I have already submitted a issue here, I wanted to let you know that who ever is in charge hire up needs to send some hire ups to this location, the workers here need traing bad. I think if they are all re trained then this would help your issues and complaints. The workers aren't rude, they are just slow, and I mean, like to think, not as in pace, some probably cant count. They just need some help. Also throw in a hygiene talk as well. read more

What gets me about this place is the employees appear to be brain dead. I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage McMuffins no egg add bacon. The order was unusual I admit, the guy verified 2 to 3 times, then told me to pull ahead, when got to the window another guy verified my order. When I got home I had 2 sausage McMuffins with egg no bacon. Why even verify, just put 5 sacks on the window seal and pick one and have the customers pick one read more

They made me pull up to the number 1 slot all I ordered was a large fry and their new refreshers and it took them 25 min to come out and give me what I thought was my food but it wasn't even my order. I jsut wanted my fries :( :( read more

After receiving my food I opened the box of my Big Mac and there was a hair in my food and the nuggets I received were old and hard, seemed as if they were left under the heater read more

McDonald's - A hair in my food - Burgers Near Me - Royse City, Texas

Terrible service and cold food every time. They serve fries ice cold burgers ice cold and not even a thank you. It's hideous and if you go inside, thinking that you're gonna get service faster think again- the curbside delivery app only works part of the time and most of the time you have to go in to get your cold food anyway read more

They messed up my order . Not the first time it happens , wasn't even that busy but idek why I keep going back hoping it changes . Worst McDonald's in the area . read more

They have 15 people working and it took 20 minutes to get hotcakes and a coke. Horrible service.

Wow. Not the standard I expect from McD. Food was so-so. Completely disinterested staff. Clearly no leadership. Floor in PlayPlace was so filthy, even my sneakers were sliding like I was on ice. Someone is going to get hurt and sue McD and win. Corporate needs to fix this mess or close it. read more

McDonald's Royse City. I knew I shouldn't order this and this is why smh. LESSON LEARNED!!The sad part is the Fate location is closer yet this is where Ubereats requested my order from. I DESPISE OF THAT LOCATION. They mess up EVERYTHING even a fry order but this, this is different...GROSS. WHAT IS THIS???!?! IM SENDING THIS ONE PRETTY FAR UP THE LADDER!!! This is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Advice: JUST DONT. Like ever. No matter what I've ordered from this particular location, THEY SCREW IT UP!! No one there seems competent and they simply don't give af!!! It's sad!!! read more

The money was charged to my card but the employee stated they did not receive the order! I am disabled and had my son try to pick up my food so he did not have my phone. Ok fine so i asked the hateful young girl to refund my credit card Which she REFUSED TO DO. i asked for the manager which she identified as herself!! I asked for her first name or a number which she refused to provide!! I will NEVER go back. I am sure they do not care but keep treating customers this way and you will read more

Literally one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I live in Royse City and I forgot how many times I've given this place a try. 90% of the time the food is cold, old and/or wrong. Don't even think about trying to customize anything. Things also tend to taste different from normal flavoring you get from McDonald's which means there is a quality issue at the very least. I now drive 10 minutes down the road to the next McDonald's off the 30 in Fate. A new McDonald's that is possibly one of the best. I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, so the fact I have to even get on this app and rate this place says a lot. read more

Ok don't go to McDonald's at 11:30 on a Tuesday night. First of all they look closed no lights on outside whatsoever. then I get my food my fries are cold and the burger is cold. Obviously been sitting there for a while so next time I will stop at McDonald's in Fate on my way home instead of Royse City read more

The place is clean and the employees are nice. The complaint I have is that if you provide table service, bring the food to the table and don't just set it on the counter. I often have my earbuds in and if I order table service, I expect it to be delivered. Otherwise, don't offer it. This results in a bad experience, especially when food is now cold. Otherwise, this location is good. read more

this McDonald's had a crusty bathroom, no offense to the cleaners they do really great job, but when I went in there, there's Dookie smeared all over the toilet seat in the lid and I saw a little bit on the walls and then I went to go wash my hands, but there was no soap, but the food was scrumdiddlyumptious. I would 100% recommend. read more

i dont even know where to begin honestly. only car in the line and received a barely cooked cheeseburger that was probably sitting there for who knows how long. ordered 3 items and it wasnt even worth the money. terrible staff and management, unhelpful and unprofessional. and the food was so bad I had to give it to my dog . asked to speak to a manager and unsure it was even a real manager, but as soon as we asked for a manager they closed the drive thru window and started laughing and obviously talking about us . once the "manager" came told her it was uncooked and she said "I don't know how that happened" I know y'all have a damn microwave in there it ain't that hard . thanks but it was shit . read more

This McDonald's SUCKSSSSSSSSSS if i could give them zero stars I freakin would ! Every time I come here they always forget something especially when I order on DoorDash. Just take a moment slow down for just a tiny second to ensure the order is correct in the bag. I'm willing to drive further away just to go to another McDonald's and that sucks to say. read more

horrible service , never returning , food cold and tastes old , super stingy with the sauce!

