He seemed irritated that we asked how much longer it might be. When SOME of the food came out it was tough and some cold. It clearly had been sitting a while. Got a message of "The promotion code has reached its usage limit" since it was just 10 min after 12 noon, I find that hard to believe it had reached the limit on usage. I haven't had Buffalo Wild Wings in ages and I was really impressed. First off, their burgers are amazing! Better than the wings. For the wings, I tried Buffalo boneless and they were hot and crispy. They had a special going on which included a burger, fries and 6 piece boneless wings for $12.99. I couldn't pass up the offer. Service was good, I can honestly say they were on time with my takeout order. By the time I made it home the food was still fresh. I highly recommend trying their burgers! This is your typical BWW location, I've had good and average experiences here. They have an indoor and outdoor area with moderate seating on the insides. The bar area is also decently sized where people can come in and enjoy themselves. And like every other BWW they have tons of different screens for the people to check out. Be careful with the tables sometimes they can be left dirty and you might have to get them cleaned again. I ordered the wing combo with fries for pickup and when I called to place the order I did not have a great experience. The man on the phone hung up on me which I was a little bit surprised with. When I got there, no one was at the front lobby so I had to go find the bartender to help me. My meal should have been ready in 25 minutes however it took more than 45 minutes. Mind you it wasn't busy at all this was a Friday at 4:20pm. I was very close to canceling my order but I took it anyways...I should have cancelled! I checked the wings when I got home and they put my seasonings on my boneless wings and left my traditional wings dry without seasonings.
