I was one of the few that stuck up for BK. Not after today, ordered a couple different things. I'll start with the chicken fries, could nearly bend them to touch end to end as they were so soggy and lacking any crisp. The burger, not bad. The mozzarella sticks, came out that of petrified wood. Had obviously been sitting for several hours. Which leaves the fries, things were going great until I found 3 long hairs in them. At that point I chalked it up, and threw the bag away. I'm not from here...so I have to give this Burger King a shout out. This is the first Burger King. I'd say since Covid that the burger tasted good. The food came out really hot and everything was fresh. Oh, the staff you can't forget the staff. They were very pleasant.. They didn't have a pup cup for my dog, but they did give me a cup of water which she probably needed more - I did share my fries with her in place of the pup cup. Thanks young bucks. Will never go here again! The asst manager Kandace was the rudest person. We paid for an onion ring sauce, even though we got onion rings, because they were very adamant about paying for the .25 sauce lol. Got home & realized it was not in the bag so went back up there to get it & she said no one ordered an onion ring sauce in the last 35 mins and she actually went back & looked at her screen to see. Just unreal that she would not give me my sauce that I had to drive back up there for. So beware if you pay for extra sauces always check your bag. This Burger King location will never receive my business again. Numerous times this place gives out cold food and when prompted to substituted to some fresh food this is not an option. This location reheats the existing food that you currently returned and waits a couple mins to return it to you. This consistently happens at night and also the staff is not wearing gloves while preparing the food . This is an issue and should be addressed. read more

Ok I am someone who has kids who love BK. So as a treat we came here. I saw the same woman we saw last time busting her butt! She was so nice and was one of two employees working at lunch time! She was trying the best she could to get orders out with her co worker and they did a great job. Seeing those two employees made me feel bad for them and I hope they are getting paid well. Place wasn't the cleanest but with no staff can't really blame them. read more

Burger King good (all ways good but not sure if it's Royse City Employees or what) but the place is slow they always get the order wrong no one seems to want to work. We set at the counter for 5 minutes they weren't even busy we were the only ones there pretty much the parking lot looked like shit with trash every where we walk in food over all the tables the chairs the floor bar areas kids play room. I mean by the looks of the place you would have thought they just had the biggest rush I have ever seen. Then I noticed employees eating in the restaurant area no one working the counter and like a bunch of kids hanging out in the back of the store. Same shit with Popeyes right down the street. I don't know sucks because no I feel like I have to go into town in stead of right down the street to make sure some kid ain't messing with my food. read more

