Pizzas are always very well prepared. Typically I pick up order dice they are a mile from me.

The most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced with this location. We have been customers of the Heath location and the Rockwall location for a long time. Anytime there was an issue with the Heath location they were so quick to make it right no questions asked. For the first time, we have a minor issue with a small pizza that we got with a large order and this location had no desire to help. Dustin said that there's nothing he can do to help us and that it's unfortunate that we are not happy with our order. It's a wonder the review rating are so low at this location. We're talking about a small pizza here that costs next to nothing to make. It's a real shame that this location doesn't train their employees to do better in this regard rather than tell a customer that it's too bad. read more

I'm new to the area and I noticed that all restaurants may have the same name but are extremely different!!! This place has Wonderful customer service!!! The food is terrible!! Marco's Pizza - a pizza on a laptop screen - Pizza Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

Great Pizza, great staff . Close to home for us which makes it even better. Highly recommend

Spent 25.00 with door dash on a pizza....build your own pizza. Added 5 toppings and ended up with a cheese pizza. A dad gum cheese pizza. Called them.....they blamed door dash. Will not be visiting this establishment again. Sorry customer service. read more

It seems they've figured out how to run a pizza place. We tried them again a few weeks ago, and they were on top of it. I even got a friendly greeting and prompt service upon walking in. The pizza was also good. The garlic butter was absent from the crust. Apparently that's a $1 add-on now. Totally worth it in my opinion. Without it, the pizza is about Papa John's quality. With it, it's good. Really good. read more

Good pizza, good deals. Limited delivery area is the only complaint. Salads are made fresh to order, and ingredients were nice and crisp. read more

Marco's Pizza - four slices of cheese pizza - Pizza Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

See all

Absolutely terrible customer service. I won't order from them again. Two weeks ago we ordered, and it took an hour and a half for them to deliver our pizza. They had one driver on a Saturday night at 5:30 PM. I thought oh well, this may be a one time thing. Ordered from them again tonight, and same terrible service. It took an hour and 15 mins to get our food, I called and was put on hold for ten mins only be told they are really busy, my bad. The delivery was so slow, and the customer service is awful. read more

Exceptional pizza and wonderful service! The ingredients were fresh and the garlic butter crust was the perfect addition. I had the deluxe pizza with ham instead of pepperoni. They also have subs, salads, desserts etc on their menu. If you haven't tried this new pizza place yet, give it a shot. You will be glad you did! read more

Marco's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

I just had the worst experience with this place I called them at 9:30 multiple times and they would hang up the phone. before getting there to order my pizza. I arrived at 9:45 to confront them as to why they were hanging up on me and a blonde girl who claimed to be the manager told me that everything was shutoff I told her to put herself in my shoes I called at 9:30 and they close at 10pm i didn't think it took half an hour to make a pizza on Sunday's and her response was there are other pizza places to eat. I was astonished with her unprofessionalism and rudeness. I will never go back because of the way I was treated. The girls name was Madison and she should be fired for her unprofessional behavior. read more

Great pizza and a great salad. Glad to have a better option than dealing with getti's owner and crowds and long waits to go and for delivery. read more

Brutal. Don't sign up for the 'deals'. App and web site rarely work. Overcharged multiple times. Pizza usually tastes good but service w both delivery and takeout disappointing! read more

After placing an order through the app, paying and giving a tip ahead of time our expected delivery was 40-45 mins. After an hour had passed I called the store and had to wait approx 5 mins for someone to answer. It was then explained to me that they were about an hour and a half behind on orders and mine hasn't even been started. Don't waste your time and money on the poorly managed pizza chain. What a shame. read more

Marco's pizza never ever answers their phone so it is impossible to order over the phone, I will ever ever do business with them right here in my neighborhood, and will pass the word as strongly as possible to tell people to not order from them...really, really poor service. They just don't care either because I have expressed my concern verbally with them. Crappy customer service. read more

