This place is horrible I tried so many times to like this Wingstop because it's only 8 minutes from house but today was the last I had placed an order from door dash it told me it would take about 30 to 40 minutes understanding because it's a Saturday night wing stop is usually vary busy but when the guy got there he told me it's vary busy and some how they can't find your order I was like just hold on there probably behind he waited more the 30 minutes I placed my order at 8 pm he kept ask for the order till it was 40 minutes he had been waiting now till 9:50 when he was just leaving that's all fine it's understandable but here is the thing when he dropped it off I opened my bag to half of my order my wing where there but not my sides it sucks because I payed extra for them my order was almost $50 for half of my food to be there it suck because I had 2 combos and payed extra for my ranch that's was neither in my bag or my corn or my fries I'm very upset that I got half ass food for 50 dollars that I payed for the employees need to make sure that the food is there for my understanding. DoorDash can't open the orders. He couldn't open my bag to check if everything was there that's why it sealed with a sticker so they won't mess with it I don't know who to go to, to get a refund. If I could give this zero stars I would. My mom came in September she waited 30 minutes for a phone order. The employees didn't care and were rude so my mom walked out . I gave it a second chance on October 21 and when I went to pickup my order mind you I live 3 minutes driving from here it was cold. Then again on 12/23 I had terrible service and my food was cold as well. This is ridiculous. I left my house when I had 10 minutes on my order left. When I walked in there was a young lady asking how much longer for her food 1/2 cashiers asked her for her name and checked the bags and couldn't find her order. While the cashier was there I politely told her I had an order and she ignored me. The young lady then walked out because she was so frustrated I don't blame her.
