I've been coming here for about a year after a friend recommended it, and it's honestly become my regular spot. I usually walk in, and they still get me seated pretty fast, which I really appreciate. The salon is big and feels luxurious but still calm. There's relaxing music, a TV in the background, flowers around, and everything is always clean. They even offer complimentary drinks, which is a nice touch. This time I brought in a Pinterest concept for my nails and showed them exactly what I wanted. I attached photos so you can see the design I asked for and how they did. They came out pretty good and stayed really close to the original idea. First, the good parts: We were seen quickly as walk-ins. I got a free drink with my pedicure. My friend liked the manicure she got. Now the bad: no one in the entire pedicure room spoke English, which meant my guy did not understand my requests to change his technique so it wouldn't be so painfully ticklish. I'm pretty sure they must do this on purpose so they don't have to do it at all! I even tried hand-gestures/miming-nothing worked. He could have gotten the one person at the desk who knew a little English, but he didn't seem to care :( I also was unable to get help in using the massage chair controls so that sucked. Lastly, they had no polish colors in gold or bronze unless I paid $15 more to upgrade to gel! I won't be coming back :( read more

My wife went to Aria on Thursday for a pedicure. By Saturday she was in urgent care. She told the tech that she was diabetic, in order for her to know to be gentle with her feet. The tech rubbed her heel with an extremely abrasive scraper so hard, she bled. My wife asked her if she had drawn blood, and she didn't answer. She didn't attempt to do anything about it, just put her foot back in the water. At urgent care the doctor asked if this was done by someone trained for giving pedicures, because although he had seen it before, this was the worst case. CLEARLY THE TECH HAD NOT BEEN TRAINED. The technician seemed upset and not very welcoming. I asked for a simple square shape, but the nails looked wider than my fingers. When I requested a round shape and even offered to pay extra, she was reluctant and only adjusted them slightly. Choosing a color was also stressful. When I asked for guidance, I didn't receive help and felt rushed and dismissed. I was so excited to try this place but after my first visit I will not be returning. I booked a pedicure for my mom and I and I upgraded our packages which was supposed to include a massage. Ok, I've been here about 3 or 4x now that I feel I can give an honest review about the place. First visit was great. I loved the girl who did my nails. They were a short stiletto (black and white) they were perfectly pointed and design came out great. Her name was Isabella. She actually tried to have a conversation which was nice. She no longer works there so disappointed when my second appointment came. Second appointment came around and I had a new lady. I honestly don't remember her name. I asked her for very pointed stilettos and she said ok. They ended up being more almond and rounded at the tips. She didn't do designs so they passed me off to a younger gentleman that did. I think he did a great job just didn't LOVE the shape. (Black and nude line designs) Neither really spoke with me which was ok. 3rd time I had a lady named Helen. Ok this girl does a great job with stilettos. I told her I wanted them very pointed. I decided this time around to cut them a little so they were short stiletto. She had a little issue with how to design but over all I think she did a good job. (Black with color hearts). Helen didn't speak very good English so that was a bit hard but we got everything done so . 4th visit I had to get 1nail fixed. It cracked right in the center so who knows what I did lol but also got a pedicure. Helen did fix my nail this time but she didn't do the design. The girl that did my design on the 1 nail did not know how to do the design or fix it. It looks kinda bad but I'll deal. The base of the nail is good and it's only paint, I'll deal. Ana did a great job on my toes. I got the deluxe pedicure, #3 I believe. They have nice massager chairs, water is nice and warm and they massage your legs at the end It was heaven lol. I didn't do gel just regular paint. They offer beverages and the menu is in the pictures. Mostly everyone you interact with is nice. I think the only downfall is some don't speak English well enough. I asked a question about rhinestones and they had to get like 3 people to translate and everyone was looking at me like I was complaining and I wasn't so it felt awkward to have so many people looking at me just because I asked a question. I got my nails done here for my second time and noticed little things that I did not like, the first time I got acrylic I think I got someone in training because he did not know how to do my design and it was very basic. I usually don't write reviews unless they're positive, but I was unfortunately very disappointed with the pricing here. I came in for a simple gel pedicure, the most basic, which was listed at $30. I had already done most of my pedicure at home, so I specifically asked for the simplest option. I understand gel polish is an extra $10-$15, but I was surprised when my total came to $52 before tip. During the pedicure, the technician asked if he could remove some callus from my feet. I said yes, not realizing this would add an extra $10 without clearly explaining the additional charge beforehand. On top of that, the massage felt rushed. The timer was started before the massage actually began, and by the time lotion was applied, nearly a minute was already gone. The massage ended up being noticeably shorter than expected. I'm on a budget, and paying close to $60 for a basic pedicure isn't something I would choose especially when I can do most of it myself at home. That said, the technician was kind and polite. Ive been eyeing this place for a while and after running some errands in Vista I thought, why not. I deserve a pedicure. The place is very nice. It is the biggest nail salon I've ever seen. Very open, there's even a bar. Very girlie, pretty chandlers and beautiful colors everywhere you look. Very well designed for pampering but without the pampering. I was impressed with the look and the setup of the place but not too impressed with the pedicure itself. I opted for the #3 with gel. Massage with sea salt was fast, not relaxing and then the massage was ok but nothing where I thought ohhh this feels amazing. My mother and I went for an early Mother's Day gift and