    Fly in burger

I'm not one to leave a review but I ordered a burger and it came with a dead fly melted into the cheese. I luckily got a refund through DoorDash but when I called to inform Woody's they didn't even offer to give me a free burger, just an apology. Update: It took me sending a picture of the fly in my burger and my grandma messaging them, and me posting a yelp review for them to tell my grandma that I could get a free burger. No one ever reached out to me directly even after I called the manager right after I found the fly.

Having to venture out to the Gabbs area for the first time, a coworker suggested delicious burgers along the way. I shared this with my coworker in which we were traveling out and said, "I think I know where this is" and brought us to Woodys! The funny thing is when I would to Fallon I would frequent the coffee shop on the main street. I loved how cute Woodys is with all outdoor seating and ordering at the window. A cheeseburger sounded like a winner along with a biscoff shake! Wow, everything was amazing including the crinkle fries I really enjoyed the shake and would come back and order everything all over again!

    $6.50 worth of onion rings

The burgers are good enough but $6.50 for an order of onion rings and this is what you get? It's $2.00 more for a whole burger with fries. I clearly stated while making my order 2 hotdogs and then 2 separate orders of onion rings. Picked up and they were packaged together not as ordered.

I grew up in Fallon, and getting to visit my folks with my husband this weekend opted us to try a new (to me) establishment that wasn't there while I was growing up! I was excited to see a new casual place, located right next to the amazing Stone Cabin (great coffee, by the way). The vibe is a fast-food, surf burger shop - with outdoor seating which we took advantage of, with a variety of burgers, chicken fares, and more. I opted for the chicken salad, my mom got the fish and chips, my husband got the chile verde burger, and my dad got a classic burger. All of which were pretty good! I will say, the chicken salad was comprised of just ice berg lettuce from the burgers, which was fine - the chicken was delicious in itself and the balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. Everyone else enjoyed their food, and my husband enjoyed the grilled poblano pepper on his burger. The service is fast food, casual, and the person who brought our food was so sweet and amazing, kudos to you! Thanks for being so pleasant! Overall pretty good food, straightforward service, and good vibes. Will be visiting again next time I'm in town.

My husband went and grabbed lunch at Woody's today. No sooner my husband ordered, the guy offered to bring our food to our car. Great service. My husband decided to just wait by the fire pit, he loved the atmosphere. We both had the big woody hamburger. We loved them, it reminded me of an old hamburger joint in LA, so classic, so flavorful. We will be going to Woody's for our future hamburger fix.

Great little stop on our way home from Berlin Ichthyosaur. Sweet outside dining and excellent burger and fries at a reasonable price. Clea bathrooms and upbeat decor.

The burger fries was great especially the special sauce they put on it. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The seating is patio style with beach theme with some fire pits which was nice.

Waiting for my car to be serviced, I was looking for something to eat. If you follow my reviews,…read moreyou know I'm always on the lookout for new places to try while supporting local businesses. We spotted JD Slingers and decided to check it out. The parking lot is small, and if you're heading east on Reno Highway, you could easily miss it since it's tucked behind the tall Depot building in the Bonanza Casino complex. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and there were only about three other occupied tables. The menu offered much more than just breakfast, with everything from burgers to sandwiches to sirloin steaks, meatloaf, and other comfort food favorites. Of course, what immediately caught my eye was the pastrami sandwich! I love a good pastrami, but I'm pretty particular--I prefer leaner slices rather than the fattier cuts that many places serve. Our server, Anna, wasn't sure whether the pastrami was lean or not, but I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did! It was served on what I believe was a hoagie roll with just pastrami and pickles, and it was absolutely delicious. The pastrami was tender, flavorful, and just the way I like it. I only added a little mustard toward the end because the roll was a bit thick, but honestly, it didn't need any condiments. It was great just as it came. I opted for the coleslaw instead of fries, and it was a great choice--it was fresh, creamy, and paired perfectly with the sandwich. As we were finishing our meal, the restaurant became noticeably busier. Anna was the only server on the floor, yet she kept up with the growing crowd while continuing to provide friendly, attentive service. I also noticed the manager making the rounds to check on guests, which is always appreciated. Overall, this was a great first visit. Great food, friendly service, and a local spot I'll definitely be coming back to--especially for that pastrami sandwich!

They're handmade from scratch & the biscuits taste amazing. All the food we ordered was good. My wife ordered a breakfast quiche (also quite good) - and the waitress gave my wife a small, warm slice of zucchini bread which was simply majestic. All the folks who work there are super attentive & bring some next-level customer service to the table. On top of it all, the menu pricing is VERY reasonable. Moreover, aside from having good prices - the portions you receive are VERY generous. I will 100% for sure eating there next Fallon visit. In fact the ONLY reason I'm eating elsewhere this glorious Sunday morning is because courtyard isn't open on Sunday.

I got the California omelette without pepper jack. I used the salsa on my potatoes to give them some flavor otherwise they were very bland. They were cooked correctly. Not mushy and not hard. Good tenderness without having to scoup them. I could stab them with my fork. So the tenderness was I don't really like the skins on my potatoes but I'm not going to ding them for that. I'll come back. But it's not somewhere I'm making plans to visit. If I'm in the area, the it would be worth the stop. (I live 30ish minutes away. Not sure if that helps)
