This place needs to close and have another pizza business come take its place! We order pizza with extra cheese and it always comes with almost no cheese at all. If I go up there and say it several times, it turns out right. If i order it online, it never turns out right. I order two pizza BOTH with extra cheese. Neither had extra cheese. I typed in that I want light cheese so they put no cheese on either one. These people are idiots!! If and when they do get it right, it is excellent but that is seldom with me having to check it after it comes out. We couldn't even eat these two pizzas because they were so dry. Unbelievable!!!! They under portion all their ingredients. They are so afraid they might actually get portions correct and make a customer happy!! I have had it. My wife loves the thin crust, pizza here, but I don't like them. Not enough sauce. Yes, I could have asked for more sauce during the ordering process, but one would expect more sauce than that by default. Even on the pan pizza there was not that much sauce, I think Marco's or Papa John's would be better. Was great when it first opened but rapidly slid downhill. The reason they stay above water here is only because there are so few options in this town and the only delivery option, I suspect. The crust is dryer and blander than it used to be, and the meat toppings--especially the chicken--are so dry dry dry that even reheating in a steamer can't save them. The kids working there didn't give a single F about a customer clearly waiting for them, making food on time or with any quality, and were obviously high. All of them. Wouldn't be surprised one bit if they were only working there to deal through the store. The biggest tragedy, however, are the garlic knots. They used to hot, fluffy, tender, well seasoned with lots of butter. HEAVENLY, even. I used to bother with getting Domino's for just an order of these. Now they are dry, shriveled, cold, hard and bland. and tiny, like they spent 12hrs in a food dehydrator. A SUPER rip-off, near impossible to eat, and depressing. I'm giving the store one more chance to redeem themselves and even then, only because it's being offered to me by the SO and it's the only place that delivers. I won't be ordering a pizza or garlic knots for sure. Will try either some chicken, pasta or a sandwich. Will update how it goes later. I have not appreciated this location in the past. BUT! After I assessed why their pizza was not as tasty as the usual Dominos pizza I have had from other locations, I simply made the request to them and they NAILED IT! I want to thank them for accommodating my request. It surely has turned my frown back into a smile about this location here in Lavon. GREAT WORK GUYS on doing your best at process improvement. Keep up the good work! For those wondering, I asked for more of the garlic buttery seasoning on the crust, as well as more of a crust edge. I will also note that I have never had any bad experiences with delivery time and I live on the outer edge of the delivery ratio. read more

This location has the worst pizza ever.. like no joke. Something is always wrong with our order. Who orders light sauce and heavy marinara?? Once the pizza wasn't even fully baked we had to take it back but at least the ladies there that day were polite. Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt- especially on a weekend when they are probably busy but this has happened too many times for me to continue to let slide. Order the pizza online had my daughter had to go pick it up and the girl and guy that were in there working where so Stone out of their mind they gave us the completely wrong order. So then when I called and said that you gave us the wrong order she tried telling me that she stepped out from the bathroom and that the girl that took the order was experienced pizza maker and I told her that apparently not because she got our order wrong. Told me it was going to be 45 minutes for us to get our pizza delivered so my daughter had to go back to them and pick up our new pizza that we ordered originally. Bad service terrible food needs New Management and they need to get better employees that are not doing drugs on business hours. Get it together people! read more

Worst tasting Domino's pizza I have ever tasted. Ordered $71 worth of pizza on 9-26-21 & requested extra sauce & cheese. The pizza barely had any sauce & cheese. Called back to let them know & the guy told me he made them himself & they looked fine when the delivery driver took them. I use to work for Dominos & we were trained to smile, give the client what they want & something extra. I eventually talked to the manager & he said he would refund $25 back to my credit card. I Just got my statement & of course the refund is not there. I will drive to Rockwall from now on to get my pizza. Their staff is always friendly & they make great pizzas. Very upset with the Lavon location. Not professional at all & that meal was pretty expensive for nasty pizza. read more

Updated review. Tried them again and they actually got the order correct. However, they were two of the nastiest pizzas I have ever seen. Virtually no toppings or cheese, way overcooked and just dry and hard as Texas clay during a drought. Corporate Dominos really should terminate their dealing with this franchise. Other Dominos, while certainly not great pizza, have at least edible pizzas. read more

This place's prices are really high!! And they need to have a person on the phone taking orders that understands English. Medium pizza and 2 side salads $36.00..huh? Went in Next time to order a med. thin crust pizza and it was thin alright...paper thin and $21.00. Then when we left they said it would be an hour and we live 10 mins away. We thought this was just a careful estimation of the delivery time but, with 10 drivers standing around the counters....it may be the folks making the pizza that need more help! This is my new favorite dominos and so happy to have one in our small town. I have had excellent experiences here and their pizza has been my favorite go to. They usually have orders completed very quickly and have made no mistakes on my orders. I have placed more orders than I would like to admit and the staff has always gone above and beyond. I will be calling the hire up to complain about this order. One of my pizzas was made incorrectly. It was supposed to be thin crust. I called to let them know and Brandon answered and told me that they would bring me another one. One minute later he calls back to tell me that I needed to being the pizza up there and switch it out. I said if I have to come back up there and wait 20 mins like he states, that I need to be compensated. He got an attitude so I asked for manager. Jerald came on the phone and I told him what happened. He offered a free dessert, and I told him I didn't want a dessert. If I have to drive back up there, I want to be credited for a pizza that I paid for. He said he couldn't do that because he would have to void the transaction. I told him that he could then bring me another pizza and get this one. He wouldn't do that. So I told him I would be taking this up the chain. This is poor customer service. read more
