Placed an online order at 5PM for pickup at 6:45 PM. Arrived at the store at my pickup time where they told me the wait would be 30+ minutes, even though I pre-ordered. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for cold fries, and dry, under-seasoned wings. I understand and respect that y'all are busy but what's the point of pre-ordering if I have to wait as long as someone just walking in to the store? read more

We got there right at 5:15 and my husband had to wait 10+ mins for our order because the chef only started making our order when we got there (husband saw this). There was only one person in the back working with 4-5 other people just standing around, the employee at the cash register was on her phone the entire time with it plugged in charging. I ordered 15 wings mixed barbeque and Hawaiian, fries and brownies for delivery just a 1/2 mile from the house. Those were the worst wings I have ever tasted! They were tough and tasted old ! First and last time ordering Chicken Sandwich from Wingstop! When you think about a Chicken Sandwich the first thing that comes to mind is a chicken breast. I was highly disappointed biting into my chicken sandwich. The Chicken patty was made up of all dark meat, it was very tough biting into it. Update 1/24/19 Went back on 1/24 and service was MUCH better. They had signs on the door saying that pre-order time slots for SuperBowl could fill up, so it looks like that remedied the problem that occurred with the playoffs. The staff was friendly and food came out within 15-20 mins. We had a 15pc combo. Order was correct and wings tasted great. Stay away. Food got here fine but I order also 2 cokes and they showed up with empty cups. Called wing stop place and they said they could get a refund thru DoorDash etc even when I didn't use them. Some kid Justin Bieber looking with a tank top dropped the food off and could care less what my order actually was when he picked it up! Good old wing stop...you know what to expect and this place delivers. Ordered a 35 piece family pack with three flavors. Teriyaki - An okay flavor that I probably won't order again. It has a strange flavor, almost like its not flavorful enough. Lemon Pepper - My favorite...very flavorful and is good when the wings are crispy. Cajun - It's an okay flavor, but I prefer original hot to cajun. Cajun tastes almost like it has too many spices on it...a bit too strong. Fries were great, nothing to complain about. If you're planning to get food here, try to call in your order ahead of time. I like that they cook everything to order but the wait can be close to 20 minutes. I have a firm belief that you don't go to WingStop for the wings as they're just okay. Not bad mind you, but I've had better. No, the real reason to visit Wing Stop are the fresh cut fries. As expected, they're fresh when you order and seasoned in Wing Stop's sweet and salty seasoning that sounds weird but is OH SO DELICIOUS. You MUST order them with a side of blue cheese-which is fresh and chunky as opposed to gluey like some other places- for dipping. Otherwise, you are so missing out. And all this for under 6 bucks? The employee did not understand the order, he retrieved another employee, who was on a cell phone attempting to clarify our order... which was not correct. Fries left off, no ketchup, no napkins. My friend and I came in for the first time to this location. We were met with a lot of patience by the cashier guy! I really appreciated that. We both got the combo with 2 flavor wings, fries and soda. Our wait time was not that long. I ordered garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was great! I felt iffy about the garlic Parmesan since it didn't taste like the ones I've had before. As always, their seasoned fries hit the spot. This location forgot to give us our wings. My husband was only given the fries and rolls. He got one bag. My husband went back for the wings and I called to ask them to remake the fries because by the time he'd get back, they would be soggy. They didn't want to do that because we didn't bring the fries back. I talked to a Sammy. She said I needed to bring that bag. Well that would require my husband to come and go for the third time. I asked her to please remake the fries. She said she could not do that. She said my bag was too heavy to have only been given fries and bread. I asked her if what she was saying was that i was lying about getting the wings. She said she gave us the wings. I have absolutely zero reason to be lying. Thankfully I have a job to pay for my food. If I wanted double the wings, I would've paid for them. We have ordered from here multiple times. MULTIPLE times. All I wanted was for the fries to be remade and our wings that we had already paid for. If I got one bag, would 2 ten piece, 1 6 piece, 2 strips, 3 fries, 4 ranch, and 6 rolls fit in there?! No! The bag was even folded from the top. What a terrible way to treat honest people. They remade the wings, because I don't know who they gave them to. It wasn't us. My husband picked them up on the second trip even though Sammy tried to ignore him when he got there after speaking to me. I had to make a third trip because they forgot the ranch. I like both types of wings: boneless and bone in but we get boneless because of more meat for the money. My husband loves the mango habanero, we both like cajun & original hot and then as a family the lemon pepper is a hit! The buttered rolls are good as an extra side along with the carrot & celery sticks and then the ranch is excellent to dip wings in. Its wings. Nothing more and nothing special. Since wings are generally messy we decided to dine in. That was our mistake. The inside is cramped and dim. I expected that. We had to bust the table from the last person that used it. While I was dining I noticed that a TON of to go orders were being done. A very large number of people were getting take out and in the future this is what I will do too. You get the wings faster from ordering takeout. After waiting in line behind three other orders I go up to the counter, have the guy look at me, and then ask the person behind them if he can help them. This is a very clean location. I went in with three other people and we all got our food in 15 minutes. I ordered the BBQ and mango habanero. My wings came out great. Everyone else I was with was happy, and my husband learned that he can order just wings like he likes and they are called flats (who knew) so that made him a happy camper. It's usually about $10 a person but on Tuesday they have 60 cent wings but only for boneless. I actually don't like their boneless and I thought I would, I just don't like their breading. I love me some wings! My boyfriend orders BBQ every time, but I've had garlic parm, hot, Cajun, and Louisiana style before. The garlic parm is not very flavorful, so my new faves are hot and cajun. It's usually a 15 minute wait, but I'd rather wait for my food to be prepared then it getting cold from sitting out for a long time. The fries are amazing only when dipped in their ranch. Love their boneless chicken strips with too many great sauces to choose from, but our favorites so far are BBQ and teriyaki. They also make an excellent french fry; however, they are VERY salty. I've eaten at several Wing Stop locations since the early 90s. This is not the best. I always get the hickory BBQ. Several of my wings were so overdone that the meat inside was crunchy. I showed the girl at the front and she said "that's just the way they are cooked. I'll make you a few more." She brought me all drums. She said she thought I might like them better. Sadly they were still dry and fairly bland. I hope this is not indicative of a corporation change, but rather a poorly run franchise. read more

Love the wings here, and the fries. Definitely try the lemon pepper for something a little milder, but the classic hot wings are to die for. The wings are really some of the best I've ever had. We have been going to this location for a while, and the last several times, our wings have come to us sitting in a pool of grease. The wings have been soggy, and the sauce has run off from the grease. We have notified management, and we're given a free meal, but it came to us the same way.
