Wonjo Tofu House is located inside The Shop at Queens Crossing, I ordered their Dolsot Bibimbap with assorted vegetables and rice, served with their special homemade pepper paste in a traditional stone pot (#6). The service by Nicole, was exceptional. Nicole's attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhanced the dining experience, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The Dolsot Bibimbap itself was phenomenal. The dish arrived sizzling in a hot stone pot, and the combination of assorted fresh vegetables with perfectly cooked rice created a delightful mix of textures and flavors. The special pepper paste, which was served on the side, added a spicy kick that complemented the dish beautifully without overwhelming it. The stone pot not only kept the meal warm throughout but also created a crispy layer of rice at the bottom. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Korean cuisine with a touch of excellent hospitality.

Delicious food and staff was super friendly! I ordered the the Bulgogi Bento which consist of bulgogi(beef), japchae(noodles), white rice, and 2 sides of your choice. It came out to be a reasonable price for the amount of food given. Very satisfied with everything!

    Spicy Rice Cake

My absolute favorite spicy rice cake!!! Always my recommendation whenever someone asks for tteokbokki. The rice cakes are cooked so perfectly, chewy but not too chewy (My preferred texture). It has the most amazing sauce, sometimes I save it then cook my own rice cakes and throw it in. Its spicy but a little sweet. I have not tried much from here but based on the number of times I have been here for their spicy rice cakes, this is a 5 star!!

Ordered two take outs and both orders were wrong. I ordered a #13, which is a beef bones stew. When I opened the order , it was a beef slices soup. I called and complained but the owner wouldn't own up to his mistake. He said if I wanted the beef bones stew, I should have ordered the steak soup, not the beef bones stew. Picture of their menu is included. How am I wrong? Very disreputable business, and it didn't taste that good.

Another new korean spot to choose from in the Queens Crossing mall which is a good choice for a fast meal in the food court. I ordered the pork bulgogi bento box cuz I like my food separate. The pork is a spicy marinade and the beef bulgogi is just a sweet sauce with onions and peppers. You order at the cashier and then you can choose about two banchans from what they have prepared that day. I chose the kimchi which by the way that it was cut looks totally homemade. Good spiciness and very fresh. I also tried a special fermented baby shrimp banchan they had. There was also pickled radishes, spicy pickled cucumbers, beansprouts mix, tofu sheet and pickled seaweed. My bento came with a scoop of rice, some japchae sesame noodz, three different pieces of tofu, a piece of carrot and broccoli and a small fish broth soup. I prefer these bentos but they also have bibimbap and a selection of soups if you want that instead. I also spotted some ddukboki spicy rice cakes as well. They have spicy soon tofu soup, beef galbi tang and pork yookgyaetang and haemul nyang myun seafood noodle soup. Its better to eat in the food court than take to go tho cuz their tray and container covers dont quite fit properly and keep coming loose so careful carrying out. Also grab some extra napkins in case you encounter a mess. They also speak some chinese and korean which is interesting. All dishes range about $9-10. Overall I look forward to coming back to grab some soup and these nice korean bentos.

The beef shows on the image and the real one in my order...

The sample image of Meal #3 is totally different from the real order I received. Besides the bad service attitude of the lady, who takes order. Never back again...

We were a group of 6 and came to Daori for some Korean BBQ. They're located on a residential street but next to several other stores and restaurant. We were surprised to see that they had TV's which was great since the World Cup final was playing. We are told the Iberico pork was the star here. We ordered several other dishes as well. The pork was indeed very good. My only comment was that the waitress seemed very stressed and frazzled. She was stressing about cooking the food and some of it was getting overcooked but also our banchan didn't get refilled because of it. Their English is also not great so there were times when we had a tough time communicating. I would say overall the food was good and we had a good time. It was also very reasonably priced. After tips, it was only $64 per person. We'll definitely come again.

They are consistently coming around to check on us and give us any refills whether on the kimchi or our waters. They are also really fast and wait time was minimal for both our table and the food. The place is cozy and looks well-structured. I also love that every table comes equipped with condiments and utensils you may need, as well as a call button for staff to come around your table. Hearing the 'ding' is always really nice. The actual food itself truly tastes like home. Everything is so comforting and you can never get sick of food like this. The portions are also huge so bring an empty stomach or a big group. We always manage to have leftovers whenever we come here. I absolutely love the pajuns, and always find myself gravitating towards the seafood pancakes, and they do not skimp out on the seafood either. The mandus are extremely filling, and the meat inside is nice and juicy. The noodles itself are honestly so refreshing and hits the spot every time. I've heard people debate on whether kalguksu or sujebi was better, but this place makes it hard to decide every time-they're both just so good. I honestly highly recommend this spot whether you're going with friends, family, or even on a date. Just remember to bring your appetite and don't make the mistake I made in the beginning, going on a Sunday, they're usually closed.
