Anytime I can get a healthy lunch for less than $10,I'm in. One of the too big to fail chains providing,in my humble opinion, quality fast food is Chick fil A. The days of waiting forever in the drive through line only to get home and find your order wrong,are gone . Today I went for the market salad. Not yet hungry but,knowing by the time I get home I will be. I pulled thru this CFA and was in and out in 5. The market salad had grilled chicken on a bed of greens, with nuts and fruit. Love it or hate it, Chick Fil A is always busy. Don't park directly in front of the store or you will have a bad time getting back out. This specific store could be cleaner, but with the deluge of people coming in and out, a little mess could be forgiven. Like In 'N Out, I could go without Chick Fil A for a long time (forever?) but some people can't live without it. This location is horrible. One time they forgot all of my fries with my order. They barely give any sauce and they lean on your car when they are taking orders outside. The fries are soggy and it's like the quality of the chicken has gone down hill. Just save your self the trouble and go to the one off Renner and Plano Parkway. The chicken quality is 100 and the fries are so crispy. They also get you in and out with no confusion of who's turn it is to go when the drive thru lanes merge. This is the worst chick-fil-a I've ever had the displeasure of dining at. The chick-fil-a in North Garland runs like clockwork. This place??? An absolute mess. The drive through took forever to get through. There are no signs that day where to go for the drive through when lines are long. The drive through is 2 lanes that merge into one. Normally that's not much of a problem, but they ask cars in the inner most late to get into the outer lane - only to merge BACK into the inner lane. This location has done a 180 and is absolutely awesome now. They've created two lanes in the drive through so now it's 100 times more efficient. I used to dread going during lunch and now it's a smoother transition. They're curbside is great. Personally, it's my way to go. Everyone is masked up and polite. I made this location priority to ensure my taxes stay to help my city. We average 3-4 visits a week. Overall, I'm glad they made the necessary changes to make this a great, friendly, and efficient location. read more

I received my order with a half empty Large Fry. Charging extra money for the same amount of fries, if not less than what you get with a medium, is in no way fair. I have no idea why this chick-fil-a is rated so bad. I LOVE this place. this is my local chick-fil-a and I get it very often. I don't have a singular complaint other than the wait time is longer than I would like, which only means they're doing very well for themselves. Kudos to the management and staff here! This is as good as it gets as far as fast food dining goes. There are restaurants that could learn a thing or two from this place. I can always count on this location to have a consistent and excellent level of service. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job and it definitely shows in the service they provide. The dining room is always clean and organized. There is always someone coming to our table asking if we need drink refills, or if we need our trash thrown away. The drive thru has never messed up my order. Nothing is more frustrating when you are in a hurry and notice that they forgot to put something in your bag! This is the only drive thru where I don't feel the need to check my order before I drive off. Every Tuesday, they offer a free breakfast entree from 6-9am per person. Through the end of May, they are doing Student Night every Friday from 5-7pm. Students get a complimentary 8-count nugget with the purchase of any combo with a student ID. This location is very active with Spirit Nights for many schools and organizations. I'm so glad that this Chick-Fil-A is part of the Murphy community! Lately, I've been handed a chicken sandwich with no chicken, I've been handed a bag with missing cookies, and today I got fried chicken instead of grilled. These people are very kind and friendly, but please put a system in place to check what customers are ordering versus what they are receiving. read more

I live closer to this location than the North Garland store, so because of work from home I have visited this store more than North Garland in the last four months. The one thing that really bothers me about this store is the lack of ice in the iced tea. I am only going once a month, not once a week, so I forget to tell them to put ice in my iced tea. By the time I get home I only have a handful of pellets of ice floating on the surface of my tea. I just did it again, I know this is the problem with the Murphy store, but I forgot. So, I just got home to 12-14 pellets of ice in my tea. I was just trying to treat myself to a cold glass of tea to start another 100 degree day. Everything else was great. The manager and other personnel were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, service oriented! They refilled our drinks and quickly removed our trash from our table. Drive thru person Mandy was very rude and obviously irritated . She interrupted me several times and at one point when I asked my son what he wanted to eat she even interrupted us . I had to ask her to give us a minute while we were deciding . She seemed as if she didn't want to even be there . I tried to continue ordering and as I would talk she would interrupt and blurt out things like "what do you want to drink!" "Do you want chicken bacon or sausage!" "Anything else!"
