Food was great! I come here a lot and they're always consistent. I would recommend this wingstop to everyone!

Placed an online order at 5PM for pickup at 6:45 PM. Arrived at the store at my pickup time where they told me the wait would be 30+ minutes, even though I pre-ordered. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for cold fries, and dry, under-seasoned wings. I understand and respect that y'all are busy but what's the point of pre-ordering if I have to wait as long as someone just walking in to the store? read more

I've been to almost every wingstop in Dallas and this is the best one. They have largest portions, least greasy food and nicest staff. Very clean too! read more

Wingstop - Very clean - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sachse, Texas

We placed our order at 4:45 for a pickup time at 5:15. We got there right at 5:15 and my husband had to wait 10+ mins for our order because the chef only started making our order when we got there (husband saw this). There was only one person in the back working with 4-5 other people just standing around, the employee at the cash register was on her phone the entire time with it plugged in charging. The order should have been already ready for pickup when we got there. Not coming back to this location. read more

Love me some wing stop. Those Parmesan wings extra crispy are the best. Remember extra well done. They are so much better that way. They could use a few more sides. read more

I ordered 15 wings mixed barbeque and Hawaiian, fries and brownies for delivery just a 1/2 mile from the house. Those were the worst wings I have ever tasted! They were tough and tasted old ! I'll never order from this Wing Stop again. The fries and brownies were delicious. It was very disappointing about the wings. This was the first time I've ordered from Wing Stop. read more

Who doesn't like Wingstop??!! My daughter and I stopped in for lunch today. The food came out fast and hot. No complaints here. read more

See all

All but 2 of the wings on my order (10) were flats. And all pieces were small and not "jumbo" as advertised. No I didn't pay extra for ALL drums, but couldn't half be drums? Way overpriced for what I got. Don't advertise JUMBO wings when they are just runts. Best practice would be to give customers a couple extra when they are so tiny! read more

Wingstop - "Jumbo" wing as advertised???? 8 of the 10 wings were flats. Wth?! $12 for a bunch of teeny tiny flats. Not worth it!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sachse, Texas

First and last time ordering Chicken Sandwich from Wingstop! When you think about a Chicken Sandwich the first thing that comes to mind is a chicken breast. I was highly disappointed biting into my chicken sandwich. The Chicken patty was made up of all dark meat, it was very tough biting into it. I threw away 2/3 of the sandwich because it was disgusting biting into it. The fries were great! read more

Update 1/24/19 Went back on 1/24 and service was MUCH better. They had signs on the door saying that pre-order time slots for SuperBowl could fill up, so it looks like that remedied the problem that occurred with the playoffs. The staff was friendly and food came out within 15-20 mins. We had a 15pc combo. Order was correct and wings tasted great. Thanks Wingstop for reaching out! 01/12/2019 Ordered online at 11:30am for a 6:30pm pick up time for the Cowboys playoff game. Got to WS at 6:20 and was told there'd be a 20 min wait (which basically means they hadn't started on the order). They weren't even willing to compensate me somehow for the inconvenience of having to wait. Everyone present was waiting on orders that they put in earlier in the day. The place was packed with ppl waiting on their order when I finally got mine and left. You'd think they would be better staffed on a Cowboys playoff game day. I finally got my food at 6:58 and rushed home as to not miss kickoff. Get home and my order is incorrect (my fault for not checking before I left, but like I said, I wanted to see kickoff and after waiting you expect correct food). So not only did I have to wait, my food was incorrect. 2 stars because the LP wings tasted decent. Wish I would've gotten my Louisiana rub read more

Good old wing stop...you know what to expect and this place delivers. Ordered a 35 piece family pack with three flavors. Teriyaki - An okay flavor that I probably won't order again. It has a strange flavor, almost like its not flavorful enough. Lemon Pepper - My favorite...very flavorful and is good when the wings are crispy. Cajun - It's an okay flavor, but I prefer original hot to cajun. Cajun tastes almost like it has too many spices on it...a bit too strong. Fries were great, nothing to complain about. Will be ordering when the wing cravings hit me again. read more

If you're planning to get food here, try to call in your order ahead of time. I like that they cook everything to order but the wait can be close to 20 minutes. That feels like a lifetime in the eyes of a "starving" person. I decided to try something different and got garlic and mild flavored wings with blue cheese dressing and fries. The fries were great! The wings were almost overcooked. A little too crispy. The flavor wasn't bad but I was surprised to see powered imitation parm on the garlic-parm flavor. I had a good experience overall and would try it again, maybe a different flavor to find the one that's perfect for my taste! read more

