Only half of one quesadilla had a globe of ranch, weren't even cut into slices, barely any chicken, and half the tortilla was coming off as I opened the wrapper. They even charged me for two ranches. I grew up on Taco Bell. That's not what this is. When I first moved to Fallon it was great. Had an etched glass partitian with etched Top Gun jets on it and a cased flight jacket. Food was good. Now, yuck is the most polite thing I can say. Twice now I have made an on line order on my way to work. 30 minutes later they have no idea where it is. Eat at Mendozas instead. Second time in 2 weeks I hit the drive-thru on the way to work, I work nights . I ordered two beef grilled cheese burritos . Just over $17 for that in a drink . Get to work and what did I receive . A soggy tortilla mostly filled with sour cream some cheese rice I think barely any beef , overall sloppy and Soggy . Would put a zero if possible came around 7 pm order the supreme lux combo plain there was three pieces of steak on my chalupa and my beefy five layer burrito had everything on it. Stopped in at the drive-through for a late night snack after the softball league. The drive-through was slammed as the dining area was closed. We did wait for quite a while before we could order and receive our food. Despite an obvious drug addict walking up to the window and yelling at the worker and the line of vehicles wrapped around the building, staff remained friendly and courteous. Orders were incorrect for one customer, and the staff made a point to correct it and showed great service while doing so. I will say the food was lastly slapped together,but I'm assuming they were overwhelmed with the number of customers in the drive-through. Seems like they were severely underhanded. Amidst all the stress and chaos, the staff did remain professional and courteous. I'm giving them 2 stars for quality of food,as it wasn't appealing and was a bit lukewarm. 5 stars for customer service, though. read more

This taco bell is beyond incompetent. I placed a mobile order, when I arrived I was told they could not fulfill it due to not having the food in stock. I said that fine can I swap it for a box (which is cheaper) they said no. They offered a menu item I do not like so I asked to cancel my order and place an entire new order. They would not help with that and had the nerve to tell me to go to the back of the line to place a new order. They had 1 customer behind me that literally just arrived. I said no thanks and left. I'm sitting outside typing this review and literally have only seen 1 customer since me. It's not like they couldn't help me as well. Needless to say I won't be back at this location. Ordered Mexican pizza, were they rationing ingredients? It was really only 3/4 of a order. Not sure how it's made but looks like it was off center from the dispensing contraption? Please see photo for a better visual, only 3/4 of it had meat/beans on it. The 1 slice had only enough for one bite. The taco that I also got was ok too. I've seen better, the small amount of cheese was put at the top center of taco, again, rationing ingredients? If you had no choice and this is the only place open, then try your luck. Taco Bell needs to work on being the Fast Food Restaurant they should be. You can go to McDonalds and have a raw Quarter Pounder cooked fresh for you in half the time Taco Bell takes to prepare an order of two Quesadilla's. There was one guy making food for the six cars in the drive thru and 5 customers in the lobby waiting. Great job to that guy. The Manager was sitting in the office not getting up to lend a hand and the cashier was moping floors between orders. Cleaning and admin work can be done after you close. The customer service was excellent... a younger gentleman was at the drive up window. He was extremely nice. They managed to get all items in the bag, but multiple items were ordered without tomatoes due to allergies and of course all of them came with tomatoes... it was a waste of money for me since the person with me couldn't eat their meal... made me feel bad for them... whoever operates the grill is always making mistakes... We have been in Fallon for years and have always been fairly happy with the service/food from here. Usually the people at the window are SO friendly and ask how you are and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Whoever they hired to run the window within the last month or so needs to be fired ASAP. She is incredibly rude, unprovoked, every single time we drive through. She doesn't tell you your total before she swipes your card, and it is an incredible inconvenience for her to do her job at the bare minimum level. Today my family was in town visiting and drove through and while ordering, they asked for their regular drinks, to which she replied they were "out of". So they asked "what do you guys have to drink?" And she snapped back "I already told you." Wtf? I did a mobile order and still had a 25 min wait for my food. Then due to the lack of training and the way they packed the bag, my daughter's tostadas were crushed. On top of that, the beans on the tostadas were just a scoop, not spread out. Tomatoes were on one side, lettuce on another, with barely any cheese. ALL of the burritos had toppings in layers from one end to the other rather than bottom to top (you know, like in the pictures?) so we got a bite of nothing but sour cream, then just meat, etc. The cheesy roll up was more like a mini un-grilled quesadilla, no rolling attempted. Pure laziness. ONE of the burritos was actually marked as what it was, the rest we had to un-roll to figure out what was what. All in all, there were more problems than not. We've had so many problems with this restaurant in the past, whether our order was for a large group or just two of us. We give up, and don't plan on ever going back. If you're looking for a bean burrito with a side of meth, this is your place!! We unfortunately stopped here to grab some fast food on our way to Sand Mountain this last Friday night. It was after 8:30 pm and apparently in Fallon on a Friday night the freaks come out, including the bedraggled, grungy looking guy walking up to the door as we were entering. We managed to get inside before he got too close and after I placed my order, I told my husband I had to use the facilities. As I started to walk toward the restroom, a female employee came out from behind the counter and said to the grungy guy," Hurry, we've gotta make this quick!" and started toward the ladies room. I stepped closer and she spun around, noticed me standing there and said curtly " Go ahead!" I went into the bathroom and when I exited, I noticed she and the dirtbag were apparently conducting their "business"outside the main entrance. At this point, my husband and son decided to walk back to our car so they could let our dog out and I elected to wait for the food. I've never seen it take 15 minutes in an almost empty restaurant to make four bean burrritos and three meximelts, but the manager (who was running the drive-thru) was obviously oblivious to what had just happened or maybe didn't care. I don't expect much from fast food establishments, but I REALLY don't expect to watch a freaking drug deal go down when all I want is crummy burrito. Terrible value for price. $13 for taco 12-pack and a soda, which is $1 each. Far overpriced when there's hardly any meat and cheese in the taco. Ordered without lettuce ("topping"), you get mostly all taco shell with only 1/2" inch of meat to bite into at the bottom. Otherwise, you're still paying a dollar each for a lettuce taco! Instead, go to Jack-in-the-Box on Taylor/95 at Williams/Reno hwy. Their tacos are 2 for $1 and it's still a full taco when ordering without lettuce topping.
