After a long day at work and a bit of a drive to get back to our hotel in Fallon, we needed us some dinner and there's not a whole lot open past 8pm around here, OK maybe except a smoky casino. So, pizza Hut it is! Easy parking and seating. Placed our order for a combo and Hawaiian and in short order it was out. We were hoping for a short wait to make the pizza as we were all hungry! The pizzas came out looking like what they were supposed to look like , so that was good, no surprises. The taste was good as well. I'd highly recommend this Pizza Hut. I put in my order online and when I arrived to pick it up, my order was ready on time and the two people working were extremely nice. I blinked and my big order was ready on the counter infront of me. Everything was there and correct. I got it home and everything was still piping hot and tasted amazing. I tried the New Yorker XL with two different toppings combos and it was surprisingly really, really good. I also had the spicy buffalo bone in wings which tasted really good. The size of the wings were on par with what you usually get from Pizza Hut but not particularly large or anything. Good flavor but not really that spicy as far as spicy buffalo wings go. I also tried the big chocolate cookie which was cooked perfectly. I don't recall every having pizza from any Pizza Hut that was so piping hot still by the time I got it home. I'll be back there for sure next time I order pizza. read more

Pizza Hut is one of my "quick and dirty, no brainer" fast food pizza places to go to. I usually order it if I'm feeding a large crowd, especially if there are kids involved. The ordering is super easy on the web. The prices are pretty inexpensive. But you get what you pay for - kind of greasy crust, cheaper quality pizza sauce and cheese. I had a piece of their chicken pizza with pineapple and it was pretty good - was in a hurry, got filled up and I was on my way. Average fast pizza food. We wanted pizza and we usually go to the Fernley location. This location (Fallon) has the slice bar (all you can eat pizza) includes a drink. Thought this would be a good idea since hubby was starving. They have the "this is my job I am here for a paycheck" attitude. Smiling at each other but not at customers. When my husband asked me why I wasn't getting anything from the pizza bar I replied "there are no pizzas on the bar I like" they did not ask me what kind I was looking for or even try to recommend a small personal pizza option to try and get something I would eat. I showed them my military ID and they do not do military discounts at this location. My husband did say the pizza tastes good. So that is why they get 2 stars instead of one. We will NOT be coming back here. Too many pizza places in town that give discounts and have happy smiling faces to waste our time and money here. NO military discount at this location! If you like free food then order here. They messed up on our orders three times in a row. I haven't had to pay for pizza in about a month. I'm sure they do a decent delivery business, but I never order from them since the last time they took 2 hours (and I was picking up the pizza!!!) I went in around 4PM to see if they could deliver a bunch of pizzas at 11:00 AM the next day. The clerk checked with the manager and I was told they could. Things were all arranged so everyone at work could eat between 11:00 and 12:00 without having to rush. Pizza finally arrived at 11:50. As a result, we either had to rush and scarf down a piece or eat cold pizza after 1:00 PM. A real heart felt apology was given and a small refund. Online delivery is fantastic, I have received my order on time or early every time and it is always hot. The drivers are friendly and always greet you with a smile. However, I would never recommend going into the store for dine in. Each time I have gone in service is slow, the manager doesn't pay attention to his/her staff allowing them to slack off. I've also had my server leave at the end of their shift without anyone informing us. We had to go up to the counter to find out why we weren't able to get more food, drinks, or our bill. Simply put, call in or order online and you'll have a fantastic experience. If you dare to go in for dining you will find yourself repeatedly waiting and being ignored. read more

This Pizza Hut has improved GREATLY from the previous years! They have had the pizza out for carryout in less than 20 mins the last 6 times I have been there! Thats faster than Papa Murphys and they actually cook the pizza for you! And faster than pizza barn which takes over 40 mins for a pizza to go! My good friends ordered a delivery today and recieved it in LESS than 30 mins!!! Previously they were slow but there is a great staff there and management! we were really un happy with the in constincency of the new garlic bread pizza they now have. the first time it was great, after that it was straight down hill and the help didnt seem to care they were just full of excuses seems the more toppings u add the less u get in the way of other toppings. the first time we ordered it was peperoni with extra cheese the second time we ordered we had the same but ordered xtr bacon also when we got it it had hardly any peperoni on it in fact only three of the pieces had any at all and only one each. when i questioned the staff they first said it was under the cheese, it wasnt, then they said that they weigh it so no matter what u pay for the extra u may not get what u pay for. for us consistancy means alot and they just dont seem to have it. the idea was good but the delivery of the product isnt worth the price. the second time the slices of bread were alot smaller and couldnt find any red sause.we wont be trying it a third time. read more