I have a firm belief that you don't go to WingStop for the wings as they're just okay. Not bad mind you, but I've had better. No, the real reason to visit Wing Stop are the fresh cut fries. As expected, they're fresh when you order and seasoned in Wing Stop's sweet and salty seasoning that sounds weird but is OH SO DELICIOUS. You MUST order them with a side of blue cheese-which is fresh and chunky as opposed to gluey like some other places- for dipping. Otherwise, you are so missing out. And all this for under 6 bucks? Awesome! read more

Stay away. Food got here fine but I order also 2 cokes and they showed up with empty cups. Called wing stop place and they said they could get a refund thru DoorDash etc even when I didn't use them. Some kid Justin Bieber looking with a tank top dropped the food off and could care less what my order actually was when he picked it up! Either way I'm done using this wing stop especially when I called to complain about it. Worthless! read more

Ordered 40 wings for dinner for the family. Every single one was way over cooked, and almost zero sauce on them. Worst experience ever and will go anywhere else besides Wingstop in the future. Just totally threw money away on this one. read more

My friend and I came in for the first time to this location. We were met with a lot of patience by the cashier guy! I really appreciated that. We both got the combo with 2 flavor wings, fries and soda. Our wait time was not that long. I ordered garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was great! I felt iffy about the garlic Parmesan since it didn't taste like the ones I've had before. As always, their seasoned fries hit the spot. The lady that was handing out the orders was impatient and rude. I asked for help and she just dismissed it!!! Good wings, iffy customer service. read more

Sadly, this Wingstop has little to offer in food or service. The employee did not understand the order, he retrieved another employee, who was on a cell phone attempting to clarify our order... which was not correct. Fries left off, no ketchup, no napkins. We had to re-order the fries and wait a second time. Awful, awful service. We will never go back. read more

Wingstops are usually hit or miss. You can get limp fries or wings without enough flavoring or not cooked right. When I went in 4/18/21 - the food was phenomenal. Everything was as it is supposed to be. read more

I like both types of wings: boneless and bone in but we get boneless because of more meat for the money. My husband loves the mango habanero, we both like cajun & original hot and then as a family the lemon pepper is a hit! The buttered rolls are good as an extra side along with the carrot & celery sticks and then the ranch is excellent to dip wings in. You can call your orders in to have it ready when you arrive and sometimes they have offered my husband a drink when he's waited on our order. If you order in, it typically takes about 15 min. read more

This location forgot to give us our wings. My husband was only given the fries and rolls. He got one bag. My husband went back for the wings and I called to ask them to remake the fries because by the time he'd get back, they would be soggy. They didn't want to do that because we didn't bring the fries back. I talked to a Sammy. She said I needed to bring that bag. Well that would require my husband to come and go for the third time. I asked her to please remake the fries. She said she could not do that. She said my bag was too heavy to have only been given fries and bread. I asked her if what she was saying was that i was lying about getting the wings. She said she gave us the wings. I have absolutely zero reason to be lying. Thankfully I have a job to pay for my food. If I wanted double the wings, I would've paid for them. We have ordered from here multiple times. MULTIPLE times. All I wanted was for the fries to be remade and our wings that we had already paid for. If I got one bag, would 2 ten piece, 1 6 piece, 2 strips, 3 fries, 4 ranch, and 6 rolls fit in there?! No! The bag was even folded from the top. What a terrible way to treat honest people. They remade the wings, because I don't know who they gave them to. It wasn't us. My husband picked them up on the second trip even though Sammy tried to ignore him when he got there after speaking to me. I had to make a third trip because they forgot the ranch. Finally got to eat my food after a1.5 hour fiasco of picking up the one bag the first time. Yes, I ate soggy fries. Unacceptable and unbelievable the way we were treated today. Check your order BEFORE you leave before they accuse you of being a liar even though THEY were the ones that made the mistake. Update 12/15: after calling the store and asking for the manager the next day, I got a call from the regional manager for this store. She apologized for how this situation was handled, explained to me how she handled it with their staff, the version she was given, and I am supposed to get a full refund. Apology accepted. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else after my experience. read more

Wing Stop is Wing Stop. Great wings with killer fries and the bourbon beans are up there as well. I didn't realize the prices went up since it has been a while since I've been there, but I'd still go back. Best wing place in my opinion. This location does a good job and is friendly. Not terribly fast, but most of these places are not fast. Still, the place you want to go for wings. They usually have one tv with sports on as well. read more

Its wings. Nothing more and nothing special. Since wings are generally messy we decided to dine in. That was our mistake. The inside is cramped and dim. I expected that. We had to bust the table from the last person that used it. While I was dining I noticed that a TON of to go orders were being done. A very large number of people were getting take out and in the future this is what I will do too. You get the wings faster from ordering takeout. If the wings were better it would not matter where you ate them. Stick to to go and you will be better off. read more

The physical address is god, just the placement on the map is completely wrong. It really needs to be fixed ASAP!!

