Because some of issues with my last visit was not controlled by the restaurant I will give it two stars but this was a one star experience all the way. We went during the Artic Blast of 2026 and the property manager did not have the decency to shovel the ice or put salt down to make it less dangerous to get to the door. Some could say that having to ice skate to the door could be looked at as fun but I didn't see it that way. I will say that I have only done takeout and DoorDash from here and this was my first time dining in. The service wa not good. The young ladies working the front of the house didn't seem like they were happy to be there and they weren't very friendly. The wings are normally very good, with a lot of sauce, friend crispy and finger licking good. Not so this trip to the point where I left very disappointed. Bbq chicken opened up a new location near my house and my dad and I decided to give it a try. We came there basically right when it opened and we were the only people there. We ordered the gangjeong and honey garlic lunch specials, which are only boneless and come with a soda can. The chicken was decent but I didn't think it was up to par as some of the other locations yet. Some of the pieces were dry and not juicy, while others were. They just recently opened though so I'll give them some time before trying again. I never knew they added it but I saw they have a chicken sandwich now so maybe I'll try that next time read more

Wow! What a difference a year makes! On January 19, 2026 I ordered the original crispy chicken. I've been a very happy customer since they opened, but yesterday I was given spoiled chicken. I immediately could taste and smell how rotten the chicken was, a strong indicator it was unsafe and discarded the chicken immediately. I love me some BB.Q chicken, so of course I had to try out the new spot in Murphy. We were greeted instantly when we walked in which was super cool. The vibes were really cool. They had Twice playing on the screen with multiple TVs going. People were chilling and getting served. No ruckus! I would say that it was a tad bit hot in there. It felt like a solid 76ish degrees. All the food came out hot and fresh. All of the chicken had that trademark bb.q chicken flavor with the ultimate crunch and flavor!!! it was our first time trying bbq chicken at this location and i would for sure go back! all of our food came out really hot but it was soooo good! cheesling fries (4/5) - i thought that there was a bit too much powder but that's just my own preference since i'm not a really big fan of cheese sweet potato fries (5/5) - crispy and so yummy galbi boneless chicken (4/5) - not as crispy as the honey garlic chicken but i think it was because the batter coating was thinner for this batch honey garlic boneless chicken (5/5) - my favorite dish!!! it was super flavorful and the outside was crispy and inside was juicy! read more

I made an order if boneless soy garlic with rice on the side for pick up. When I opened the boxes at home, I was quite disappointed. I was in the area and saw bb.q Chicken and thought I would give it a try. I ordered half and half whole chicken . Original and Hot and Spicy. I was expecting whole chicken which would be 2 breast, 2 thighs, 2 wings, and 2 legs. The breast's had most of the meat shave off like they were being used for boneless wings. So basically what I got was two breat ribs with very little meat ok them. They did the same thing with the thighs. The legs and wings were normal. I asked if the spicy hot was sweet and they said no. We'll that wasn't true. They were super sweet. Also the chicken was not fresh. It tasted old. It is supposed to be Korean chicken. I asked if they used gochujang in any of their sauces and they didn't know what gochujang is. I do not recommend this place at all. It was terrible. read more
