On January 11, 2018 my husband ordered wing stop. Our family only eats boneless wings and unfortunately they received a ticket saying all bone in wings. We brought the order back and the team on this particular day was so understanding and helpful! It was our mess up, and they were very helpful and handled the situation very well. Wish I had read the reviews before coming here. My food was actually quite delicious, BUT I was given too much... the female cashier charged me for two combo meals. I unfortunately didn't notice this until I got home. And who wants to drive back after they're already in the comfort of their own home? So I got an extra combo meal (at my own expense) and she took my order as eating IN the restaurant and not to-go like I had told her. So after seeing THREE other people get their food before me and my wife (even though we had ordered before them), we had to wait until they repackaged our food to go. Came back again because my kids just love this place and once again A FAIL!!! The manager needs to take control asap. This place is always filthy and two guy employees had the nerve to talk about drugs as if it were ol to speak about drugs at a work place. Gone downhill. I get that they are busy, but the wait times are ridiculous. Only ordered 1 combo and it was promised in 20 minutes according to the online order. I have come to this location several times. 3 times I have ordered online and 3 other times I have walked in an ordered. The times i have ordered online it says to be there at a certain time and food is never ready when I arrive. On Saturday night I went in and was 5 minutes late and order hadn't even been started and the guy in the back was on his cell phone for 5 minutes before he even started preparing my food. I went in previous and they were late on my order and the manager stated I was causing a scene because she states I ordered something other than what I did and said rudly next time you order make sure you place your order correctly I told her I did and I proceeded to show her my order on the phone, she was the one causing a scene not me. This Wingstop sucks. The staff is rude. Their was one girl in the back washing dishes, fixing orders and greeting the customers. She was nice. The girl taking the orders was slow. The other girl and the guy were talking so much it took forever to get the orders out. When the guy would bring out the orders and was going through them he would slide the bag across the counter in a rude way and with an attitude. After waiting for over 45 mins, they forgot my roll and when we went back they gave me a cold one. I was pissed. I will not be going back to this location. Wings were all bone and kinda cold, they also took a while to get them to me which is weird because we were the only ones there at the time. Usually Wing Stop gives a lot of fries but not this location I guess. Maybe it's because they're a newer location but I think I'll stick to the location in Pomona for now. read more

You get what u pay for. I did not like the garlic Parmesan or lemon pepper but I loved the original hot. I got like 20 wing and 2 basket of fries and it came out to $20. It's very cheap which is good but it took forever. I waited 30 min to get my food. I like Buffalo Wild Wings more but it's expensive compared to here. Purchased wings from this place came to pick up. There was a terrible smell didn't think anything of it. Got home opened up the box and the smell was from the chicken itself. The chicken smelled as if it was going bad. Disgusting. Went back to the place to return. I never ever return food but I did not want other people to get sick from this food. I read the previous reviews and was very hesitant about placing my online order, but I had Christmas gift cards that needed to be used and ordered anyway. My husband and I arrived about 5 mins after the pick up time and received prompt courteous service. Additionally the cashier asked my husband to take a survey to let them know how they did. When we got home our food was still piping hot and freshly made. It seems as though (at least I hope lol) that management is hearing the customer service concerns and working to repair the reputation. We will definitely be back in the future and hope to receive the same good service and fresh food! read more

I should have read the reviews before i ordered from here. Boneless wings are all breading, no meat. Also very hard to bite. I ordered 2 diet cokes and the food had been sitting maybe 20 min before i started eating so when i took a sip of my drink, it tasted very watered down. I assumed it was just from the ice melting but i finally opened the lid and saw the soda was completely clear almost. Basically their machine had run out of syrup(i know this because i work at a restaurant) and they served me not 1 but 2 diet cokes this way! And you can tell when you push the lever on the soda and it comes out clear! Clearly these employees do not care. What a shame. 35 bucks wasted. Will never go here again. read more

To much surprise this is another horrible comment on this wingstop location. So, like most people I ordered my 8 piece combo online and received a time of 6:12pm that they would be ready. I show up at 6 and the line wasn't too bad(only a couple people ahead of me). I got to sit there and whiteness as the lady in front of me placed her 2 separate orders and after the lady rung me up since I paid in store. She never once looked up from the machine at me and after didn't even check to see if my order was ready! So, I sit down and wait. 30 min goes by and NOTHING! Until I hear that same lady that ordered in store called to the counter because her order was ready. I went up to the counter to ask about my order and was ignored for another 5 minutes. To witch they replied "o, it will be ready soon". So I sit back down and watch 5 more people get called before me. At this point I'm ready to make a scene and go up again and continue to get ignored. And when the guy finally looks at me he asks my name and then shows back up 5 min later with my order. I take it and leave only to get home to cold wings that have a bunch of sauce in the box but somehow none of it got on the wings themselves and the fries were undercooked. So, all in all I waited 65 min(45 in store) for 8 cold wings and undercooked fries. This wingstop needs to be shut down and reopened under new management. read more

She was very helpful and you can tell that she likes her job, she has a very positive attitude even when a bunch of people came in and an impatient man left because he couldn't wait 2.5 more seconds to be next. called to place an order over the phone. was put on hold and after 10 min i decided i'm going to walk into the store wit my phone in my hand. when i arrived i was on hold for 15 min and the store had only 1 table. no excuses as to why my call was never returned. i talked to the only cashier who was supposedly handling all the phone orders. although apologetic, she played dumb and said she doesn't remember me calling in. one of the other girls was very helpful and added an extra 10 wings to my order. i've decided that from now on i'm only going to walk into the store and order because everytime i try to place an order online or over the phone i have a bad experience. read more

I was excited to find out that a wing stop was coming to the city I work in. Finally something different for lunch to switch things up! I heard about their .50 cent boneless wing special on Tuesday, and decided to give it a try. I placed a order for me and my coworker and they were out pretty quickly! Under 10 min which was perfect since I only get a 30 min lunch. They came out piping hot and looked delicious. I took a bite and bit into nothing but breading! I didn't think to much of it at first and wanted to keep a positive attitude because I was patiently awaiting them to open. I took another bite of this so called boneless wings they serve (More like chicken nuggets) and still a mouth full of breading. At this point I was pretty disappointed and decided to break one open and look inside. Yup just as I thought hardly any chicken inside. It was nasty and the sauce my coworker chose was honey barbecue and that was terrible as well. Horrible customer service horrible service overall....what's the point of ordering online they have a sign that says avoid the wait order online so we did showed up at 7:25 which is 5 minutes past when our order was to be ready we walk in tell them we have an online order and get told you have to wait in line so we do for another 20 min!!! Then the workers just completely ignore the fact that their line was out the door instead of bringing up a second person to register and place orders they have one person as cashier and taking phone orders completely ignoring the customers in front of her first of all its Sunday football day, second it's a weekend and dinner rush hour come on get your scheduling right!!!!....seriously need to train their employees about customer service because none was give. My sister and I ordered wings from this location for the first time, not only was the service iffy, but the wings made my sister super sick. About 15 minutes after eating them, she started to vomit and have other stomach issues. The cashier who took my order did not really understand what to do and forgot to give me my drinks. Tried to give this place a chance and time and time again. Terrible customer service.....did an order online and came in at the pickup time. Obviously they never looked at the order so the made it when I got there which took another 30 minutes on top of my online wait time. Wings are small fries were cold. Very different from other wingstops I've been to in a bad way. The other reviews are pretty much spot on. Employees worried more about social hour than doing their job.
