It's Chic-Fil-A what more needs to be said! ha ha Seriously though, It's a wonderful location. They are always friendly, precise, and helpful. We get great food here every time. Very consistent. Manager is wonderful, friendly and so willing to help out our students with Spirit nights. A short story of one of our dine in experiences....I had brought a few of the kids up there after tieing the yellow ribbon all around town to honor our soldiers. As we sat there one of the kids accidentally spilled their drink all over the floor. All of a sudden a man seated next to us with his wife and child started cleaning it up and helping the boy to get a new drink and wouldn't let us touch the mess. Come to find out the man was an employee and even though he was just eating there with his family he was quick to help us out. This is the flow of this place with all their employees. Although I love eating at Chic Fil A, I especially love coming to this location. The restaurant is clean and the staff is always in a positive mood. I've never experienced any problems at this location nor have I witnessed any and I come here almost every week. Don't let the drive through line scare you. There's almost always a line when I go however, it moves pretty fast. If you've never had chic fil a, I usually order the grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap with honey mustard as the dressing but you also can't go wrong with the chicken deluxe sandwich. If you're ordering fries or nuggets, make sure to pair it with the chic fil a sauce! You won't regret it. You can also get the Polynesian sauce which is a bit tangier and sweeter. All controvery aside, Chick Fil A makes one of the best fast food chicken sandwiches I've ever had! Its fried but not greasy at all. And because of that there is no post scarf down guilt! The waffle fries are heavenly and the lemonade is the perfrect balance of sweet and tart. Its a very family friendly place and at this particular location they walked our tray of food to our table so we didn't have to wait at the counter while they put our order together. Chic Fil A always has excellent customer service and this location is no exception. I am always greeted politely and genuinely. They never mess up my order. They really set the standard in the fast food industry. I work as a manager in customer service and always use Chic Fil A and In n Out as examples of what to strive for in terms of service quality. The reason I only give four stars is the food just tastes okay to me. I usually get either the 12 pack of nuggets or a chicken sandwich. The Polynesian sauce helps make up for the blandness of the chicken. I usually just eat here if my wife or son do which is just on occasion. The waffles fries are also just okay. read more

I feel weird writing a review for a fast food restaurant, but how can you go wrong with the Murphy Chick-fil-A? Food is always great and it's a favorite of my kids. It's obvious that CFA cares about the community as most employees are local kids. They also do "Spirit Night" for the area schools to raise money. Invariably the staff at this location manage to omit part of the order, and they're getting better at it. Tonight we ordered four meals and they handed us a drink carrier with 3 drinks. I mean, really? Your quality control is that inept? But it worked! They distracted us enough that we figured they couldn't have left anything else out. Wrong! Short one order of (cold) fries. Pitiful. Is there an adult in the house? You're only open 6 days a week. It can't be that hard to double check your orders. I love all chick-fil-as. I went to this location yesterday with my 1 year old son, this was my first time out to eat with a play area. Southern hospitality at its finest! I just barely made the breakfast time at 10:21am, and they greeted me as soon as I entered. The cashier (Taylor) asked for my name for the order and was very accommodating as I messed up my order. she gave me my sweet tea (I live in NYC now so I take advantage when I can) immediately before I even put my wallet back in my purse, making sure to call me by name. Drive Thru Service is Slow It doesn't seem like them having technology to take orders at the curb makes service any quicker and giving them your name doesn't make orders accurate. Okay. So my daughter and I ate here for lunch and had the chicken nuggets and French fries. Several hours later and the same time we both had stomach cramps and nausea. We had not eaten the same food any other place in the last 24 hours. This was a couple weeks ago. We know it was what we ate here . I spoke to the manager and she made excuses saying there was no way that it was what we ate there. Well it was. She went on an on about how she was in the kitchen and watched as they prepared the food. She said she would send us a replacement meal and that was never sent as she said. That's all I care about. I just would like them to acknowledge that whatever they gave us was bad and made us sick and repayment for that meal. I will let you know if that ever happens. My favorite fast food place ever! The service is always outstanding and the employees are always attentive. I'm always greeted and they are always happy to help me when I need refills or extra condiments. When I dine in someone is walking around checking on the customers to throw away their trash or to refill their drinks. My go to meal is the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. The sandwich is always warm and I love the waffle fries. I also love the Cobb salad with avocado lime dressing. The only con is that it gets busy alotttttt so there can be a bit of a wait and they are closed on Sundays. So if you have craving on Sunday you are out of luck. read more

Four staff members in the parking lot backing up the line all the way in front of the bank next door??? A person under an umbrella by the regular menu/speaker confirming your order? Wow I never thought I would find a bad Chick-fil-A but I did. It is located right here FM 544 Wylie, Tx. First off I order a Sausage biscuit combo. The person taking my order said the fryer was down and therefore had no hash browns but then they wanted me to pay full price for half a meal, does that make since? Wait the review gets better. I pull up to the window and all of the Chick-Fil-A employees were talking badly about previous customers while struggling to get the fryer working. I finally got my order after 10 minutes waiting at the window and my order was wrong so I had to reorder it. I finally pulled away from the circus and as my daughter pull out her sausage biscuit we observed they got her order wrong by giving her a muffin. There are too many kids working here. I feel that their service has gone down from previous years. Even though they have many employees, not one person asked what I needed when I walked up for a refill on my drink. It's like they just stand around acting like they're doing something because it's always busy but really they're not. At my last dine in visit a group of the teens gathered to gossip by the registers while only 1 girl was doing all the work. There were also other employees walking by and still would not help me. I had to wait for the one girl who was doing everything herself to refill my drink. Chick fil a is supposed to have great service and also, I don't even think they say "my pleasure" anymore. read more
