We have to drive to Rockwall and yes I will drive to Rockwall to get my Cajun Meal which is what I ordered. Do not bother. They cancel an order because they cant fulfill a basic order for 2 people. It's a waist of time waiting for your order just to have it canceled when it was expected to arrive. I guess we have gotten used to this location getting orders wrong but now we have to get used to being treated poorly? I had to go back because my one bag had a sticker that indicated there was two bags. I was missing the ranch and went back. So I explained the situation and immediately was met with a standoffish person in charge. Who stood in front of me and just saying no no as if it wasn't possible that they would make a mistake. With a long history of getting orders wrong this made very little sense to have this kind of arrogance. We're not trying to get something for free, we want our orders to be correct. This person made an assumption based on no information but appearance that I was trying to get something for free. Be careful at this location, check your bags and know what's coming if your order is incorrect. Going to leave 3 stars because it has nothing to do with the food. It's about this person and the service. It's not fair to leave 1 star because of one persons actions. read more

Just left..there are literally 9 people standing in the kitchen laughing and horsing around..1 order of wings just took almost 35 minutes to get out, when they had the order before I arrived..and when I asked at around 20 minutes, the 9 people in the kitchen basically laughed and acted like I was interrupting social hour.. This Wingstop just opened this week and it did not disappoint! The only part I didn't like was it took longer than I would have wanted but understandable since it is not only new but also a Friday night! Food was excellent! Super fresh, and hot! We had bone in and boneless, with fries and everything was super good! Every piece of the order was present and the service was awesome! I would like to ask that people to have patience and understand they are new and everything won't be perfect yet. The food is 100% hot and made to order. But if it takes longer than expected, under stand they're doing their best. I saw many rude people cussing and throwing fits. We feel so entitled and have this " need it now" mentality. Ordered chicken since I didn't have time to drive and I regret my decision. I ordered lemon pepper chicken, but Wingstop cooks don't know the difference between salt and pepper. I got the saltiest food I have ever eaten and my mom was a salt fiend if that gives you more reference. Then the delivery driver couldn't read either. Tasty tasty! All of the flavors we ordered we great. We got the 40 pack of wings and it easily fed 5 people with leftovers.

Unpleasantly surprised. It's been awhile since I visited a Wingstop, so I thought I'd give the new store in my neighborhood a try. Ordered bone-in wings and fries. The fries, sauces and dip were great, but the main attraction (wings) were on the dry side. Taste like they were precooked and then reheated. The service was awesome and the staff friendly.