I thought Burger King had improved, so we went there this afternoon. What a mistake! When we got to the window to pay, the short haired guy was rude, didn't say anything, just held out his hand. The gave us the bag, and shut the window. I said "thank you" 2 or 3 times, he just ignored me. We drove off, got on the Freeway, and went to eat. I paid for a $5.00 your way meal. Atrocious is not strong enough of a word to describe the service here. Ice machines were down, so no drinks. Didn't provide receipt. Drove 20 minutes there and 20 back only to realize they left out 2 of the 3 burgers I'd ordered. Called the "manager" (her name is Alitzi?) only for her to tell me she was the one that "forgot" and I'd have to drive back if I wanted a resolution. So I make the 20 minute trip back with my bag of cold dog food. From the first interaction she was rude and dismissive in front of all of the other guests waiting in line. Told me she could remake the food or give me my money back. No offer of discount or even a measly coupon for future use. She wouldn't provide me with a corporate number or anyone above her to speak to, just said I could call back tomorrow and speak with another manager who has the same role as her. She even refused to remake the ice cream my kid ordered because she said "I remember giving it to you" as if ice cream doesn't melt when you're driving back and forth to Burger Hell for and hour and a half, or that my child was supposed to ruin his dinner by eating their sub par "treat" before eating his non existent burger. I drive back home at this point only to realize she once again made a mistake on one of the burgers. I call her to let her know I'll be speaking with corporate and she hangs up on me mid sentence. Having worked in the service industry I would have accepted any form of professional apology or even a nice gesture, because things happen. But to be treated like an animal by a manager at Burger King is something I won't stay silent on. And judging by other reviews I'd suggest a managerial overhaul and to send Alitzi back to scrubbing fryers before she rots the store from the inside out and causes your mockery of the word establishment to get replaced by another McDonald's. Chuck, the manager was just so tickled and joking when I called to tell him my order was wrong. Never mind that he was screwing up a families dinner, he wanted to crack jokes. When I returned, "Cat" and the others were gathered in a corner visiting, even though it was now the lunch rush. (Customers be damned, they can't spoil our good time.) Really, how hard is it to read a ticket, put a sandwich in a bag! 3rd grade level maybe? Trained seal level? This place is run with all the class and care of a back alley whore from the 1600's. Went here tonight and sat in line for 20 minutes at the drive through which is the only thing that is open just to be told that they no longer have tacos. The person in the drive through was taking forever and acted like they didn't have a clue nor did they care. You would think that when the drive through is the only thing open they would be on top of it. This is not the only time this happened happen and they have been out of things. Gotta tell ya, this place was truly disgustingly filthy. In at 1:30pm on a Friday, 9.6.19. I get its after lunch rush, but no excuse for every table in the place to be empty of trash but filthy sticky and in dire need of a wipe down. Ketchup smeared all over the self refill drink station. Restroom was filthy as well. Was going to discuss with manager/supervisor, but realized as I approached the counter that every employee was stuck in perpetual motion glued to their phones.....along with the Mgr. Decided to order to go. Shameful that a brand new store is so dirty so quick. Food quality is BK but that makes me question the Health Code compliance of the food areas when the dining and restroom areas aren't cleaned appropriately. It says Little Rock AR but it's actually Royse City TX. The drive thru at times slow but their burgers so hot fresh and full of so much flavor! They put so much veggies on it. Oh I quit going to this Burger King because they will also purposely not give you your change . On 2 different occasions the boy at the first window took my cash and shut the window and walked away. The girl at the next window is hanging out telling me to pull up, she hands me my food and shuts the window. I honk my horn and tell her I want my change. They all start laughing and get my change. Okay, so after spending many and I mean many hours on the road. We needed breakfast(we still had more hours to go to get home; native Texans. So, Burger King has simpler options for a toddler (French toast sticks). Anyway, we waited a few since they opened at 0700 and it was 0645, no big deal; we had the mentality that everything would actually be very fresh and probably the best put together sandwiches since we were the only people in the drive through. Of my many years of managing restaurants...I'm sorry but the experience was completely unacceptable, even for fast food. Firstly the window server, had a terrible grumbly attitude. Your shift just started show some pride girl. Secondly, the food looked like my dog chewed it up and spit it back out barely cooked. Cheese in the sandwiches weren't even melted, and I'm pretty sure both mine and my husbands Sandwiches got in a fight with George Foreman or Mike Tyson. look whether you work fast food or not, if your doors just opened have some serious pride in yourself and your job. read more

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! drink station is constantly a giant puddle of random fluids and same goes for the counter top! ketchup packets are COVERED in ketchup themselves. lettuce is yellow and brown. play area is sticky and has tons of gross dried spill spots so and dirty napkins and straws on the floor that tells you the haven't cleaned the area at all. napkin dispenser literally is covered in dust like it hasn't been whipped down in a year and it to is cover in sticky fluid due to be so close to the drink station! seriously....idk whoa responsible for this place bit they seriously do not clean properly at all. also...my order was taking by a random person in the restaurant that was not even on the clock or must work different hours. they could tell i was sick of wait and I assume they work there because they took my order themselves. oh and one last thing...my jeans are socked because your drink station spit out god knows what all over me due to the INSANE PRESSURE its dispensed with!!!! read more

To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of burger kings food, the reason I go there is because one of the employees named Philip always talks to me and ask me how my days going. My wife and I have lived in Royse City since 1996. We have always had good service from other Burger King locations. However, the Royse City location has never succeeded in ever getting any of our orders correct! Our order is not that complicated, but when we order a cheeseburger, we expect to get cheese on it, but we never have! Also when we order no pickles, we expect to have no pickles on our burgers. Unfortunately we always have pickles on our burgers. We like mustard and mayo on our burgers, but we we have never got one with both. The only extra ingredient we ask for is Jalapenos, but they have never put these on our burgers. Can the Royse City Burger King employees read, or do they not care! Whatever the case I would boycott the Royse City Burger King until they get there stuff together! Are we the only ones they treat like this? read more

It is a Burger King nothing too special about it, however if you use the BK app to order it is great most of the time except if they are out of product and are unable to make your order online, you do not have an option to cancel or change it, and the restaurant can not give you a refund that you pay for. You have to call the corporate office, to get a refund which takes around a week to get processed. read more