This place for the most part is ok just another McDonald's nothing more nothing less. My complaint is that they never get a large order right, something is always missing or prepared incorrectly. If I stop by just for myself 99% of the time everything is fine. When I have grandkids over and I order for 5 or 6 people then 100% of the time the order is wrong or something is missing despite them verifying on the to go menu board and verifying at the pay window. It is so frustrating. read more

This McD's is good. Since aftermath of C-vd the service staff has increased and quality of food has improved immensely. Always a good price for a delicious icy-coke, double cheese, small fries, and apple pie. Always YUMMY nom-nom-nom! Try it yourself & be your own judge! read more

I'm not gonna lie, this place use to be awful. I finally gave it one more try after multiple disappointments, and out of no where it's like the place did a whole 180. I don't know if they got new managers and staff or what. but this place has gotten so much better than how it use to be. My food use to be soggy and room temp, but now my fries are always fresh and my food comes out hot. read more

Omg, ssssssslllllllllloooooooowwwwwwwww, pull over and wait for an egg McDuffie @7a.m. Then, forget the straw. Drinks with no straw at a drive through are NO help at all. Staff all standing around, cackling like hens in a hen house about the weekend, except for the poor kid at the money window, he was just depressed and beaten down. Poor guy. read more

I waited for more than ten minutes for chicken nuggets and a large fry. And when I finally get home, half the fry container is empty and nothing inside the bag. On top of that, I order guacamole on the side and told they are out of guacamole. That's fine, I'm still not incredible upset at this point. Then I was charged for the non existent guacamole. Now I will not eat McDonald's again. Protest read more

McDonald's - a bag of fries on a couch - Burgers Near Me - Royse City, Texas

We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a double quarter pounder combo via DoorDash. Our DoorDash driver did everything perfectly. When we got the bag of food it was completely sealed up by McDonalds. We had no French fries and our drinks had no ice in them. Not a good experience at all!!!! I wish we would have supported a small business instead of a chain. Sincerely, Kelly Triple read more

very rude staff. first worker messed up our order, multiple times (which is okay she could've been new) but she sounded messed up then when we asked for her to repeat it she said "what the F**K") then a manager at the second window said that we did not order 5 drinks, which the first girl messed it up & said it but did not add it to the receipt... then when we asked for the drink she refused to give it to us and said "you aren't getting your drink unless you want to pay me 1.08" so we agreed, and said it was fine and gave her the cash, finally we asked if she added our sauces (because we had to pay for extra??? lol) and said all sauces were in there, NONE were in the bag other than big mac sauce! very rude service & food was not very good. will not be going back to RC. read more

Holy God. Their staff has no idea how to work codes for the Mariah event. Have to repeat each code 8 times each for two people and they still messed it up. And they have zero standards for food. Soggy undercooked fries? Barely salted? Really? Apparently the Tik-Tok generation can't handle the most rudimentary tasks at McD. Tragic. read more

This McDonald's sucks there night shift is rude asf they threw the chicken nuggets at us in the drive through there taking forever to bring the food out the sweet tea isn't even sweet the doctor pepper is flat and they where just being rude couldn't Understand the employee at the drive through I will never be eating here again read more

McDonald's - Picked up breakfast this morning and my wife's egg mcmiffin was burnt to a crisp. Buyers should steer clear of this place! - Burgers Near Me - Royse City, Texas

It is a hit or a miss. The food is usually really good, but they keep forgetting items I've already paid for so always check your order when getting food from Drive-thru. This week they forgot the fries, last we they forget the nuggets. Also, if you ask for extra onions, they repeat extra onions, the screen says extra onion, check your order because 1/3 of the time I get absolutely zero onions. Fountain drinks are wonderful! read more

Its just the same as every other one.. BUT THE SERVICE IS SO HORRIBLE!! We always have something go wrong! Missing fries..burgers.. brunt buns.. no ice.. or whatever..its like they have an excuse for everything.. like every other place now..charging you extra for sauces.. Well since they remodel the whole place..to serve the cafe style coffee..its getting a little better..but heck its still needs improvements on the service!! read more

The lady that served us out food had a attitude not just that they got my order completely wrong there was hair in my bag once I opened it I DO NOT RECOMMEND !! read more

This is about the only McDonald's in the area who won't F up my order so that's a dub in my book.

So I guess they're not open 24/7? Went at 1:30am when I got off work and nothing. Doors were locked, screens and lights in the drive thru were off and no one in sight. read more

My daughter applied at this McDonalds, was interviewed and told she was hired. The hiring manager instructed her to purchase non slip shoes and let them know when she had done this and they would have her come in for training. She called back nearly every day, left messages, went there to tell them to let her know when she would start training. No phone call back, nothing...didn't even have the courtesy to call and let her know if they had changed their minds. Thankfully, she found another job - definitely their loss. read more

This McDonald's location is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The drive-thru is super slow, doesn't get the orders right and the customer service is absolutely despicable. Luckily there are other options for fast food burgers in Royse City. read more

Tried to order at the drive thru (6/28/2020 12:30am) and apparently there was only one worker and he asked if I can wait a minute while he finished up his cigarette break. Beyond unprofessional, and was very confused on why I decided to drive off to the rockwall McDonald's instead. Why allow a worker to work by themselves over night if you know that they will need multiple cigarette breaks during their shift? read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have been in. And the bar is set pretty low to begin with. I don't expect five star service at a place like this but I do expect the order taker to know how to punch in the order and count change. It's an idiot-proof register with pictures and big letters and it tells you how much change to give back. But apparently they found a brain surgeon in this town who could barely speak, much less operate a register. And I had two women order in front of me who had apparently never been to a McDonald's judging by how long it took to order. Of course, after they were seated and eating they were loudly discussing a criminal court case they were involved in. Obviously people who require police intervention in their daily lives to sort out their drama. Skip this one-horse minagerie and go the extra distance to Rockwall or Greenville. read more

Horrible service!! Went to go meet someone to get some business papers, then was going to get something to eat but was told to leave cause I didn't order anything??
