Was craving some pizza so I decided to try this spot out. I tried the margarita pizza which was pretty good. It was a bit heavy on the basil and I think I'd ask for extra sauce next time but I think it's worth getting again if I'm wanting to change up my go to pizza spot. I also got their kids fettuccine alfredo which for me personally was a bit lacking. It definitely needed some black pepper and I thought it had a strange flavor profile for being Alfredo. Food always great. Service and staff always nice and helpful. LOOKVE the Greek bruschetta bread. My Only complaint is the Ambiance. I would never in my life actually eat At the restaurant Inside. They have a million little decorations and Everything in there is Covered in layers of dust. From the candles in the wall sconces, wall trim, Lamps Above The Tables and on all the decor. I give a 3 star assuming/praying the kitchen area has better hygiene and the food is so good I know others would love it too. But OMG the lack of cleanliness in the inside eating area would make me want to give a 1 star rating. PLEASE HIRE A CLEANER and I would actually Tell people to go there. read more

I had high hopes since it said gourmet pizza. The service was good and the food was decent. It lacked flavor & what was listed on the menu as fresh, wasn't (as in fresh basil & oregano. Dried leaves). The place itself lacked on every level. It was dusty & needed a good cleaning. The crushed pepper & PARM needed to be replaced because it was old. Great thin crust pizza but I'm a bit thrown off by my first experience here. I called ahead an order for pick up and have them my name clearly "Semhar" as well as my phone number. The gentleman who took my order was very kind and confirmed our thin crust pizza and breadsticks would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived and headed to the counter, the hostess didn't recognize my name when I told her. Long story short, my phone number worked but the name was under "Jane." I was a bit baffled but the 2 star deduction was because I ended up waiting another 20 + minutes for my order, meaning it never actually went through when I called to place it. It was a busy Friday night and the pizza was good. But just hope to have a better experience next time. read more

We have been eating here for years, but as of lately the last 3 times were just not good. The pizza used to be thin and crispy with the right amount of sauce. The last one over the weekend was undercooked, soggy and too much cheese. The spahaghetti and meatball have been dry with little sauce, The meatballs are almost burnt. When I asked about this he said that's how it has always been made (Really?) ok. Anyway I think I'm gonna take a permanent break especiaaly with the lack of concern and quality of food. This place reminds me of Fox's Pizza Den. There is a ton of comfort-food greasy cheese. It has that thick cheese flavor/taste/bite. The cheese bread comes with a cup of straight melted butter (don't think garlic butter like Papa John's). Good value for the amount of food but average at best. read more

Not coming back for a long time. Just picked up takeout 2 Cajun pastas, fettuccine chicken Alfredo, and spaghetti meatballs. The 2 Cajun pasta dishes have no flavor and hardly any chicken or sauce compared to before. The fettuccine Alfredo had more sauce but it was also flavorless and hardly any chicken. The spaghetti and meatballs hardly had any sauce and this time the split 2 meatballs before it was 3 or 4 whole ones. Pizza was okay (not great). The Greek salad was not good (I bit into some frozen pieces of lettuce). Kids ordered fettuccine Alfredo and chicken nuggets. The fettuccine Alfredo was bland and had no taste...the kids wouldn't eat it. I asked them if they could make it tasty, and they brought it back looking like they added a bunch of salt, pepper, and paprika. The kids tried it again and immediately said it was gross. Store bought cans of Alfredo sauce was much tastier. The staff did not offer for a refund, but oh well, I won't be returning. read more

We ordered pizza and pasta for pickup from Mogio's website on 12/17/2024 by selecting the Rockwall location. When we went to pick it up they said the Rockwall store was closed so the order went to Murphy. We contacted the Murphy store and said we did not want to drive that far to pick up dinner. They took my money and won't refund it. They have since changed their website and removed the Rockwall location but will not return my money even though they messed up and left a closed location as a valid selection. I would never eat at a restaurtant that would rip off a customer like that. Since they have terrible customer service, I am sure their food is the same. You can still find the Rockwall Mogio's website by searching the internet so be careful. read more

Ordered via DoorDash and tried this place for the first time. I ordered wings and chicken Alfredo. I received my Alfredo, with zero chicken, even though I was charged additional. They must have left the flavor behind too, because it definitely wasn't there. Extremely bland, I had 2-3 bites and tossed the rest. The wings were extremely small; maybe half sized normal wings, if not smaller. I ordered garlic parm and they were covered in parm but had no flavor. Zero silverware or napkins included with the order. Would not order from here again read more