I love your food, but I hate your customer service. After waiting in line behind three other orders I go up to the counter, have the guy look at me, and then ask the person behind them if he can help them. I have had that happen at least three times now. Maybe I look like a serial killer, but the pregnant lady I am think I'm fairly harmless and not too scary. I'd also like it if they would get my online order right. It isn't an issue of miscommunication at that point, but a matter of lazy reading on the part of those fulfilling the order. read more

This must be the worst Wingstop location. This is not the first time we have had trouble with our order. I ordered online yesterday for an Oscar party we were giving tonight. When we got there to pick them up they said they did not have the order even though we had conformation. No apology. When we got home they gave us the wrong dips. Sad since the menu is not that extensive. No more. Next time we will order from Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

This is a very clean location. I went in with three other people and we all got our food in 15 minutes. I ordered the BBQ and mango habanero. My wings came out great. Everyone else I was with was happy, and my husband learned that he can order just wings like he likes and they are called flats (who knew) so that made him a happy camper. It's usually about $10 a person but on Tuesday they have 60 cent wings but only for boneless. I actually don't like their boneless and I thought I would, I just don't like their breading. The fries are also awesome with their sugary greatness. read more

Ordered 20 wings - Lemon Pepper, Original and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian were HORRIBLE. I bit into one and spit it out. Tasted spoiled, and had a fishy flavor. Won't be back anytime soon. Sorry. Too expensive to get poor quality. read more

Horrible customer service from the girl at the register. So rude. Never going back to that location!

If you like your wings fried in oil that's old burnt and nasty then this is your place. When Wingstop first came to the metroplex they were awesome. Been going down hill since then. Overpriced nasty chicken wings. read more

I love me some wings! My boyfriend orders BBQ every time, but I've had garlic parm, hot, Cajun, and Louisiana style before. The garlic parm is not very flavorful, so my new faves are hot and cajun. It's usually a 15 minute wait, but I'd rather wait for my food to be prepared then it getting cold from sitting out for a long time. The fries are amazing only when dipped in their ranch. If you sign up for their emails you can get coupons for a free large cut fry basket, which is always nice :o) read more

First time to this location. The cashier seemed very distracted when we placed our order. Paid and then sat down for our food. After almost 30 minutes we still have no food. Went to counter and they have no record of our order. We have our receipt. Asking for money back and they are balking at being able to do a refund. Will not return to this location. Only have one star because couldn't do review without entering read more

Love their boneless chicken strips with too many great sauces to choose from, but our favorites so far are BBQ and teriyaki. They also make an excellent french fry; however, they are VERY salty. Do what we do - order a basket of fries and ask that they leave off the seasoning. They are happy to accommodate you! Thanks for that option!!! read more

I've eaten at several Wing Stop locations since the early 90s. This is not the best. I always get the hickory BBQ. Several of my wings were so overdone that the meat inside was crunchy. I showed the girl at the front and she said "that's just the way they are cooked. I'll make you a few more." She brought me all drums. She said she thought I might like them better. Sadly they were still dry and fairly bland. I hope this is not indicative of a corporation change, but rather a poorly run franchise. read more

Love this Wingstop! We order online and pick it up about once a week. The food is good consistently and the service is always great! Even on Super Bowl Sunday our order was correct and ready on time! read more

Used to frequent this place. I'm myboponion quality and service have declined. Not worth the price you are paying for the wings. We won't be back. read more

Each and every time I go to this location the customer service is second to none! And the wings are always hot and fresh!

Love the wings here, and the fries. Definitely try the lemon pepper for something a little milder, but the classic hot wings are to die for. The wings are really some of the best I've ever had. It does take a while to be served, because it's cooked to order, but when it does come out it will not disappoint. read more

Our family has eaten here on several occasions and can't think of a single complaint. There may be a wait from time to time, but that happens when food is made fresh to order and then tossed around in the right amount of deliciousness! read more

We have been going to this location for a while, and the last several times, our wings have come to us sitting in a pool of grease. The wings have been soggy, and the sauce has run off from the grease. We have notified management, and we're given a free meal, but it came to us the same way. I guess it's time to find a new wing place :( read more

This place ran out of napkins and we were just told "Get the ones from the restroom and use those". We come here all the time after soccer and we get treated like that! To use the restroom napkins! Wow! Only one start because they don't have "Negative Star" rating. read more
