Worst customer service from MGMT! Picked up a to go order and arrived at home with 3 missing items. I contacted the store and requested a comp of my order. When a restaurant fails to verify order accuracy and leaves items out ( especially on a to go order) they should 100% comp the order. A customer wasted their time, fuel, and money picking up an incomplete order. The MINIMUM effort should be comp the order. This manager" Marylin"refused to and said she would also NOT credit the missing items since I informed her I would be contacting corporate and would let corporations handle it. I love Wingstop. I've always received fast and friendly service at the Rowlett location. But after sampling several flavors I'm going to give my review. Classic Hot - the best imo. Perfect hot wing flavor and temperature. Mango Habanero - #2 pick. Great blend of sweetness and heat. And not really any hotter than the classic hot. Lousiana Rub - This is not hot, but really good flavor. I'm not a dry rub kinda guy and I just enjoy more heat on my hotwings. Garlic Parmesan - I liked this one. But I wouldn't eat 10 or 15 wings in this seasoning. Kinda like an appetizer flavor. No heat at all. But my kids love it! Atomic - It will have your mouth burning. But I didn't really enjoy the flavor. Not impressed. Cajun - Salty salty salty. Like a spoonful of seasoning with every bite. Not going back for seconds on this flavor. read more

The management decided that the most appropriate time to update their payment system was in the middle of the afternoon. I was forced to wait nearly 10 minutes after my food had been ready, sitting in the counter, waiting for their payment system to finish updating. By the time I received my food, it was not hot and the fries, soggy. The management did not compensate in any way or even offer an apology for the delay as I stood over the counter for several minutes. Another tip, if you order To Go ALWAYS check your order BEFORE leaving or you may find you've been given tiny wings that appear freezer burned, rubbery carrots from sitting in water too long or residual of burnt French fries when you did not order fries at all...YUK. The condiment counter is horrifically filthy....especially late evenings and no one move to clean up. The quality at other locations I've frequented far exceeds this one. Called in a 70 dollar order that was delivered and the food was all cold and missing one of the main Entrees. I called and was told they would not redeliver the item and offered a refund. I told the mean and arguing lady on the phone that if you delivered the first order then you can redeliver what was missing. she said nope. I told here this was the 3rd time this happened and was not going to ever come back. How do you know what is delivering or not and then when not you cant back it up so at least the family can eat. Prior to my last experience I had nothing but decent things to say about this locations, and we use them on a regular basis. I went to their website to place an order and it forced me to download their app. Fine. I was having issues placing the order with the 5 free boneless wings offer it gave me, so I called the store and asked them honor it and even offered to bring in my phone and show them the offer. The lady refused to help me. She was incredibly rude and wouldn't offer any type of assistance. She eventually hung up on me when I continued to point out what horrible customer service she had asked to talk to her manager and she claimed to be the only one there. I called back to ask her name and her real position and she put another gentleman on. When they realized I was the same person he began speaking in Spanish. I told him he could speak English or I would just come up there and find out her name and position so I could file a complaint. Amazingly he was able to speak English gave me her name but would never give me her real position and then eventually hung up on me as well. If this is the type of store you run and customer service you provide you don't deserve to be open. read more

FYI...this location has moved literally 10 seconds away in the building connected to Jason's Deli and America's Best (5701 Liberty Grove Rd Ste 100, Rowlett, TX 75089). I haven't had any problems here and I hope it continues that way. I never call my order in ahead of time to ensure that it is fresh and there is no confusion.
