Because of that, I usually keep my expectations low. However, my dad suggested we try Marco's Pizza because he loves their personal-size pizzas--and I'm so glad we listened. This weekend, we ordered an all-meats pizza with pineapple and mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. The crust was the real star--soft, flavorful, and it literally melted in your mouth. Every bite was perfectly balanced and fresh. There was a small mix-up with my husband's pizza crust (thin crust instead of regular), but the way the staff handled it truly stood out. They were incredibly quick to fix the issue and even tried to comp us. That wasn't necessary at all, but it spoke volumes about their customer service and generosity. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the staff was beyond kind, helpful, and attentive. We also ordered wings, and somehow they were made exactly to my husband's liking--which is honestly saying a lot. This store is the worst and the management is the main reason. I placed an order my pizza was delivered down the street at my neighbor's house. I called looking for my order the manager said omg I'm so sorry I will remake your pizza and deliver it myself. I figured I'd give this place a shot since they advertise on TV all the time now and there is one located not far which made it convenient for pickup or delivery. I'd advise against delivery because nine times out of ten they will mess something up. The delivery driver inadvertently announced his presence as he came up my drive way cussing a storm. I assuming he was on the phone arguing with someone or just hates working for Marcos. No one answers the phone and customer service is completely useless. The pizza is greasy as hell and it soaks through the cardboard boxes. The app is awful, it's unfinished at best and definitely not user friendly. I drove past this place since they opened up. I use to get pizza from the one before. 3/5/22 I was hungry for pizza and decided on ordering delivery from them to try it out. I like to get my food and reheat it later on so I picked the perfect crust to do this. "Lightly baked". (Be careful they have about 4 types of baking crusts. This maybe why some reviewers got a dark crust) I was able to take out a few slices and finishing baking it to my liking in the toaster oven. A few nights later I baked a few more slices and it was still perfect and so on. The toppings were plentiful and the cheeses tasted and looked like whole milk products- which creates the stringy goodness. Delivery from order to door was 15 minutes flat! In fact while I was eating my first slice I called the store and asked for the manager or shift leader. The gentleman that answered the phone told me he was the shift leader and was very polite (because a lot of the time when I ask for a manager at most places the voice n the line kinda sound like..oh no..) and told him that this was the best pizza I've had in a long time and I just wanted to give them a compliment at the exact moment I was having the pizza. I've thought I would try this location because I tried Marcos before in Carrollton 5 years ago and it was delicious. I ordered 5 different pizzas. The first was alright. I like their crust. But the rest has no taste whatsoever. The Philly cheese steak pizza did not taste like Philly cheese steak and barely had no meen on it. The Hawaiian pizza had no taste. We ordered for pickup. They were out of Pepsi, Dr pepper etc so my niece just said to put root beer. When I went to pick up I noticed they had a couple other choices so I asked if I could get a different 2lt....I was told no because it would mess up inventory. I'm sorry, but in today's world I would think business owners would want my business. Average pizza at best. We ordered a large 2 topping thin crust for $15. Taste is on par with Pizza Hut. Kind of pricey for just one large 2 topping pizza in my opinion. A level above other franchise-based pizza places like Pizza Hut, Papajohns, etc. I love the "Old World Pepperoni" which are the little slices of pepperoni that curl up into little cups and get crispy on the edges as the pizza bakes. (They also have regular pepperoni). The Pepperoni Magnifico is the pizza to get if you like pepperoni - loaded with both types of pepperoni and extra seasonings. We don't have a Marco's in our neighborhood but it's worth the 20-minute drive. It appears to be a well-run company as well. read more

I sent my son in to check the new location Marcos on Arapaho Garland Texas. I was so excited! But that all changed when no one is wearing mask nor gloves. I did call and I was told by the mgr. that health dept. told them they did not have to wear the gloves nor mask. His reasons was the kitchen or oven being 500 degrees that fight away the germs. But to not wear gloves either I don't agree. And I will not be returning. I hope they are teaching the staff to use safe hand washing skills at all times. By the way Marcos in Forney is amazing!
