I've been saying I was going to write a review for a while, but just haven't gotten around to it. To be clear, I'm giving 1 star for the food and 1 for the customer service provided by a young man named Gabriel. We all know Wingstop is delicious, but as far as the customer service, it really just depends. This kid Gabriel is always smiling and friendly though so props to him. My biggest issue is that my order is wrong (wings missing) about 75% of the time. I live down the street so my family orders pretty often and it happens all the time. It's funny because I have never gotten extra wings, I'm always shorted wings. It's just frustrating because if I catch it there at the restaurant I have to wait 15-20 minutes for the missing wings to be made and the rest of the food gets cold. Worse if I catch it at home because I have to drive back, like I did tonight. Got home and noticed I was missing 5 wings, not surprised. It's just annoying and Wingstop isn't cheap so it's not like I'm just going to take the loss, but we love the wings there so we'll still order and risk it. My advice, check your order before you leave the restaurant. Actually count the wings and make sure you have EVERYTHING, and if not then be prepared to deal with a rude and burned out team member (unless Gabriel helps you lol) and wait a while for what's missing. Sunday night I went to this location I was told my order would be done in 20 min. There was not too many people waiting after I ordered. I ordered original hot and lemon pepper. After about 30 min and a few people paying and getting orders before me I asked when my order would be ready I was told 30 min. I was a bit confused but waited. 10 min went by and the called me over to tell me they ran out of original hot. So I picked mango habanero. 10 min went by so I asked what the status was of my order and was told they would start mine next. After 10 min they called me up I got my food. Okay here's the thing, I love wingstop, but this location is awful. AWFUL. Literally go to any other location and you'll probably be happy. I went to this restaurant late one night, one of the good things about wingstop is that they're open until midnight, and the woman working walked out to my car when she saw me pull up and said she couldn't serve me because they were out of everything. What kind of poor management do you have that you ran out of EVERYTHING??? Went into Wingstop today and the manager girardo told me that they don't mix wing sauce is here they can't do it corporate won't let them but I was here yesterday with a different manager and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs if I was running this place over here I would fire him because not only did he not even attempt to give customer service he said "well on my shift I don't do things like that when I'm the boss". If you are "the boss" learn that customer service above all is more important than being the boss because if it were not for the everyday consumer you would not have a job being "the boss". This is the worst wingstop in the history of chicken. Next time I'm literally just going to walk back into the the kitchen and make my own. Last time it took 45 minutes to get an order of boneless wings; it's now been 35 minutes and still no sign of chicken. I generally try to cut food service workers a break, but there was literally no other customers when i ordered. What kind of moron, let alone group of morons, takes more than half an hour to warm up f***ing chicken wings?? I LOVE Wingstop wings. There was time when I would eat them every week. But today I'm a changed man. My wife ordered 50 wings online for pick up at this location for our Super Bowl party. She placed the order on Monday for a Saturday pickup. Now, we get to this Wingstop at 1:45pm for our 2:00pm scheduled pick up and there's a HUGH line. We're thinking, "No problem, we already have our order and it will be ready by the time we reach the front of the line." We get to the front of the line for payment right at 2pm and they don't have our order even made. The gal at the register says "Oh, uhh, we can't find any of those orders placed earlier in the week. Sorry." Wait..WHAT?!?!? So, she says she'll have to make it now and it will take 30 mins. We timed this so our guests would have hot, tasty wings when our party started at 2:30pm, and now we have no tasty wings!!! Incredible! My wife and I left, because we had guests arriving. Service is awful. Decided to order online because the first time I went we waited around 20 min to get our food, there were only three other people in the place. The second time we went we ordered online, online order said it would be ready by 5:30 (we ordered at 5:10). We wanted to stop in and pick it up and leave. Instead we came in at 5:35, we were told our order wasn't ready and they're making it "right now." They hadn't made our food at all! The girl at the register even said "we're trying to make it fresh so it takes a while for the chicken to thaw" what!?!. Another employee checked our receipt and said "I thought I might've seen this I thought we got this one ready..." Yeah ok. A Wingstop that does not have any wings... really!? Does IHOP tell you they are out of pancakes...? Obviously, the owners of this Wingstop branch should really, at least, consider the integrity of the business they are standing behind on. The boneless wings (aka: chicken nuggets) are over cooked and really tough with all the breadings. The fries are at room temperature and oily. If you like boneless wings and had theirs before, that's good but I would not recommend it. Please consider improving on quality. I am definitely sure more customers will come. read more

Went to eat here and I'm not going to lie it's because they're open late which I love!!!! I have tried many wing places but never this one. I didn't get the wings...I got the chicken strips and they were amazing. My husband got the wings and he said they were great also. The fries? BOMB! The seasoning is sooooo tasty! Another thing peeps...the sauce! I got two sauces with my strips...Lemon Pepper and Original Hot. Loved both of them. I tried both of my husbands...BBQ and Cajun...also really good. Used his for dipping too! One more thing which is always important to me...service! It was great. Friendly employees. I'm very disappointed in the service here. The staff was nice but their actions are disturbing. I understand it's covid times and all but if you hate your job then quit. The gal in charge acted vindictive and made us wait for our food because she we asked for a change that we inquired about over the phone. Our food was ready and we asked about the changes and she made it but made us wait an extra half hour and our food was super cold and the fries soggy and bland.
