She did an amazing job and was so pleasant to talk to. I love my teal speckled nails and she even fixed a nail injury I had to make them look more uniform (my pointer finger - I accidentally cut my finger pretty bad and the nail is super short). Came here today for acrylics, a pedicure, and eyebrow and lip wax. Everyone was so accommodating and nice. The young lady was so gentle when removing my cuticles. I went there during my lunch (hour). The lady did my pedicure but the male did my full set. I have never seen any person do everything backwards: he attached the fake nail, left them long, applied the acrylic...hallway down the fake nail; and then decided to cut them down. I asked for narrow nails. I am so upset and unhappy. The nails are fat, wide and bumpy. He should stick to doing pedicures ONLY. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and didn't even get a chance to get any lunch. read more

I told the girl I wanted Gel but she didn't understand and I was tired of trying to get her to understand me. I paid $20 for my nails to chip next day. They overcharged me and my sister in law. My friend and I got our nails done by Ivy and she did an awesome job! She was so sweet and accommodating, she paid attention to detail and they even offer free complimentary drinks to customers. We came in at 6:15 (they close at 7) and she took her time and did an amazing job on both myself and my friends nails! We were her last customers but as we finished up about 7:30, 2 young ladies tried to open the locked door because they thought she was still open and instead of turning them away or ignoring them, she unlocked the door for them and said she could do their nails too which I thought was so nice! Came here for my very first eyelash extensions and I went with the 85$ option, although there was a 45$ which was three strands in between my lashes as opposed to single strands. Atmosphere was very clean and well put-together, the service is very nice and Ivy, my stylist, was so sweet and answered all my questions. The procedure they used here for my eyelashes was threading through the skin of the lid, in-between the real lashes. It was a very unique experience but Ivy made me feel super comfortable. First Timer! I came in just this morning due to an overdue mani pedi with my mom. I had researched for different nail salons in the Vista area, hoping that I would find one that wasn't too far and reasonable in price. I found this just a few days ago and I called in to make an appointment in the morning for two pedis and one manicure. I know I arrived about 5 minutes late, but Lisa and Philip (I hope I got his name right!), happily took us in an immediately set up everything so that we could get our pedicures going. The spa pedicures we got were great (plus they were only $12.99!!) and the attention to detail that they put on our toes were great! My mom was super happy with her toes, the service and the conversation she had with Philip and Lisa that she has now decided that this is her new place for mani/pedis! I am definitely calling it my new place too as they are so friendly and their service is on point! I am VERY picky with the places that I go to, but this one totally made it! One tip: If you decide to come in on a weekend, I definitely recommend calling in and making an appointment. Weekends tend to be mani/pedi times, so yea. The earlier the better. You're not going to regret it! ;) You can definitely check out the other services that they have on their website. May did an awesome job on my pedicure and Ivy is really sweet and helpful and was honest about the acrylics I had done at another nail salon (they were old, and should have been replaced long ago but Elite nails didn't bother doing that. My nails were in bad shape and I was not happy with my last set at all, but this manicurist helped me pick out a great color, shape and length. I have to type a lot for work so I prefer them shorter.
