The guy at the window was hilarious, friendly, and quick witted. I wish more people I interracted with in life were like him. The drive through was speedy. The taco 12 pack and XXL nachos were crispy and delicious. We really could have used a spork or two for the nachos, but we were given a stack of napkins big enough to see us through. read more

Under new ownership for the last month, this restaurant has gone from good or acceptable to terrible. Portion size is maybe 1 tablespoon of meat per taco with the other ingredients very small also. The items also taste different and we had to through out 2 different burritos (which we like before). A call to the store (after 60+ rings) got an arrogant manager. Bye Bye for this TB. read more

I had lunch there, today. They seem to have at least 4 individuals working in the back. A supervisor type and a cashier. No one seemed to be in any hurry to complete orders and the supervisor didn't try to supervise or direct them in any way. I had a seven layer burrito. It was very poor. I noted beans, white rice and lettuce. he very first bite tasted bad, like lard. I don't eat at Taco Bell very often and I guess it best to avoid. I am an avid advertiser and spread the word when good or bad. This experience was definitely bad. The last time I eat at Taco Bell in Denver Area, they had problems with green sauce and red sauce so I have really been put off by them for many years. I haven't been to Denver in 8 years. In conclusion, it is probably best to avoid Taco Bell all together, where ever you are. read more

So last Sunday the family and I stopped in and order almost 40 dollars worth of food to go. We get home and they shorted us 4 Gorditos. So I did not have dinner that night. I called the store and asked for a manager, I got Christopher, I explained what happened and that I live 14 miles out and wont be coming back that night. He said no problem he put my name and order in a book so that I could get them at some other point. So today I stop by (Friday) and go in. The kid at the register said only 2 were written down and he can only give me two. I explain I paid for 4 and to call Christopher, he refused saying he will only give me two. I asked what his name was and he refused to give it to me, and told me if I want to be angry (I wasn't yelling) I can leave his store, I repeated whats your name a number of times and then asked for a manager, the kid said leave my store, finally an older black man came up and said he was the manager, the kid continued to be rude and still would not give me his name, and the manager just stood there, finally as I'm fed up I state we will never come back here and every path I cross I will tell them how they treat their customers, at that point the manager says :we will give you the 2 extra Gorditios" to which I replied they were NOT extra I paid for them! I then left. What the heck is this world coming to that a frggin place like taco bell fights you over two blasted tacos when they screwed up the order to begin with. I had a receipt do you think they cared nope! I'm a 47 year old working mother and wife not some punk off the street trying to get a free meal. read more

I am being generous giving them one star. Tonight I ordered a steak doubledilla with nachos and again it was horrible! It should have been called a saucedilla, Hardly any meat and a bunch of sauce and it was so flimsy that I don't even think they grilled it. The nacho chips were so stale and the cheese was chunky with a dark orange colored ring around the top. If I hadn't worked a 12 hour day I would have taken it back. Absolutely gross. I get it, its fast food, but that doesn't mean you can just slap something together. I wonder how the workers there would feel if we slapped their food together and gave them old stale chips? I will NEVER go back to the Fallon Taco Bell ever again. read more

If you want to eat here, be sure to plan ahead. Make sure you have plenty of vomit bags and know where every bathroom is during your trip. Disgusting food and sickness sets in within minutes. Planned our trip for weeks. Planned to spend time with family and go to a football game during the weekend. Instead, we spent our weekend very sick and wasted several hundred dollars planning ahead for this trip all for it to go to waste cause we decided to make a quick stop at Taco Bell. If you're hungry and passing through Fallon, NV, don't risk eating eating here. There's a Subway a few blocks in one direction and a Sonic a few blocks in the other direction where you'll get good food. read more

So sad I love Taco Bell but lately seems like the waiting time is unreal, DO NOT GO if you are in a hurry, it was so sad 3 people walking around and acting like there was nothing to do when there was a soda needing mopped up in front of the soda machine and the one and only gal working on the dining room side was doing her best to get out the food as fast as possible Bless her heart she needs a raise, but when I ordered there were 11 meals ahead of me, had I known before I ordered I wouldn't have. The Manager needs to take a class in scheduling, especially for the dinner rush. I would hate to have to go to MacDonald's on those days when time is a issue. read more
