp Cesar salad wrap and added chicken for an extra $3. It was really good. My boyfriend got the Satay Chicken wrap and thought it was good. For our two wraps and a drink, it was about $32. Pricey but still good. Drink options are lemonades, other juices and even boba tea! I tried the strawberry lemonade and it was great. * I'm not a fan of the drinks sitting out, everyone who's ordering or purchased a drink are basically hovering over them. They should change this! Took about twenty mins to get my order which wasn't bad to say how busy they were! Seating inside is open and they have plenty of seating outside. (If you can't get a seat right in front, there's other tables near by where you can eat at) Definitely will be back. read more

Stale food that caused stomach cramps and diarrhea. I took the Spicy Ahi Bowl and the fish was smelly + unpalatable. The lettuce was wilted and had brown marks all over. I am so glad I did not give it my 7 yo, who had the Roasted Salmon Wrap, which was just about ok. In general, neither the quality of produce they use is good, nor is the cooking great. Very disappointed. read more

This place is the BEST secret! We come whenever we're in the East Bay. My favorite is the Saigon Salad - it's not on the menu so you can only get it if you're in the know Excellent service, clean healthy food well made delicious recipes. If you haven't gone yet, you MUST! Special thanks to Anya, Ace, and Jackson for a perfect meal! read more

My colleagues treated me to lunch at World Wraps in San Ramon for my birthday. The moment we arrived the staff was bright, friendly and super accommodating to our party of 11. The manager Elvis was such a sweetie pie and went out of his way to make us all feel special by constantly checking up on us and he even gifted me a "free wrap or bowl" card. It was such a delightful experience. read more

Great food and consistent quality, Thai chicken bowl is a no brainer here. People are extremely nice as well.

We love this place! It is literally one of the only places my family of 6 all loves, even my picky ones! The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is always friendly. The drinks are also super tasty! read more

Super tasty food and the service was 5 stars. Thank you, Ace. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family. We'll be back!

Just had lunch here. Everything was very tasty! We ordered the bulgogi wrap and poke wrap- all the ingredients tasted really fresh. The restaurant itself is very clean which is a plus but also the service here is great. The front of the house staff greeted us and I believe the owner too. He was very personable and even came to us when our meal came to make sure everything tasted ok! He also gave our daughter a brownie cause he said she reminded her of his granddaughter. Quinoa is so hard that it will chip your tooth! Also, there's a 3% surcharge to pay for health insurance. That's something an employer should pay, not the consumer. I will not be eating here. Their boss obviously does not pay enough. Every single customer is expected to pay employees their "LIVING WAGE". read more

We order World Wrapps often and always have a good experience. With the selection, there is something for everyone in our family (including our two young kids). I often get the poke bowls, and the fish is high quality. All the other ingredients are fresh too. It's a good and healthy option for take out. The service is also great and they are helpful. There are a lot of options and they're always willing to help with your choice if needed. We don't eat in the restaurant often (we get it to go), but it's a good atmosphere and good place to get a quick bite. I would definitely recommend trying out World Wrapps if you haven't had a chance yet! read more

This is our go to place to eat at City Center. Food is delicious, prices are reasonable and service is always great. I highly recommend the chicken tikka masala bowl. Food is great and the employees are very kind! They play good music and it's always very clean here too. I've ordered the bugolgi steak wrap, spicy tuna wrap and the bowl and the gaucho steak quesadilla and all of them are BOMB. Decided to drop a review because I believe quality control is critical. I came here regular but today the main Asian guy/owner in charge wasn't here. I ordered my Thai chicken bowl as usual... and as I finished 75% of my bowl, I discovered some pink looking chicken pieces. I alerted the cashier who took the order and she apologized on behalf of the kitchen and gave me a complementary wrapp next time. But this is still unacceptable and I hope I don't get sick from this. read more

Generous portions on the bowls and good fresh ingredients. I'll definitely come here again.

Our wraps came out fresh and were delicious. And the service was excellent. We will be retuning soon!

