Jason ordered the Lava #1 (2 mild strips) and I got the Lava #2 (2 hot chicken sliders). The "hot" was more of a medium kick, while the mild still had great flavor without much heat--so definitely approachable for anyone easing into spice. I also helped myself get some mac & cheese since it was a cold and rainy day, but to be honest I probably would've gotten some mac & cheese anyways. Delicious! Also have to shout out Alex--super patient, helpful with the menu, and honestly just great service all around. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, which you don't see often. Both times I have tried this place, the customer service is neutral and dry and the matching environment. I selected the double prime burger meal. The restrooms are located at the far left side of the building as you walk in and they were very clean. The meal arrived with above average size patty and some fries. I contacted Wingstop corporate support. They were very attentive. They offered me a gift card for my trouble. Thank you! However, they stated they could only offer one solution to my issue. A gift card or a refund that would or could possibly be offered per the local store. Now, I'm not one to expect extra money or attention, but the local store manager hung up on me twice when I was trying to resolve this issue. Corporate did not acknowledge the fact that I didn't receive my order and offered a gift card (not a gift card!!) in return. This is not how that works. I should have received a refund immediately. A gift card, although appreciated, is not an admission of taking ownership of the missing food. Wings are great but wont be ordering or visiting this establishment again.