it was our first time visiting this salon. Overall, first impressions were that this location has amazing decoration, smells, and cleanliness. We got serviced at the bar, but my mother's Screw Driver had to be replaced because there was some black debris that was in her ice and floating around in the drink. Minimal, but noticeable. Drink was still delicious though (after it was remade) according to my mom. Anyway, we arrived earlier than our appointment time and they got us in about 5 minutes before it was supposed to be. I got a Classic Pedicure + Gel, and my mom got a Luxury Pedicure + Gel, and a Classic Manicure + Gel. The lady who did my nails was named Kim, she was amazing! Very gentle and friendly. Now the lady who did my mothers nails was named Ana, and she hardly spoke, got nail polish on my mothers skin (both hands and feet) She even accidentally made my mothers cuticles bleed for her manicure. HOWEVER, she gave a great massage! Overall, I would definitely go back to this place, but I know who I would request and who I would not. The worst pedicure I ever had. The water was cold, I realized after the soak and massage that the technician, Cathy, never cut my cuticles. I asked her to do it because that is honestly what I needed most from this service. She argued with me, claimed she did it (I was there, not distracted, not on my phone, and when she finally agreed she barely touched them. My friend was with me and her person Did provide cuticle care, but to just one foot! so bizarre!Honestly- it was rushed, rude service, and not clean with a lot of soaked wet towels surrounding the basin. I've been here 5 times, all back to back. Each time I'm charged differently for practically the same service. Today I paid $63 for a gel acrylic refill. I've never paid that before unless I'm getting cat eye which is a $15 additional charge. The girl who does the check in is always so rude and has RBF. Tom and Peter are great techs. The lady (I believe the manager or owner) who runs the bar is so sweet. Having a complementary drink is great and the salon is very nice. But the inconsistency in pricing and the rude front girl are a big turn off. I don't understand being charged $7 for shape when my nails being filled are already that shape? Very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed the nail technician the design I wanted, but my nails came out very thick, poorly shaped, and nothing like the picture I showed. The quality of the work was not good at all. The worst part was the checkout experience. The cashier was very rude and tried to add extra money when it came time to pay. She was adding five dollars more just because I was using my card, which didn't make sense and felt like she was trying to add a tip herself without asking. Stopped here for a gel acrylic fill, ended up doing a new set because the previous set was not well adhered to my nails anymore. The overall feel is very large, 2 large rooms for pedicures that fit quite a few people in each room, and 1 large room for manicure tables. There were TONS of staff around, so there wasn't much of a wait in general. Definitely easier to do a walk in at this nail place than other with how well staffed they are here. I received a free classic pedicure with the purchase of my gel set. Cherry did my pedicure, she was quick to work, and my feet felt great afterwards. Holly handled my manicure and did a good job. I was very happy with her accommodations to my short nail request, I don't like long nails due to work and wearing contacts and she shortened them exactly where I wanted them. I will say she was a bit rough with the dremel and nicked my skin a few times, but the overall feel and look I'm extremely happy with. Trip 1 a couple months back everything was fabulous with the headspa service, that was very relaxing BUT they overcharged my friend and I for our 90 minute headspa treatments. We were able to get a refund of $15 each after we showed the girls at the desk their website, though they had to call the manager and debate it for about 15-20 minutes or so even though the price was listed right there on their website, Not cool. We got the refund so that was good and they did what was right but Now we are not as relaxed as when we first walked out of the treatment room since that took so long which shouldnt have. Before we checked out & paid I asked if they could give me one of their basic $20 manicures...it was the most rushed & the absolute fastest manicure I've ever had in my life! 15 minutes! Rush us in and rush us out. It was NOT Relaxing at all. Ok noted, I won't do that again... Trip 2) Today with some reluctance after my first experience I decided to try a $50 pedicure since the place is clean. I was hoping to come for a relaxing hour or so to wind down. I had a 3:00pm appt & I checked in early, she started on time but by 3:35 she was done she removed the towel as you see in the photo and my feet were sliding all over the place from the lotions and potions on this hard foot rest. This is not relaxing at all. She left the toe spacers on for like 5 minutes to let my polish dry then ripped those off and I was done. I asked her why she took them off so soon they can't possibly be dry. I'm positive she did not understand me so I asked a couple more times with no answer. Well that's frustrating because now the polish is messed up! By then I just wanted to go. The lady next to me said she's heard others talk about how rushed they felt here & she said she was sorry I had this poor experience and she thought maybe I had a new employee...I'm not sure about that but what I do know is if you are pressed for time and want a very mediocre Fast mani, pedi this is the place to go BUT If you want to RELAX and truly enjoy yourself, you have to look past the pretty interior and go somewhere else cuz this is NOT the place to come for relaxation...In the end I asked for a manager and they made me sit for several minutes til someone decided to be a manager and listen to my experience. Okay--now that I have access to my pictures. These were my graduation nails during the summer and I loved the attentiveness that they provided and the accommodations they made in regard to helping me. I was actually pretty nervous because I hadn't gotten my nails done in a long time so he was patient with me. The shop is pretty clean and professional in a very "upscale" kind of way and the staff all seem to work hard and enjoy hanging out with one another there. I would also add that you should take advantage of their grand opening deals. I got this set and my first gel pedicure for--I believe, ~$130 including tip. read more
