We got serviced at the bar, but my mother's Screw Driver had to be replaced because there was some black debris that was in her ice and floating around in the drink. Minimal, but noticeable. Drink was still delicious though (after it was remade) according to my mom. Anyway, we arrived earlier than our appointment time and they got us in about 5 minutes before it was supposed to be. I got a Classic Pedicure + Gel, and my mom got a Luxury Pedicure + Gel, and a Classic Manicure + Gel. The lady who did my nails was named Kim, she was amazing! Very gentle and friendly. Now the lady who did my mothers nails was named Ana, and she hardly spoke, got nail polish on my mothers skin (both hands and feet) She even accidentally made my mothers cuticles bleed for her manicure. HOWEVER, she gave a great massage! Overall, I would definitely go back to this place, but I know who I would request and who I would not. I wouldn't say we are disappointed in our service at all, it just could've been better. Thank you for the new experience! P.S. The first impression of this place was bad, and so was the last. Some red flags: I already had dip on and the nail tech only 50% filed it off. He did it very haphazardly and when I asked, he said it was okay because we were doing dip over it. OKAY, what do I know- I am not a professional. I literally had old dark powder dip on my nails and he didn't shape or clean up my nails prior to the dip at all.
