This is in what is essentially the food court of the Colombia Tower. If I didn't work nearby I likely would never come here. It's hard to park and what can I say it's a food court so the ambience is not great. As can be expected it also gets slammed at lunch time so get there early. I was served a breakfast burrito with what I believe to be a chunk of plastic, it could have been glass. It was very thick. The person working the register was trying to hurry me away when I returned. He refunded my burrito but not my drink and kept telling me it was egg shell. Ladies and gentleman there is simply no chance. It was a thick knob of either Tupperware or a glass container. Okay, I only came here for breakfast, but after having done so, I will definitely be back to try what they're known for - the burgers! I needed some breakfast before my meeting and saw that Twice Burger in the Columbia Tower Food Court was open and there was already a line there, so decided to check out what was on the menu. I was surprised by how many different breakfast items they had available, including a solid list of different breakfast burritos. Hey, I like burritos! I even was planning to order the breakfast burrito with chicken fried steak and gravy (omgggg!), until I saw that for the special of the day, they had a biscuits and sausage gravy plate with hash browns and two fried eggs for less than nine bucks. Yes, please! The food didn't take long to get and I was pleased with my breakfast. It's also nice that they placed it in a to-go container for me even if I had planed to dine in somewhere around the food court, for it made taking back leftovers easy. The portion was huge! My favorite part of the meal were the biscuits. They were large, fluffy and soft. The texture was at the midpoint where it's dough-y to being fully baked. Yum! I was impressed by the biscuits here. The sausage gravy was good and was actually more bland than I thought. But with some hot sauce, it does the body good. Hash browns were also nice for some added crunch to the meal and wasn't too salty. Yet the eggs were slightly undercooked. But hey, I would rather have them be undercooked than overcooked, so as to have that yolk running down the goods! Solid breakfast, proving Twice Burger is more than just burgers. Pretty average cafeteria like food. It's located on the first floor of Columbia Tower. I normally wouldn't get lunch in the area since everything is super pricey. I'm lucky enough to work at an office that has free food, but the kitchen was closed down due to renovations. I saw Twice Burger on Yelp and it looked pretty good. Surprisingly, they had an extensive menu that offered more than just burgers. I decided to play it safe and ordered the chicken tenders and fries through their website. By the time I took a 5 minute walk over there, the food was ready. It's a small stall, but there was plenty of seating out front. The food was pretty average. The chicken looked like frozen Tyson chicken tenders and tasted like them. The fries were pretty good and crispy though. I paid $12.13 after tax which I would say wasn't worth it. The food didn't come with any dipping sauce either so that was a disappointment. Overall, I probably wouldn't return and would rather try another food option at Columbia Tower. read more

I have a colleague who always eats here when he doesn't bring lunch from home. I thought okay, must be good if this is his go-to. I'm not a veg., but decided to try this Impossible burger everyone's talking about. We'll, it's all that it's hyped up to be. It's the only alt meat option I've had that doesn't have any aftertaste or flavor that overpowers the meal, and I've tried a lot of alt meats. And the bun, oh so soft and buttery. What a great veg-option treat from a burger joint. I'm sure their meat burgers are really tasty and may try some in the future (but idk that Impossible burger is lovely). It can get busy during lunch, but I'm there around 11-ish and it's not so bad. I'm glad more people are in and around the building during lunch. Staff are friendly and efficient. I've been a few times and never disappointed. If you're working in the area it's a great lunch option. Recommend and will return. read more

The burgers are back! Before Twice Burger took over the empty spot in Columbia Tower there was another burger joint. I was sad they closed because the owner was really nice and I got to choose my own freshly prepared condiments. I was on my way to Sushi Kudasai when I saw a line at the newly opened restaurant. Folks ahead of me ordered the bacon cheeseburger. People behind me talked of ordering the bacon cheeseburger. I'd say it was their influence (or their stomach talking) which made me order a bacon cheeseburger. It was pretty good for food court standards. I would have liked a to-go menu to bring back to the office but since they just opened they probably haven't had time to print them out yet. So if you didn't bring your reading glasses make sure you bring a colleague to read the options out to you. It was about a 10 minute wait. They were doing their best to get the orders out considering the space they have, the area of their flat top grill, and the popularity of their grand opening. read more

I was really craving a burger and my coworker recommended this place. Service is quick and the portions are great as well. They have several condiments to choose from to compliment your orders. I ordered the Katsu burger with a side of sweet potatoes. Total cost? $12.39. Which is in my opinion not bad at all. It's on par with other burger joints. My Katsu burger had too much sauce which to some may be good. But the sweetness was over powering. My sweet potatoes were fantastic. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. I had a terrible experience with Twice burger and Uber eats as well. I ordered a burger with a brioche bun and got a lettuce bun instead and the burger and fries were both cold. I called to ask about a remake and the guy said he would make another and send it right out. IT NEVER CAME. The Uber eats guy was on a bicycle so my food was stone cold when the original order was delivered. I can't give an accurate review of how the burger was because I never got a warm one. The fries looked good but were stone cold so I can't give an honest review of those either. I would be extremely cautious about ordering food from this place, especially if you are having it delivered. My favorite food spot in Columbia tower. I work in the building so I've tried every place. Their "chicken burger" is amazing. Way better than chic-fil-a. I see people from the other food options ordering their own lunch here. I will say the fried chicken is Tyson chicken vibes but the grilled chicken is AMAZING. Whatever the sauce is I love too. Their sweet potato fries are delicious. Lastly, their kiosk tip options say "5%, 10% and 15%." I don't know if it's intended but I respect them not starting it at 20% as the floor like every other place does these days. I go in and manually put 20%. :) read more

The burgers are tasty. But, who cares about that if you get sick because food handlers don't know, or don't apply, basic health precautions? I bought a saudage, egg, and cheese sandwich, just half an hour ago. While my sandwich was cooking, the grill "chef" stocked his kitchen and handled draw meet. Yes, he wore gloves. But, the didn't remove them and wash his hands, much less put on new gloves, before assembling and wrapping my sandwich. I had to catch a bus; so, I didn't have time to ask for my money back. I ate the twice burger which is a mixture of beef and bacon as well as a fried egg and guacamole. I thought everything was cooked well and tasted good. There was a little too much guac but not much of a problem. The fries were also good and reasonably priced. You do have to wait a bit for it to cook but it wasn't bad. I think its better than the previous burger place that was here. They should hopefully get some more condiment and drink varieties in the future. read more