This place has good food, but the deliver driver Imad was rude and unprofessional. We ordered two sandwiches through the Slice pizza app. They were to be delivered on my porch. I am driving home when Imad starts calling me on my phone, but can't hear me. I call him back and he starts yelling at me that he can't find my apt. number. I tell him 701 and he hangs up. 5 minutes later, I get home and food is not on porch, but arrives about the same time and starts yelling at me again. I told him that if the App didn't give the apartment number, that is not my fault. He screamed, "YOU SHOULD PUT THAT IN THE COMMENTS SECTION!" (How would someone know that?) Then he stormed off. And to think I pre tipped really ticks me off. He was rude, abusive, and totally unprofessional. His actions have disgusted me so much, I will never order from Mogios again. UPDATE: The owner Joe responded to me and apologized for the temp driver. As to not punish his store and employees for the actions of a temp delivery driver, I have increased this rating from 1 star to 4. read more

Ordered a pizza and kid's pasta at 6:34 on a Thursday evening for delivery. It gave me a 30-50 minute delivery window. An hour after I ordered it (7:30) I called to see what was up. I was told it was on the way and to call back if there were any further issues. At 8:00 I called a second time. Spoke to the first person I talked to who then gave me to another employee to speak to. He said that there had been a delay and it was currently on the way. Twelve minutes later a delivery guy called and said he was outside with my order and I needed to come out and get it. I came out and he is sitting in his car looking at his phone. I had checked off on a contactless delivery to be left on my door when I ordered. He saw me coming out and finally got out of his car and met me on the sidewalk to hand me the order and then mumbled an apology for the delay. I'm just glad it's finally here so I can feed my kids on a school night so I grab it and go inside. Pizza was barely warm, completely soggy, and they put green peppers on it when I had ordered no green pepper. The kid's pasta dish was so dryed out the top was crunchy. $46 for this crap. No reason a small order placed at 6:34 should arrive at 8:12. Big NOPE. read more

We moved here on the 4th of July, the biggest U-Haul they have. My wife and were unloading this truck and using it to empty our storage in Plano for 3-days solid. Awful experience. To start off, when I was ordering, the staff were extremely nice, however that didn't make my experience any better. I was given a cup to get a drink from the soda machine and when I look down where the straws are, I saw a roach. I immediately alerted staff and they went back there Im not sure they did anything because when I went for another refill, there was another one (or the same one). That is disturbing and disgusting and I honestly wanted to throw up after that. Then, I received my mozzarella sticks, and when I tell you that is the nastiest and saddest plate of mozzarella cheese sticks I have ever seen, I mean it. They tasted how they look, absolutely disgusting. Then here comes my pizza. I ordered the grecian alfredo which seemed like a nice choice. However, when I received it, it almost looked as if someone was messing around with it. The cheese looked like it was sloped around on top and the pizza wasn't even together! Half of it was on one side of the plate then the other half! I said something to the staff and they said there was nothing they could do, which Im not expecting them to I was just wondering why it looked the way it did. This place needs to go out of business. I saw other reviews aswell and other people had similar experiences. This place is a disgrace to the Wylie/Murphy community and could be replaced with something way better. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could rate it 0 stars I could. And this place is being reported to the health department, so expect a health inspector soon. Ordered gluten free pizza due to celiac disease and noticed it did not look gluten free. Called restaurant and they confirmed it was indeed not gluten free and apologized. They said to come back to restaurant and they will make the correct pizza. I asked to have it delivered so they agreed to deliver a gluten free pizza. Ate the pizza, thinking it looked like normal pizza but no way they messed up twice, and then get a knock on the door 20 minutes later saying they had a third pizza they were delivering because 'the cooks messed up again" and the pizza they had deliver that was supposed to be gluten free was not. Manager blamed it on being busy and human error. They offered a credit for whole order but I have zero plans of going back. I asked for a full refund of entire order which seemed to be a difficult ask. Ridiculous. read more

The reviews below mention crumbs all over the tables and yes, we had to wipe our table ourselves before we sat down. You order at the front counter and basically get your own plates, silverware, and drinks from a station towards the back of the place. One of the young men that worked there was very polite and courteous. It's a no frills place and the costs are very reasonable... probably for that particular reason. The food was excellent.
