Worst customer service from MGMT! Picked up a to go order and arrived at home with 3 missing…read moreitems. I contacted the store and requested a comp of my order. When a restaurant fails to verify order accuracy and leaves items out ( especially on a to go order) they should 100% comp the order. A customer wasted their time, fuel, and money picking up an incomplete order. The MINIMUM effort should be comp the order. This manager" Marylin"refused to and said she would also NOT credit the missing items since I informed her I would be contacting corporate and would let corporations handle it. She also had a snarky rude attitude and said " you came in here and saw how busy we were righy?!" Go somewhere else where you can get quality service all the way around.
