Jack in the Box stole $7.88 from me. I won't give any more of my money to thieves. How did they steal $7.88 from me? Funny you should ask. Attached is a screenshot of an order that was never delivered. When I went in for a refund, I was given $17.12 and told they don't refund tips because those go to the driver, which is all well and good... except for the tiny detail that no driver ever accepted my order and thus no tip was ever paid. Aside from that, the tip was $4.87. The math ain't mathing, because $25.00 - $17.12 (refunded amount) = $7.88, not $4.87. Instead of admitting they don't know how their own system works, they throw out one lie after another to make excuses for stealing money. read more

Had some cravings for curly fries and left with a sandwich, fries and a shake !! Hahaha and it was all great. Used the drive thru and the person taking the order was friendly and was making the line move efficiently. I honestly only wanted some curly fries but like a good kid, I ordered chicken sandwich, large fries and a drink on the side. I do understand that fast food restaurants sacrifice service and quality to keep the prices down. In this case, they end up dooming themselves to 2.5 stars out of 5 (at the time of this review). My friends and I had just got back from an exerting day of hiking and wanted something that tasted good, and wouldn't take too long to get. I normally like Jack In The Box since one of my favorite burgers is the Sourdough Jack. Everything went smoothly. The restaurant was clean, tables were clean and the person taking the order was pleasant. But, afterwards, the kitchen seem to take a long time for this type of restaurant. Thankfully this Jack's had one of those cool soda machines where you can select something like Ginger Ale and add vanilla to it. MMMmmmm The meals were ready and I was disappointed. The fries were not hot. :( The Sour Dough Jack was warm enough. The bun was barely toasted. Neither was I. But, if I was, it would have made the burger taste better! The sauce (mayo-onion) which Jack uses on that sandwich was applied in a meager manor. Everything that I had did not taste anything like I remember it. :( That's too bad. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. Jack's Sourdough Jack left a bad taste in my mouth (not really), but I will not be going back there again for quite a while. ---------------- Bottom Line As Consuela from Family Guy says, "No no no" I know that Fallon isn't known for their food, but I was hoping a national chain would have standards. One poorly made sandwich reflects on every Jack in the Box across the nation. But, if you're looking for sustenance, this store will provide it. Have been going to J in the B for over 20 yrs and have never gotten a wrong order....until about a month ago. Since then, 4 times, I repeat, 4 times I have got home only to find out that they have given me something else, something I did not order or want. This was my first time going to a Jack in the Box-and the location I went to didn't impress me at all. It took at least 15 minutes to even get our order in. The location itself is convenient-on the corner of the two main streets in Fallon. It was clean and plenty of roomy parking places-also, they had a Coke Freestyle machine which basically makes them a 3 star by default in my book. I ordered chicken tenders and curly fries. The curly fries were identical to Arby's-but without the Arby's sauce it wasn't worth it. The tenders were decent-I loved the fact that they put Frank's Red Hot in a dipping container, that was useful. Other than that... I will probably stay away. Maybe I will try their breakfast sometime. read more

I have never had such bad service as I did today. Argued with manager (Ester) who could not get my order correct. They tried to upcharge me for something I did not want. After 15 minutes of being told I was the problem I demanded a refund and left. Two other customers walked out. All I wanted was a #30. Nothing else... ridiculous. read more

Just went through the drive-thru and the order was wrong again. It seems the workers may not understand english or just don't care. I was told one price at the speaker and at the window it was different. This has been a problem for a few months here and its become more than I care to continue going to JITB. So its Sonic , or MacDonads in my future, or maybe even Burgerking, at least they get my order correct. My suggestion is take that kid off the drivethru window, or train him to do a better job. read more
