Service is fine. Polite. I've had better. It was a little slow. The amount of flies was annoying to continue swatting away throughout the entire meal. Omelette was good. I got the California omelette without pepper jack. I used the salsa on my potatoes to give them some flavor otherwise they were very bland. They were cooked correctly. Not mushy and not hard. Good tenderness without having to scoup them. I could stab them with my fork. So the tenderness was I don't really like the skins on my potatoes but I'm not going to ding them for that. I'll come back. But it's not somewhere I'm making plans to visit. If I'm in the area, the it would be worth the stop. (I live 30ish minutes away. Not sure if that helps) read more

Good lord was the breakfast from this place absolutely GLORIOUS. I had, arguably, the BEST breakfast biscuits I've EVER had in my 45yrs of life. They're handmade from scratch & the biscuits taste amazing. All the food we ordered was good. My wife ordered a breakfast quiche (also quite good) - and the waitress gave my wife a small, warm slice of zucchini bread which was simply majestic. All the folks who work there are super attentive & bring some next-level customer service to the table. On top of it all, the menu pricing is VERY reasonable. Moreover, aside from having good prices - the portions you receive are VERY generous. I will 100% for sure eating there next Fallon visit. In fact the ONLY reason I'm eating elsewhere this glorious Sunday morning is because courtyard isn't open on Sunday. read more

Now, every time I come to Fallon, I have lunch here -- except of one time that was Monday... sadly they are closed on Mondays. On a Saturday we, a group of 6 came for lunch, and everyone had a fabulous dish! Was so impressed with their mushroom soup (very mushroomy and fragrant) and salad (suuuuper fresh and generous). Service is always amazing. Now I look forward to my opportunity to go to Fallon so I can eat at Courtyard Cafe! read more

The service is amazing, the establishment is cute but the 3 times I've been the food has been not so good. I don't appreciate my waffles coming drenched in syrup and becoming soggy while trying to eat them, mine & my partners food has been bland each time we have went. The portions aren't bad portions by any means. I just think the food needs some extra love in it. read more

Quaint café and bakery in a convenient location with lots of seating both indoors and out. Be ready to be tempted by the pastries, cakes, and pies! It's OK to buy some to take home after your meal for a treat later! If you're craving a creamy, flavorful scramble, try the cream cheese eggs. Mine came with fruit, potatoes, and toast, and I opted for bacon, which was crispy and delicious. The blueberry pastry that I ordered to go was loaded with fruit and had a wholesome, not-too-sweet flavor and wonderful texture throughout. They were fairly busy and were slightly inaccurate on my order, plus served toast that was burnt, but were pleasant and quick to remedy. Overall a pleasant spot for breakfast or lunch! read more

Love. This. Place. Went here multiple times during a week in Fallon. The cinnamon rolls are TO DIE FOR. Breakfast sandwhich was solid, and the salads and sandwiches for lunch are great too. Can't go wrong with a meatloaf sandwhich. Portions are big and the prices are reasonable. Service is friendly and fast, and ordering to go is right on the money. Great, cozy little spot and a Fallon staple! read more

These great folks produce the best food for all occasions. The variety of their menu, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the reasonable prices, and the booming popularity of the restaurant make the entire Courtyard Cafe experience memorable. I preorder their heavenly Quiche for potlucks and am usually the best welcomed guest! Can't say enough good things about this place. The breakfast, the lunch, the items from the bakery and the staff never disappoint! My favorite is the California omelette and Bacon Mushroom omelette. So good! My boyfriend loves the sliders and steak and eggs. Their biscuits and gravy is super delicious too. Should you have a sweet tooth, you can't go wrong with the cherry cheesecake! read more

Conveniently located off a main road, this cafe is cutely decorated and feels like home. Definitely a nice stop while passing through Fallon. Everyone working here is extremely friendly and sweet. I had a couple choices I was looking at, but decided to go with their recommendation of the French dip with house salad. Did not disappoint at all. Very tasty sandwich and probably the best house salad I've had. I guess they also make pies. Lots of them! read more

The breakfast was not that good. Biscuits and gravy was just ok. The biscuits itself was dense and filling. Sasauge came as Patties they were good. Toast was not crisp for sourdough. I think the steam form the containers the food was in caused the food to taste different and a little soggy. May have to go In to try them out on a day off. My work schedule doesn't allow me to try this spot during the week days. Would like to try some of the sandwiches they have on menu. It looks great maybe just a off day. I will try again to see what else they got. read more

Delicious breakfast in lil' ol' Fallon! Enjoyed every bite. Very friendly service. Didn't try any pies but they all looked so amazing. Great coffee. Cute decor and family friendly diner vibes. If you are in Fallon, and if you are you also have to go The Grid, have breakfast and pie here! read more

We stopped in for a late breakfast and were treated to exceptional service and great food.

