I read some horrible reviews, but I didn't have one problem with delivery, it was expedient. And the Pizza was good except I did order extra sauce and apparently she didn't hear me, for the most part we had no problem with our pizzas read more

I thought I would try their Philadelphia cheese steak sandwich. . Hardly any meat, 2 pieces of bell pepper and a ton of onions. What I got was an onion sandwich. Their pizzas have doubled in price while the quality went down the toilet. I won't go back. read more

Worst service ever let's start their pizza burnt they were not very accommodating. Didn't allow my coupon that clearly stated I could receive free cheese bread with order of a purchase over $5. I spent well over that amount. They should have honored my coupon specially since my cheese bread was burned . read more

DoorDashing the delivery orders and having to wait an extra long time for the food is crazy

Pizza Hut sucks these days! they don't care bout customers & loyalty to which made em what they are. they're going downhill quickl! You may order something, & get some totally different. You have to go thru a call center, & half of em don't even speak fluent English, whew! I'd much rather support the local maw & paw pizza stores. This is why many of em are closing down little by little read more

My review is about my pizza delivery who I assume is door dash, but since Pizza Hut contracts with door dash, I feel my complaint should fall on them. Yesterday the online system wasn't working for me I called in my order, they (door dash) delivered it, they rang the bell & basically ran off they were nowhere insight when I answered the door. I found my pizza on the ground that is nasty. read more

Pizza crust was greasy and didn't like the cheese. Too much cheese and vegetables were cut up too big. Worst pizza I've ever had and this was the first time I have tried their pizza. read more

How do you guys not honor any coupons at the store?? I receive coupons through the mail and still I have to pay full price? Ridiculous.

We loved (note PAST TENSE) Pizza Hut, however the inability to put sauce ON my last TWO barbecue pizzas. We will be saying goodbye to one of our favorite pizza places. Taking more than an hour to deliver two pizzas to a residence five minutes from the store is beyond ridiculous. Especially when I give specific directions to help with delivery as our houses are numbered weird. read more

I have ordered from this place for 10 years and have always been happy with the service and the food. I don't know why others are so unhappy. Maybe people only post when they have a complaint. read more

Ok sorry I'm annoyed! I have been craving pizza for a few days now. Went to pick mine up and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there I was told it's still in the oven so 4-5 more minutes. Ok no big deal. 15 minutes later I ask if my pizza is ready and they say no, not sure when it will be done?? I ask to speak to a manager and she said they were really backed up! Now I can appreciate that but don't tell me 5 minutes when you know it's going to be a lot longer than that. The guy in line told me they told him 15 minutes abs it took them an hour. Another customer says theirs was ready then when they arrived it was in the oven! Did not even get an Apology:( Unacceptable customer service, I won't be back! read more

Order from PaPa Johns!!! Poorly managed establishment! Pizza was supposed to be delivered in one hour. Well 1 1/2 hours total time my pizza arrived. Cold, rubbery and nasty. The cheese sticks were cold, rubbery & nasty will the coating falling off and no marina sauce. Ordered 2 Dr. Pepper and 2 Diet Pepsi, and received 4 Dr. Peppers. Put on hold when trying to call before coming on Yelp, but got tired of waiting. I figured it didn't matter because they lost my business. This is repeat behavior for them, but husband wanted to give them one more chance. We are so done! Get new managers and hire more drivers. Not rocket science. Pass......... read more

After waiting an hour for my pizza I finally called them to ask them why it had not been delivered yet I was rudely hung up on so I went up there to get my pizza the pizza been sitting there for an hour it was cold the manager was extremely rude called me horrible names and told me to get the F out of Pizza Hut They will never get another penny of my money read more

Oh boy! Ordered my pizza and bread sticks online to be delivered. Got deliver some what of a decent time no complaints there... but, when I got the pizza not only was it doughy in the middle and only half the pizza (the middle had toppings on it) Like they topped a middle pizza on a large dough weird... anyway, and it was cold. The breadsticks I ordered didn't come the marinara like it was supposed to. I called the store and asked for the Manager and that I had a complaint and was told she was busy. I said ok I'll hold, the lady on the phone then asked are you sure she is kinda of busy at the moment. I told her I had a complaint and I don't care how busy she is I want to speak to her she then turned yelled at I guess what was the manager and said you have another complaint on the phone! So after holding for 8 minutes she comes on the phone and says we can remake it and redeliver it but we're short handed on drivers or I can give you credit for next time. Never said sorry or anything remorseful. I told them to remake it and I would drive up there and pick it up. So I went down they remade the pizza opened the box it already looked better Han the other so I headed back home. All the way home I opened the breadsticks box to sneak a bite and the were cold covered in butter almost completely uncooked. Opened the pizza box to take a slice same darn thing looked good from the top but Doughy on the bottom had to cook both myself last time I'll order from there. read more

Pizza is fair at best. If you get the Pizza Hut coupons in mail and think about using one at this Pizza Hut, forget it. These people do not honor the coupons Pizza Hut sends out. So why mail them to this zip code? Also, they seem to have a habit of over cooking their pizza. The last 2 pizzas I got here over a period of several weeks were over cooked. This is one case where Domino's is better. read more

They have delivered to our house for years and then all of a sudden they tell us after we ordered (10 minutes before delivery time) that they don't deliver to our area. We waited the 45 minutes for delivery only for them to cancel our order. They canceled our order after attempting to call us, and instead of keeping it there for us to come pick up, they gave it away. My husband called and tried to figure out what was going on. The manager hung up on him. read more