Food is excellent and service is great. Ace is the manager and he is super nice and gets you whatever you need.

I ordered the Tika tofu bowl and it was so delicious! The flavor was there for sure but there was not enough protein. We also order the California wrap but it wasn't spectacular, and for the price was not worth it. The bulgogi wrap was good but was a bit skimpy on the meat. I will be back to try another bowl. read more

LMy family and I went to World Wrapps for lunch. Diego and his team were outstanding. The food was excellent. The service was great and the restaurant is very clean. Is it fair to give a 2-star rating after only visiting one time? I'm a bit mixed on this, particularly since I primarily stick to 5-star reviews, but I thought it was necessary given the circumstances. I had the Nori-Wrapp (which is like a sushi roll burrito so it's nori and rice in place of a flour "burrito") Spicy Tuna on the recommendation of the staff. If you've had the pleasure of eating Sushiritto (https://www.sushirrito.com/), before - which I'd prob give a solid 4-stars as it's really good but doesn't reach 5 star - you know how these wraps should work. Unfortunately, this nori-wrap at World Wrapps was a total mess. The wrap comes cut it half, so two wraps to eat. For the first half, the paper that covered the wrap had totally seeped into the nori, so you couldn't even eat the wrap because it had this light, wet, paper embedded in it. Ummmmm, that doesn't work. So I basically had to dump all contents out and eat it with a fork and spoon and no nori and rice. No bueno. The staff saw this and was like is it ok? I was like no, not really, but I'll eat it, no big deal, thinking maybe the second half wouldn't have that problem. But then the exact thing happened with the other half. So I took it to the front and asked them, "This can't be the way this is supposed to be provided, right?" And they said, sorry, no, we will get you a new one that is made better. To note, the staff was great, very nice, and accommodative after I complained on the second half of the roll. How that first roll even got handed to me is kinda beyond me though, it wasn't super busy. ANYWAYS, I got the NEW second nori-wrapped spicy tuna. And while the paper wasn't seeped into it, thank goodness, the roll still had very little weight or structural integrity (VERY important with rolls like this!) to hold up to the weight of all the fillings. As for the fillings, nothing great or special or noteworthy. Spicy tuna was ok. The other ingredients were just kind of whatever. This place is in the new Bishop Ranch, which has a ridiculous lineup of restaurants (getting Marugame Udon was a HUGE pull), all of which I would rather go to than this place at this point, which is why I don't understand the high rating on Yelp. I don't think this place can last if this is the quality of food. I don't plan to go back, even though the nice staff gave me a free sandwich coupon. Maybe I got them on a bad day? It just doesn't seem so since I tried the same item twice. read more

Me and my wife come here about once a month for one of the best Caesar Wraps you can get. In general I really love the chicken here, it has a distinct char grilled taste. I haven't ventured out much on other wraps but when I have they have been good. An essential attribute of any sandwich or wrap is its construction. I mention this because this is where World Wrapps in City Center really shines. No matter the flavor or day their wraps are consistently tiiiiighht, literally. I've had many Caesar Wraps that taste great but fall apart since iceberg lettuce is not a great foundation to keep a wrap together. Where I have at other wrap joints, I've never experienced a wrap "blow out" at this World Wrapps. They also avoid the dreaded pool of Caeser dressing at the bottom of the wrap because they are wrapped so tight. Ambiance is what you would expect from a west coast fast casual dining experience. Eating out front is a nice location to people watch. The owner/GM is also consistently spotted at the location. It's an added bonus that the management cares so much about the performance of this location. read more

first time here from socal, it was fire!!!! caesar made this such an enjoyable experience and was on top of everything!

coming here only for trying their boo-ba. choose pineapple mint aqua fresca ~ will say too sweet for me and the boba is hard. cooking a bit longer will make the boba better. if sweetness may be personal opinion but i will say that if not that sweet, it will taste better. they blend the mint so can taste the mint and put the pineapple chunks. will come again for the foods for sure. service is ok and place is nice though not too spacious but nice ambience... read more
