The options for sides is limited--but the servings for fries are huge and they seem like fresh potatoes instead of frozen crap. But what this place is really about is wings. No frills wings. You can order at the counter and sit at a table or you can call in a to go order or even place one on the internet--though when you adding a "meal" combo (wings, fries, and a drink) they don't always have upgrade options, like "make my drink a large!" But that's a pretty small complaint and has more to do with the website than this particular branch. In my experience they never mess up my order, the wings are ready when they say they'll be, and you get pretty standard quality wings on the bone and very good strips/boneless wings (rolled in sauce if you like). It's pretty simple: if you have a craving for hot wings--for yourself or a big order for a party--these wings are perfectly fine. Will it change your mind about wings and leave you calling your friends to rave about a secret sauce or gourmet recipe? Not likely. But it gets the job done. read more

And, when we asked for a replacement for the extra seasoned fries (we didn't request extra seasoning on) they dumped the salty fries back in the grease and gave them back to us. One guy did re-remake the fries eventually. But,that manager Lily seemed not to care in the least bit. She snarled as I told her how awful our meal had been, and didn't even apologize. Just rude. I've been to each location about twice (2strikes out) each one i either get my items wrong or something small goes wrong but there are no apologies and i have an argument before i leave with my food. Ordered a 24 piece family pack with Cajun fries. When I get home, the fries are not cajun and the wings were dry like beef jerky. The three stars I've gratefully provided this location in particular is due to the fact that despite the terrible service, the food is still piping hot from the time you get it until you're done and it's delicious. Where my problem lies in is that the service SUCKS. A friend and I went in and ordered a combo each, which was 8 boneless wings, fries and a drink. This particular order should not have taken the 40+ minutes it did to reach us. There were only three tables in use, one a group of 5, a couple, and one person so it's not like they were overwhelmed with orders. It's horrible having this place as the closest place, to me, to get wings. The wings are fine... in fact I'm partial to the Louisiana Rub but it's not a flavor available at most wing spots. This is mainly the reason they've continued to get my business. Everything else is horrible, the customer service, the fact that it's difficult to get someone on the phone to call in an order, that fact that they've messed up my order numerous times. The employees seem overwhelmed with the volume of customers, so maybe they need to hire more people. Either way since finding Wild Over Wings has their own "Louisiana Rub" I've stopped going here.