We live just over a mile from this location, and have ordered pizza there 4-5 times in the 6 weeks the location has been open. The pizza is really, really good for a good price with reasonable coupons and specials. The 2 stars in my review are for the good pizza, and that's the end of the good. The front of house is a disaster. I can live with no greeting if the service is prompt and attentive. That has NEVER happened here. It seems that there are a dozen people making pizza and 2-3 untrained, unprepared, and untrained high school kids in ragged uniforms. They take all the phone orders, all the walk-up orders, and are supposedly the expediters for orders. You will wait twice as long as promised for your order, will have to ask for them to find it multiple times, and the "management" gripes at them when they walk in the kitchen to ask questions. This location is the poster-child for bad management, and the Rowlett and Wylie locations are close enough to use instead. I hope they fix this ASAP, and I will be happy to update my review when this local nightmare is made right. read more

Polite, knowledgeable cashier and good pizza. Even though it's not really a dine-in restaurant, the gentleman made sure that we were taken care of. Pizza is always solid (the old world pepperoni with a thin crust is one of our favorites). We also ordered a salad to accompany our pizza today and that was good as well! read more

I live 4 miles away from the location and the lady said she can't send her only driver to deliver us my our food

I think thier extra cheese was to greasy but the rest was amazing I recommend not getting the extra cheese but you should try the other stuff :) read more

Very disappointing as a new business the experience I had. I have had their pizza at a friends it was delivered to their house that was 4.5 miles away in Rockwall. My house is closer to the location being 2.1 miles but in Lavon. Their competitors in the same area deliver here so I would just assume enough research would be done to know there are neighboring areas that are in fact even closer for the drivers than all the Rockwall addresses. I asked to speak to the manager and that was pointless had no clue what was going on and said he didn't make the delivery route wow ok. A million pizza places and I wanted to support the new local business guess I won't be. read more

The pizza is mediocre at best. The other $5 pizza chain has better quality pizza and I'm not saying theirs is good. The 79 cent frozen pizza at the supermarket has more flavor. The cheesy bread and cinnamon roles are the same thing, one has cheese and the other cinnamon and icing. Don't understand how this chain is expanding. There is much better pizza out there for the same cost. read more

Take it from two foodies and tough critics when it comes to pizza, this place makes a great pie. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. We called in our order for pick up and the customer service was spot on and thorough. Now, onto the pie. Folks, the pizza here is outstanding! We ordered the thin crust with old world pepperoni and pineapple and it was a 10! It was super thin and crispy (ask for "well done"...trust me, it's a choice on their menu and gets the pizza super crispy) and the old world pepperoni had a TON of flavor (they also have a traditional pepperoni but we opted for the old world style). We also ordered a Greek salad that was the perfect pairing with the pizza. It was loaded with all the goods (tomatoes, feta, olives, onions, peppers, etc). Highly recommend this spot. I'll definitely make this a regular go-to.... Cheers! read more

I concur with other review written today about poor service and waiting an extra 20 minutes past the completion time given over phone. While it is understandable that Friday night would be a busy night, it is annoying to arrive to pick-up your 45 minute pizza and it has not even been prepared for the oven yet. As I waited the additional twenty minutes in the lobby I had a chance to watch the operation at work. I saw mostly a lot of very young people obviously confused about what to do and stumbling over each other. I also noticed most did not appear to wear clean clothes to work, I also noticed only one preparer was wearing the furnished gloves. I not sure of the Health Department rules in Rockwall but I know most cities require gloves for preparation handling of raw materials. Some I know even require hairnets. THEN IT BECAME DISTURBING. I was watching the handlers of the finished pizzas and saw one guy without gloves pick his nose twice while cutting/packaging the food. He also rubbed his beard while standing over a finished pizza and the removed his ball cap to run his fingers through what appeared to be less than freshly cleaned hair. While I am not a stickler for uber-sanitation, I draw the line at picking your nose while standing over my pizza and then handling it with those same hands. I won't be back. This location has really bad employee and management deficiencies. read more
