She recommended the "pepperoni magnifico" and it was a perfect recommendation for my taste. The ingredients used tasted fresh and full of rich delicious flavors that created one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The dough was soft but had the perfect amount of crisp and garlic flavoring. Our neighbor picked up some Marco's pizza for the Super Bowl (Feb 2023). The large pizzas are not as big as I thought it would be. I think they're like a "medium" pizza for some other national chains. The pizzas were about 12 inches in diameter. I would recommend ordering an additional pizza than you originally anticipated to order if you have a large group. Overall, the pizzas were delicious. They had a thicker crust, which is not totally my favorite, but I wasn't complaining! read more

We love Marcos pizza for their old world pepperoni. And they have great service! I stopped by tonight on my way home to pick up pizzas. And as the associate was showing me our pizza, he noticed it was black olives vs the green olives I ordered. I didn't even notice it and I probably wouldn't have until I got home. I ordered and paid for my pizza online and after it had not been delivered after an hour I called to check on the status. I was told that it was for carryout, of course I didn't know that because who would leave their pizza sitting for over an hour and not pickup unless it was truly a mistake. I asked them if I could get 2 fresh pizzas and I would just pick them. After speaking with 2 different people I was told over the phone that they would make me 2 fresh pizzas. When I got there I was told that they could not make me 2 new pizzas unless I paid extra for them! Never ONCE did the manager come over to see what the problem was and when I asked for a refund she walked over and gave the refund without a word to me! We have been going to this location for several years and we are loyal customers but this place has lost a customer today! It looks like there's a completely new staff in there so it's sad that these people had to ruin it for the company! Give Marco's a try. I live very close to the new store and gave them a try. I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico, which is old style and traditional pepperoni with herbs and spices. I grade this pizza in two ways, the crust and also the cheese and toppings. The crust is good, but a little heavy for my taste. I prefer brick oven, lighter style crust, but even so, it was good. Too often a thin crust gets soggy, so this crust works for this pizza. The cheese, seasoning and pepperoni were very good. Fresh taste, the right balance of season. A+ on this. In sum, it's not exactly restaurant style perfection, but it's not Dominoes, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns low quality. Marco's is what all of those SHOULD try and be. Would I go back? Yes. Had this pizza tonight for the first time. Was nervous at first since they said they couldn't deliver out to me in Lavon, but they did for a $3.00 charge. Ordered a XL Pepperoni Magnifo thin crust with extra cheese and pepperoni. Ordered a large supreme hand tossed Chicken Cesar salad, family size. Food came and smelled wonderful. Our XL pepperoni pizza came has hand tossed , not thin as ordered, but still good. The supreme was well evenly topped of meats and veggies and good amount of sauce. Fresh dough and seasoned well. Salad was enough for 4 to eat. Would order again and look for specials next time. $50 for these 3 items seemed hi but worth trying it out. Hope location does well. read more

My family has been Marco's old customer for years for its good pizza. But during the recent pick up in the Wylie store, I saw something really unacceptable. Marco's workers didn't wear gloves. They didn't wear masks either. The even worse is that I saw the workers speak to each other over the pizza while applying things to it. Surprisingly, thepizza didn't taste as good as before either missing something that we can't explain. Horrible tasting pizza that made me sick. I don't know what they are doing over there but the pizza crust and meat toppings seemed cooked but the cheese on-top seemed uncooked. I think someone must have put almost uncooked/fresh cheese on a pizza that had been sitting around for awhile to make it appear fresher than it actually was. I would not recommend this place for employment for a HS student. My kid worked there as his first job and was accused of an incident that happened. Which he denied but when you are out numbered by friends and relatives that work there my kid didn't have a chance. The owner never confronted him on the incident nor was he corrected on what happened. They didn't put him on the schedule for 2 weeks and was told they didn't have any hours at this time. The one day he gets hours he goes in and works for 30 minutes until he was basically bullied by two guys saying "why are you here...you were fired. Don't know why you were on the schedule'. He left and texted the owner and NEVER heard anything back from him. I have taught my kids to have respect for everyone. I don't care if my kid is 16 years old he deserves respect and answers. I'm completely disappointed by the lack of management and training on their employees and shift leads on how they handle situations. I have been a long time customer here but will NEVER step foot in this place nor will I recommend it to anyone. read more

Ordered last night for the first and only time. Ordered a meatball Fabio sandwich and supreme withe crispy thin crust with added anchovies. I even made the kid say it back twice. We received a thick floppy supreme and a meatball bake, the only thing right was the added anchovies. The total was $34. Are you kidding? It was gross pizza, but the meatballs were so-so. Frozen ones from Walmart are better. The delivery guy did go back and get my sandwich and a free dessert and a coupon for free cheesy bread. Too few toppings as well on pizza. I ordered from here the first time when my sister was in town. We got a pepperoni magnifico, Greek salad, cinnamon bread and brownie dessert. Food was fantastic. Portions are generous. 2-4 people can share a dessert. We didn't realize. So plenty of leftovers. Even the smaller size salad made a lunch the next day but it kept well.
