Just make the sandwich properly from the mobile order, messed up my pregnant girlfriend's order twice and that's very upsetting when the order is right in front of you on paper. Hey Upland folks. My guy Daniel made the best made the best ornate and phenomenal ultimate BMT I have ever had since they actually used to be $5 footlongs. That is so many sandwiches thatnever was as great as this specific Ultimate BMT. As far as ambiance! Subway portion as well as the shell was very nice and clean. BUT it was entirely too quiet in this store, please fix the speakers for Dannon and Daniel....and don't put on bad music. 5/5 's. read more

I was in your store on July 2 that night was bad there was 2 employees out side fighting yelling the girl friend cussing him out load they wouldn't stop fighting until they both came back in the store the lady I think her name was Elvira and the man Daniel. I guess you get what you pay for when you go to a subway at a gas station. The employees were nice and the place looked clean. Everything on my sandwich was great aside for the avocado. I payed $2 extra for avocado when I barely got any in my sandwich. And what I did get was old avocado that ruined my sandwich. I ordered online for pickup and they didn't have the drink I ordered so they let me know and I just got a different one. No big deal. I wish they would've done this with the avocado. I would rather have no avocado than $2 old avocado that's barely on 1/3 of my foot long. read more

I walked in around midnight on a Monday night. Would seem to be a slow time and I had just gotten off work. There were several people in line before me but I probably waited less than 5 minutes. I have come to this location on multiple occasions because I live in the apartments right across the street and this was by far the best experience that I've had. My order was taken with ease and no rolled eyes or sarcasm. I told the employee, Rilee, my order and she immediately started and even asked if some of the toppings for my premade order were ok. I come to this shell station frequently for other things other than subway and I must say everyone there is always polite and friendly. Rilee explained that her manager told her they can't have a cash tip jar anymore which I didn't understand. If she is working the late night shift, why should credit card tips be allocated to others who didn't have to work or be up those hours to make sure others, like myself, were given a good experience. That should change in my opinion. All in all, do a bit better subway, but Rilee, keep being you. Thank you! read more

Hello, this was my worst experience at any restaurant I've been too. I had came to the subway location: Subway#19293-0 Phone 909-985-5090, 1187 Foothill Blvd Upland, California, 91786 Served by: 4329 3/8/2024 10:21:00 pm. There were 2 guys working only ONE of them was tasking the order. The other one was sitting by the table on his phone. The guy who was sitting down had a long beard and a bun. The guy who took my order was the other guy, he was so disrespectful, I had ordered 2 foot long subways while he made my order he said "there was a lady who came 20 min ago and ordered something similar as you" I had ignored him, my parents had came before me to order 3 subways (the one attached in the recipient) we had 2 coupons he said we can't use them together so my parents ordered first then I came had ordered, the whole time ordering he kept saying "wow ok this is so similar it's so suspicious" I ignored him multiple time not to create a scene. Upon paying I gave him the coupon and payed he had followed me outside and started to yell "MAAM IF YOU DO THAT I WILL NOT SERVE YOU" just because we used coupons? And they were on separate transactions? So unprofessional. He had also made my video along with taking videos of my car, I will be taking legal action on this because as a business owner myself this is not ethical and is very inappropriate behavior. I will be getting the police involved because I was being harassed, he had yelled at me, and started to threat me while all the other employees and customer were there and started to yell very loud. And taking pictures of customer is not acceptable at all. I would like to speak with the owner or the manager if I do not get a reply back I will just involve the law enforcement and will be taking legal action because I need my videos deleted, my kids were in the video, and my child has been crying because of how your employee has yelled at us while we were in the parking lot. We bought, and PAYED for those subways, we are regular customers and never experienced something like this ever before but this was unexpected, very unprofessional behaviors. You guys should hire people who want to provide for there customers and provide service. The other guy with the long beard kept putting up his middle finger as well. read more

This was my go to Subway, the service used to be good and the sandwiches were good. Yesterday I ordered using the subway app. Each of the foot longs I ordered was very poorly put together. The tuna sandwich was on dry and ripped bread. The sandwich was very light on the tuna. It was gross over all. I also ordered two other sandwiches. I counted 5 pieces of chicken on one and there was 5 slices of deli meat for my ham and turkey sandwich. I don't recommend it. read more
