I ordered wings from here for delivery day before yesterday. I got a notification that it had been delivered but no food. It was delivered to a wrong address apparently. I called the store and they said "sorry, but we have no control over orders after they are picked up. You are more than welcome to pick up a replacement order." If I were able physically to pick up an order, I would have. So, called the store again, after he hung up on me, for the second time. Still no resolution and he hung up on me. I contacted Wingstop corporate support. They were very attentive. They offered me a gift card for my trouble. Thank you! However, they stated they could only offer one solution to my issue. A gift card or a refund that would or could possibly be offered per the local store. Now, I'm not one to expect extra money or attention, but the local store manager hung up on me twice when I was trying to resolve this issue. Corporate did not acknowledge the fact that I didn't receive my order and offered a gift card (not a gift card!!) in return. This is not how that works. I should have received a refund immediately. A gift card, although appreciated, is not an admission of taking ownership of the missing food. Wings are great but wont be ordering or visiting this establishment again. read more

This is the absolute best Wingstop I have been to in a very long time! I've lived in DFW for the last 20 years, and it is so hard to find a reliable Wingstop, that makes good food! I placed a mobile order, and it was ready before I got there, I was greeted with smiles, and asked repeatedly if I needed anything, despite the fact that I just had it to go order! I will be returning to this specific Wingstop, no matter where I live in DFW. Highly recommend this location! I placed an order through Door Dash and my driver waited over 30 minutes for my order to be prepared. Wingstop then told the driver that someone else had picked up the order already. I called and spoke to the manager and was very polite to him. I requested that our order be remade and given to the correct driver since it was their mistake for not checking that the orders were being given to the correct drivers. The manager told us no and that we would need to call Door Dash. I told him that it was his mistake for not checking and confirming to which he then hung up on me. He had also given me two different names, so it was either Juan or Alan. He was very rude and not helpful at all. His customer service was crummy and he did not try to help resolve the situation. I do not recommend this location and will be calling corporate. read more

Drove past 2 Wingstops to come to this location. Seen the great reviews I just had to check them out. Usually the ones by my house are over cooked or very small wings. These here were perfect, cook time was on point got me the atomic and the mango habanero with my fries well done! Definitely worth the extra drive, my wife and I really enjoyed them. We waited 30minutes four our food. It was medium combo with garlic parmesan and lemon peppers. The lemon peppers on top looks fine, taste good. However the garlic parmesan in the bottom as you see looks like plain fried chicken, taste like nothing. I called in and talked about it but all I got back is " uhh I don't know then". I even tipped for my togo order, to get this? Plus when the sprite tasted like gas only, I told them and they said its normal. I work at the restaurant and I know how its like when the syrup of the drink runs out. Im sorry if I'm rude, but you dont play with my food. Every time I order online I have to wait at least 10 mins for my food, what is the point in ordering online?!?! Then after patiently waiting 10 mins for just a large cheese fries I ask for extra sauce and he wants to charge me $1.60, how about a little customer service and apologize for me having to wait and maybe give me the $1.60 cheese for free. However, I AM CONVINCED that someone working there turns off the phone lines some nights because I will call/other people will call from different phones and the number will go STRAIGHT to voicemail. I've noticed this on the busy nights, Thursday-weekend. Maybe I'm wrong but I cannot imagine the amount of business lost to this issue. Aside from it being super new and clean, this wing stop was a total let down. The girl took my order wrong the first time. Then i had to come back to the counter again after I realized she messed up the second time too. Then they were out of ketchup. I ordered boneless wings, like I usually do on Tuesday's. A bunch of them were super little. I had to go complain at the counter 3 times total this visit. I really hope this was just a fluke. I love Wingstop but this one is extremely slow and act like they are just mad that they have to help you. No one was at the register at 1:00 the guy that ended up helping me was eating food of his own in the corner. He then got up blew his nose then very rudely asked me what I wanted. No washing hands sanitizing or anything. He then got my order went back and sat down to finish his food. As I was there he got back up another guy came in and he was behind the counter on his phone threw the phone down because again he was being bothered to take his order.