Food was delicious, but very rude manager. Family from out of town was visiting with us at table less than 20 minutes after we were done eating, and he told us to leave to give away our table to new costumers. Now they've lost our business for life. read more

We planned on coming here for breakfast but we missed it. Lunch is great option as well. Service was top-notch. Place was small but very well maintained. It was lunch time so we expect it to be busy but the owners along with two other ladies were very efficient and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for breakfast. Make sure to check out their hours of operation. read more

It gets a little noisy, but the food makes up for it! Small place, so not much seating. That being said I've n never had to wait.

This place was amazing. The service was great, and the food was very good. Everything was handmade fresh the same day baked goods were good including the cinnamon roll and scone. The gravy is made by the owner and the eggs with cream cheese and jalapeños were bomb. I would definitely recommend it. read more

Every time we drive from Northern Arizona to Sacramento, we plot our route so we can have breakfast at this top-notch cafe. I love their Florentine Benny: eggs poached the way I ask for them & crisp bacon. Hubby loves their pancakes! Did I mention the bakery. I call ahead (Yes, from Arizona!) to make sure there are peanut butter cookies-- the best on the planet: chewy with a soft center & sugary crisp on top. Slap yo' mama good! Debbie, the owner, uses her own recipe. Wish we lived closer! read more

This is a cute establishment with their country side curtains and fresh flowers on the tables. It really does live up to its name as a courtyard cafe! It was lunch time and quite busy which is a good sign. I could tell there was a lot of regulars which is another good sign. Our waitress was kind and helpful with giving us ideas of what we should try. I ended up ordering the steak sandwich with a cup of soup for my side. The soup of the day was chicken verde which was delicious! The steak sandwich was pretty good too. There were a bunch of pies in the display case next to our table. They looked amazing but unfortunately I was too full. Next time I'll try a slice. read more

I loved this cafe in Fallon, Nevada. All the food is very fresh. They even bake all of their breads, pastries and pies in-house. We started our meal with coffee and a cinnamon roll that was to die for. The cinnamon roll was buttery and gooey and basically perfect. I ordered the Chicken Avocado sandwich with a side of pasta salad. The portions were huge, and I got to take some food home with me! My sister had the Turkey Cranberry sandwich which came on thick wheat bread. The pasta salad was truly amazing. I loved the broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in it. I couldn't leave without a slice of raspberry crumble pie for the road! Delicious. We sat at the counter for our meal, which was fun because we got to chat with the owner. He was so friendly and told us all about the origins of the restaurant. The restaurant is spacious and homey. It feels like dining in someone's living room. The cafe was busy on a Friday during lunch, but we didn't have to wait long at all for service. I would recommend coming in for some great food and service. read more

Service was good...very friendly people that work there. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a couple of over easy eggs. The eggs were cooked just the way I liked them. The biscuits however were not my style...I prefer a flaky biscuit over a cake style ( only way I can describe it). The other thing was the "sausage gravy"...plenty of gravy but sorely missing sausage. It wasn't awful...it was a bit underwhelming. read more

This was a must stop!!! Every item on the menu sounded amazing, and the pastry cabinet. I mean......I can't....cant!!! The server was the nicest lady ever made on the planet, and "the dip" melted in my mouth. The pasta salad was a recommendation. It left my teeth filled with spots, but it was worth every bite. If on a date, bring a flosser......but still have the pasta salad. I will certain return. It was delicious. read more

Wow!! What a super cute spot. Right now reservation are required and only 15 capacity and only 4 to a group. We were welcomed with a delightful good morning and were seated quickly. The staff were wearing mask. The tables were large and comfortable to sit at. Drink orders were quickly taken and brought back. The waitress was very very friendly. Everything on the menu looked delicious. They have a great variety of choices. The choices were hard. My wife chose the Garden wrap it came with scrambled eggs and tomato's, avocado, green onion, mushrooms wrapped in a wheat tortilla and served with house potatoes. Looking around I watched people ordering. I seen an order of biscuits and gravy being delivered to the table. I knew that's what I was going to have. And boy was I glad I did. Buttermilk biscuits and gravy was just incredible! There was so much sausage in the gravy and the biscuits were definitely homemade. After a wonderful breakfast I took a walk around and in the glass case were homemade cinnamon rolls and much much more. But what caught my eye were the homemade pies. As I was looking them over, there it was a Key lime pie!! Yes I must have a slice of that. WOW!!! This pie was soooooo yummy just the right tartness and the crust was so good you could tell that one one the ingredients must have been love. It was a very warm and friendly environment. The service was great. Coffee was refilled frequently and so was my tea. We can wait to get back on our next visit to Fallon to try something super yummy!!! read more
