Chick-fil-a is by far my favorite fast-food stop, however I will never be returning to this particular location. I ordered a chicken sandwich and lemonade, everything tasted normal. What happened an hour later would be the deciding factor in where I go for my junk food cravings. I received horrible food poisoning from the improper preparation services at this location. Vomiting, nausea, cold sweats, the WHOLE shebang. I hadn't eaten anything else that day so I know it was from the food. I turned up in class after that particular weekend and heard a classmate talking about his experience with food poisoning from the same location. Extremely disappointing. read more

I was sad to write an update but since we've been loyal patrons for years, it pains me to realize that service and food have both gotten worse, especially of late (not sure if it's affected by the new Raising Cane's that opened nearby). During a recent breakfast visit, the restaurant was quiet, highlighted by half dozen flies buzzing around checkout counter. One of the usual friendly faces at register seemed disoriented and zoned-out. She got more than 1/2 our order wrong (even though we order the same thing on almost every visit), the order took twice as long despite the fact that it was really slow, and even added an extra item that I didn't order (which I was charged for). I didn't go and argue, and even if I tried, there was really no one at the counter. The part of order that she did get right was of poor quality. Everything tasted a weird combination of bland and greasy. Usually we'd inhale our biscuits in no time but this time we ended up tossing out some food. Free breakfast entrees EVERY Tuesday before 9 AM (one per person--and adorable 2-year old nephews count, too!). Went here this past Tuesday and got a full order of Chick-N-Minis. Yum. I don't know what they put in those biscuits but they are delish. Service at this location was also excellent. The manager came to our table at least twice to ask if we needed refills on any drinks or anything else. Also, has a nice little play area for kids to keep them occupied. It's especially great for toddlers. And they offer hand sanitizing wipes before they enter the play area! They really cater towards kids because they also offer complimentary plastic placemats for those children that still need some help keeping food on their plate. Coffee is cheap but could use some improvement. I'd still get my caffeine fix elsewhere. read more

Who doesn't love Chick Fil A! Thank goodness they opened one up in Murphy a couple of years ago.

They offer a free breakfast item on Tuesdays from 6 AM to 9 AM. It's phenomenal how courteous the staff is all the time!

Need to hire more staff for inside and someone to take orders outside. The drive-thru line is always moving super slow!

I love this location. They are always fast, nice, and accommodating. I eat the Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch dressing and it's addicting. All the people who work here are very friendly. read more

Worst customer service ever , been waiting for my iced coffee for 30 minutes but turn out was hot coffee . Literally stood at the counter waiting for help but the guy in blue shirt (i guess was the manager) ignored me twice while he just asked the other 2 people next to me. TWICE!! Not sure what's up with this specific location. They're usually on top of it, no mistakes, no issues. But lately everytime we go there's an issue, and we hit the drive thru once a week. We don't order anything complicated, no special orders, just "number 1 with a sprite, number 3 with a coke" and so on. But EVERY TIME for the last 2 months, there's an issue. Drinks are wrong, food is wrong, receipt is wrong, things are missing, etc. and despite multiple phone calls, and even multiple trips all the way back (they gave my 15 yr old son 4 chicken nuggets instead of a chicken sandwich meal... not going to work out) it's not improving. We're not picky or difficult. We can make it work. But when half of my meal is not what I ordered or just plain missing, and it's everytime, not here and there, I have to wonder who is running the show there? read more

I used to enjoy their food. Seems like over the past 6 months portions are smaller and my wallet still feels the same. The wraps used to be full of chicken chunks. then they began to reduce the amount and switched to ground chicken now it's there's even less. All you taste is the tortilla. The chicken sandwiches used to have the chicken cover the bun, not anymore. I don't know if this is store specific, but the fries were 3/4 full and one side of my sandwich bun was burnt and the other not even toasted. I took my family here a few nights ago and the young man that took our orders (I'm guessing by his tie he was a manager) didn't show any interest in us or what we had to say. He was extremely rude and wasn't accommodating one bit. There were a few young workers leaning against the counters drinking behind the counter and we saw one of them eating where they push the food out! I guess when management isn't there the kids are allowed to do whatever they want. read more

The food is ready quickly and comes hot and fresh. The service at this location is exceptionally friendly. Like most Chick-Fil-A locations, the parking lot is challenging, particularly during the lunch rush. It is a very convenient location when I make a trip to the parents' home. Slow, wait times in the drive thru are long and error prone.

CFA is known for its solid customer experience but this location is one of the best. Everytime I go with my children the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have found the service to be on par or better than a sit-down restaurant where you actually have to pay a tip. read more

I love chick-fil-a and always eat at this one at least once a week. After numerous visit they accidentally left a sandwich out of my order. I called and the manager was so friendly and apologized for the mistake, he even took my information and send me a a few free meals in the mail. I really would have kept coming here regardless because they are always great and you know what we are all human mistakes happen. However with the way the manager took care of me and how concerned he was it really made me appreciate them even more. Where do I start? Well, I suppose the food should be enough (it is good, after all), but it's hard to rate the food when the employees routinely leave out items that were ordered. This place is super clean. Staff are very friendly. No matter how crowded, you can bet that you order will come very fast. They even come out at car pool taking orders on computer. Oh my god. I live here. I walk in the door and everyone knows me, maybe because I'm usually there twice a day, and they're always so nice. The food is the holy grail of chicken, little bite-sized pieces of diabetes that will definitely melt in your mouth. Don't even get me started on the lemonade, if you drink this, I'm pretty sure you're gaining super human abilities by the ounce. My entire paycheck goes into the place every month so I would say they are a tad expensive but the feelings of extreme euphoria every time you consume even the smallest amount of their food, is worth the extra penny. The food is really amazing and they are always super fast. Except I went there on a Saturday night for dinner and bought 8 deluxe chicken sandwiches and they forgot 3 of them. After I got home they had told me they wrote my name and number down and to come in on Monday since they are closed Sunday and then denied that they had ever spoken to me and had said they couldn't do anything about it because it's not the day after even though they are closed Sunday. They ended up saying they could only replace 2 of the 3 they forgot. Very disappointing in the company and what they are suppose to stand for... at least this location. read more

So now I have just killed 45 minutes of my time, and still don't have breakfast. I could understand if they told me at the time I placed my order.
