Delivery Review! Imma be honest, I have never went into a Wingstop location or knew about it before hand. So this is an unbiased review based solely on my personal experience take out experience. I ordered takeout from only Wingstop for 3 months while I was on Keto and it was a lifesaver. Their classic has no batter and is keto friendly. I ordered the Louisiana hot and the Lemon Garlic and they were both always flavorful with that extra zing. The sauces are dry rubs so its low in sugar. They always arrived promptly, to the right address, and hot. 10/10! read more

But nothing better than a plate full of wings as my KRAKEN pregame meal prior to rooting on my NHL team. My boyfriend placed an order at Wingstop around 11:31 PM on 12/15/25 and repeatedly requested boneless wings, making it very clear he wanted no bones. When we got home, we discovered the wings were bone-in, and the chicken sandwich that was supposed to be classic was made spicy. I called the store to resolve the issue and was told that a refund could only be issued if the food was brought back. I explained that my boyfriend works in downtown Seattle and brought the food home to Bellevue, and that the store was also closing in five minutes, making it impossible to return. Despite this, I was repeatedly told to "bring the food back," with no alternative solution offered. What made the situation worse is that the employee initially told me she would ask her manager and placed me on hold. When she returned, it was clearly the same person. When I then asked to speak directly to the manager, she said she was the manager, directly contradicting what she had just told me. I do not appreciate being lied to or treated as if we're stupid. Overall, the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but dishonesty and refusal to offer reasonable customer service is unacceptable. If I could give this location zero stars, I would but unfortunately, I don't have that option. read more

Also one time when my order got sent to a location across Seattle because Wingstop opened a new location and the app defaulted to that they basically told me to go fuck myself. Yay! It's finally opened and I popped in here to kick that wing craving. The menu is easy to read and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is large with indoor seating and very clean. Hands down, they have some of the best wings I have ever had. I loved the lemon pepper (which is very lemony) and the original hot. Both went well with some ranch to balance out the flavor. For the fries, they tasted fresh cut and were perfectly cooked. The large side was plenty to share for 2+ people. To sum it all up, it's a clean restaurant with fantastic service (they will bus your table). No complaints and will be back very soon! read more

Ordered again from this location - this time using DoorDash and not the Wingstop app - and still having problems. I ordered 15 wings, Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Dry Rub, and both came basically naked. My wife's boneless wings came in perfectly sauced, but for some reason there seems to be either discrimination against saucing/seasoning classic wings or they're doing something wrong. Juiciest chicken I have ever ordered to-go! I personally love the lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I always order 20 wings and share them with my husband. They give you ranch with this and it is so good. I don't really like the fries though, they aren't very crispy or tasty. I wouldn't order those again. The food is always ready real quick. My order usually takes 10 minutes on Door dash pickup and the staff verified my order correctly when I got there. I have been here multiple times and while the majority of the staff has been excellent, the supervisor with blondish red hair and beard is a nightmare and a Title 9 disaster waiting to happen! I've personally witnessed him "whispering" perverse comments to a staff member. Yesterday he made two female staff cry including calling one of them a bi ch in front of a restaurant full of customers. And even more, while she stood up for herself and asked not to be called that, he laughed at her, mocked her and continued to engage with her in the most condescending apathetic way ever. This kind of behavior from a supervisor is atrocious. At that point all of the female staff started pushing back about how he never does anything and calling him perverted, and this matches my experience as a customer on multiple occasions as he does not try to hide his behavior with staff watching and listening. In multiple occasions when I've been in he's just been standing around while people are working their asses off around him and he is condescending and disrespectful using Spanish to attempt to hide his insults from customers. I understand Spanish and it's appalling how he speaks to others. I hope his staff files a formal complaint read more

The good- Wings were crispy and delicious. Better cooked than most wingstops I've been to in the past. I ordered takeout online and it was quick and easy to order through the website. I also got the $16.99 deal with 20 boneless wings and fries which is a great deal! The bad- I did not have great service here when I went to pick up my food. When I entered, there was one employee at the register, a customer ordering from them, and a couple other employees making food in the back. I stood in line behind the customer ordering to wait to ask for my order. While I was waiting, two separate people walked in, disregarded the line and just walked up to the person at the counter (who was still actively taking the first customer's order) and asked for their order and we're helped immediately. This creates a whole ordeal because the orders aren't ready or incorrect so the employee has to go to the back and check on them. Then, another person walks in and stands adjacent to me and when the employee finished helping the other two, he turns to the person who just walked in and asks how he can help him. Lot of different flavors to choose from, although I find a lot of the spicier options to be just spicy rather than flavorful. Staff are friendly which is always a plus. Even if they mess something up it's alway just an honest mistake. Only two real complaints which bring it down a star. Firstly the chicken sandwich has just been underwhelming every time I've ordered it. For a chicken place, how is it this bad? Is this just how they have to be made corporate style or is it unique to this spot. Secondly they are ALWAYS busy. Like even if you get there at open there's a line. I live down the street from this Wingstop, and I've been waiting for this Wingstop to open since I first saw it 11 months. I tried to go yesterday (4/20) to quench my hunger where I came upon a note saying the grand opening is actually 4/21. I was yearning to purchase 10 boneless garlic, 10 original hot, and 10 lemon pepper with a side of fries and veggies. My heart shattered when the door wouldn't open and I saw employees training and stare at me. I solemnly walked to Korean instead. (4/21) was when I fulfilled my dreams of getting Wingstop in Seattle. I placed my 30 piece combo order over the phone and was told to come in 18 minutes. I came in at exactly 18 minutes after and was greeted by a cheerful employees and a lively atmosphere. It looked like a very successful grand opening. I ripped open my 30 piece combo while sitting in my brand new ergonomic chair, and ate everything, and I mean everything.