Forgot to deliver my 2 liter of Pepsi. I called and the girl said she'll let the driver know to bring my Pepsi and that was 20 mins ago. Now when I call, no one answers the phone. I ordered a pizza with wings two hours ago and they only delivered the pizza? I asked the driver about the wings but he just stared at me with a dumb look! If I could give zero stars I would. Literally DO NOT know how this place is still in business. The SLOWEST and WORST pizza place ever. I ordered a pizza about a month ago, took an hour and 10 minutes to get, and it was cold and upside down. I tried to give this place another shot tonight, again cold and the pizza wasn't even CUT. I had to do it myself, and the pizza was extremely crunchy and I didn't order thin crust. Will NOT order from here again, they should be put out of business. Save your money, Walmart pizza is better. read more

Royse City pizza hut offers curb service bit they will NOT do it, you end up having to get in line to go inside and get it.

Worst pizza ever!! I don't know what's going on with this place but it takes over an hour for delivery and the pizza is cold when you get it. There's hardly any sauce, cheese or toppings on it either. It absolutely tastes like eating a leftover pizza with the hard crust and all. I will not be ordering again from this place. read more

I ordered pizza last night, when I placed my order it said it would only be 30 minutes. When I checked after placing my order it went from 30 minutes to 85 minutes, which was ridiculous. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered. It took 2 hours for me to get my pizza, and everything was cold, the chicken on the pasta was burnt and my cheese sticks tasted like they had been sitting out for the full 2 hours. I also didn't get the sauce I paid for. I definitely won't be ordering from here again. read more

The customer service was great, but we ended up never getting a pizza. They said their closing driver didn't show up and their only driver had a flat tire. We had waited over an hour at this point after being quoted 45 minutes. We understand things happen and this was out of their control but, still very disappointing. Although we were upset, Chance took care of us and made sure our next visit will be a better one! Thank you Chance for making up for everything! read more

I like this location but for like the fourth time in the last year or so someone was given our order and walked out with it. Some black bitch in front of me was given our large order and walked out with it! What a bitch! THIEF! And the dolt behind the counter? My God what a dim bulb....Anyway, my wife and I were on a tight timeframe and at risk of missing the kickoff (SuperBowl 50) AND this pissed me off so I kindly spoke to the manager, explained the situation and she gave us our meal for free. That was nice. The pizza and wings were great! We love the box deal, you get the cinny sticks and those are great. read more

First of all, my husband and I have received a handful of deliveries from this location. I pre-ordered our pizza for a 6pm delivery. Just after 6pm, I looked at my phone to see that I had a voicemail from them stating that they could not find my address. I returned the call only to hear the voice of a boy who not only could care less that they had delivered to my residence multiple times before by different delivery drivers but explained that it was my fault because I did not answer my phone. He read my order back to me and it was completely incorrect. I then asked to speak with a manager and she was NO help at all. We told her our address is in fact on google maps, and that this location delivered to us numerous times before. The manager was rude and simply said we had to reorder. This manager also stated that they suddenly got busy and it would be an hour wait. About an hour and 15 minutes later, we received soggy, cold pizzas. The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE and we will NOT order from them again. I will take my business to Papa Johns. read more

Terrible customer service. I tried placing an order on their app but it would not work and give me the 50% off pizza. So I called and asked if I could place the order with them and they told me I could place my order but not get the 50% off because that's an online function only. I said your online is not working. He told me well you can just keep trying. I said I'm driving and can't just keep trying. I had already tried (my daughter was helping since I was driving. But I even pulled over to try and get it to work and it didn't). I said can't you just give me the 50% discount and he said and I quote, " we don't have that button". Seriously???? Needless to say I will just stick with Dominos. They know how to treat their customers and their pizza tastes better anyway... read more

This place is horrible. I ordered two large hand tossed pizza's and called back less then 10 minutes after to add wings. When it was delivered I only got the two pizzas and not the wings. So I called back and they said the system was down. After 15 minutes I called back and talk to one of the young man on the phone and he said that he was going to get it delivered to me. After an hour it was still not here. So I called back and the first time they hung up on me and then I called back again. When the guy answered the phone, I told him what happened and he said he didn't know what to tell me and that he couldn't look it back up, he then also asked for the location I bought the pizza at and I told him the address. He said that was the wrong location and that this was rockwall. I re-called that SAME number and a girl answered and told me it was the right location in Royce and it only took her a second to look up my information and get the wings delivered to me. It took 2 hours. 2 hours. Unbelievable..... read more

This pizza hut seems not to care.... the last few times i have ordred from here the pizzas look like they're barely thrown together and not many toppings, barely any cheese, most toppings all in one spot. almost looks like it was made by a child rushing to get done. lately it has also been soggy bread, not sure if its under cooked or just sitting too long? no idea how that works. location always looks dirty too. ive gone for pickup and pizzas looked back and also had delivery where things were made wrong, called and they didnt want to redo it, just wanted to credit me (on a pizza for my kids) seemed upset i wanted them to make it an bring it instead of taking the credit. also had a delivery where it looked like it was dropped and still delivered. pizza was flipped onto the other half from being i guess tossed around in the car or dropped? cant say i would recommend here. We have a dominoes and honestly i would pick a little ceasars over this any day. they make their pizzas right AND they're cheap. I used to love pizza hut. read more

Extremely disappointed this evening. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to arrive 30 minutes ago that was ordered an hour and a half ago. So i tried to order and he told me they had already cleaned everything up and couldn't do so.
