They give you a box full of grease with every wing order. Wings come soaking on at lease 1 inch of oil, it's disgusting. Try wing city on Beltline, family owned and really nice people. Love wingstop but this location sucks and many times they precook the food. And is often cold read more

I love Wingstop. They do have a high volume of customers and, it may take a couple of tries to get though on the phone, but be patient it's worth it. I have learned that I like my fries extra crispy with extra seasoning. So I ask for it.I have not had to many problems with them getting my order wrong. 1 time I asked for blue cheese and I got ranch. That was 1 time and I have eaten there about 100 times. read more

So I was trying to call in advance to avoid waiting. Called 4 times and out of the 2 I was hung up on. When I got there I notice a guy taking calls (must have been the one who hung up on me. You would it would be packed but it was not. I went in to place order I waited 30 mins. And very disappointed that my wings were extra dry. If I could rate 0 stars and still leave a review, I would! This place is by far the nastiest place to order wings from in the Dallas metro area. They should be ashamed to call themselves Wingstop. I spent $103 at this location yesterday. I placed my order at 4 o'clock. Was told 25 minutes so I arrive at 4:23. I get home and my fries were so cold and gross and the wings were dry as hell. I call up there to tell them about the food. They said, "oh, the wings come dry unless you tell them you want them wet." Uh ok...I suppose I have to tell them I want hot fries as well?!?! I used to love this location. I would order all the time but now whoever is managing the place is doing a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE job. Probably just working there for the money and not to satisfy his/her guests. I ordered some food cause it had been a while. & sadly I was very disappointed. Out of the 14 wings that me and my girlfriend ordered, we only ate 5, because the rest were dry and bloody and barely any meat on them. We hardly even ate the 5. And the fries, they had the best fries. Now they are all nasty! Burnt, destroyed in tiny pieces. & when I picked up my order the kids at the front were very rude, didn't greet didn't assist. I had to get their attention and tell them that I was there to pick up my order. As I waited the phone was ringing and they said "Don't pick it up, let that shit ring". This is the 3rd time we order from this place, ordered a 75 piece and 16 tenders. We repeated the order 4 times to them on the phone to make sure they got it correct this time. The person on the phone said the order correctly. When we picked it up they re told us the order and gave us the bags. We headed home and when we looked 50 parmason were not there, instead all original... Again. We called and spoke to their manager and she was rude and claimed they had given us the wings and that we were lying. We took the order back untouched and we had told them we were canceling the order , when we got there they were trying to make the parmason and we reminded them we were cancelling. The manager then went through the boxes claiming they gave us the wings, when she looked through all the boxes and saw we were right instead of apologize she yelled at the first kitchen lady she saw , didn't apologize for how rude she had been and said, it was a kitchen error and walked away. read more

Ordered online and it didn't show up and the person trying to take my order kept looking at me because he could say.ky name right after I repeated it 5 times and then when they couldn't find my order didn't feel sorry or try to help me. So I reordered and the hade waiting 40 mins for 8 pieces. They are unprofessional-- watching TV and hanging out with their family when they are on the clock and not paying attention to customers. I've eaten there twice and both times my order was exactly as ordered. The 2nd time, they ran out of sour cream for the loaded fries, so they offered a complimentary drink. Very pleased with the variety of wings and sides and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice lunch or evening meal. read more

I am so disappointed in this Wingstop location. They are so inconsistent. It may be due to a turnover in staff or something....I just left there. I ordered lemon pepper wings - all flats, with extra seasoning on the fries. There was NO seasoning on the chicken, and NO seasoning on the fries. It is ridiculous.
