My toes look perfectly fine, I was only looking to get my money back for my manicure because there is an imprint on my thumb from the paint not drying correctly, you can see the layers from the gel color peeling in every single finger, and a chip in the nail. I have never been so disappointed as I always come to this salon and they do an amazing job. I thought they would be more understanding about my situation but the lady who I talked to at the front didn't even want to look at my nails at first, she just said "that's it. A regular manicure lasts days." Which is honestly such a horrible response because my toes look nowhere near as horrible as my manicure and they are both regular which I am expecting to last at least 7 days as I take good after care to maintain them. Will not be coming here again.

The chairs were full, but I was pleasantly told the wait would only be about 15 minutes. I had barely sat down when I was escorted to one of their new, comfortable vibrating chairs and invited to soak my feet in a perfectly warm, whirlpool bath.
