Came on a Friday evening. Great atmosphere, loved the patio! Becca was a fantastic server -- we had a baby with us and she gave very good advice about food that was too hot or spicy, and placing the hot plates away from him. If you want to be nickel and dimed for everything, this is the place to go. I ordered tacos and they were served with a hand full of chips and a 3 oz cup of salsa, barely enough salsa to eat on my tacos, much less with my chips too. When I asked for more salsa, it was delivered to me in 2 more 3 oz cups, and when I checked my receipt they charged $1 for each additional cup. So ridiculous! I mean how expensive can salsa be? Most Mexican restaurants serve these for free!!! read more

Jahnun was so friendly and helpful. Quick without rushing and they didn't give me that "I'm too cool to be here" bartender attitude. You know the one. Drinks? On point. Vibe? chill with great music. I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience. There is ample bar space but table seating is little limited until the temperature drops below lava levels. Everything we ordered was great! Brisket grilled cheese, I opted for everything on the side but hindsight, I would would add the jalapeños and BBQ sauce on it next time. The manager was attentive as were the waitresses. My sister and I came here the night before my wedding. We sat outside because the weather was so nice. It was a great experience! The only thing was all of the kids playing yard games right next to you and almost hitting my sister with a beanbag. The bar next door had karaoke going on so we had dinner and a show so to speak. The service was average and the food was surprisingly really good. Queso is a must and it was good. We are so excited to have an upbeat place in town that is good for adults and late nights. read more

The wait staff and bartenders are the best part. While so many of them are great, Elena has always been attentive, helpful, funny and an all around great bartender. This is, by far, the worst to-go experience I've had in the past 5 years. 1/2 of the food ordered was what I actually got when I arrived home for my family. To top it off, some of the things were not as advertised. The "brioche bun", for the burger, is actually Texas Toast. The Brussels sprout side was burnt to an unrecognizable and not edible state, why do that?!?! What's sad is, once entering the restaurant you can smell the burnt food, but you have to ignore it like it isn't happening and your food will be different. If you think that, you'll be wrong 100% of the time. They will go out of their way to burn your food. A side of guacamole that was ordered for the tacos, turned out to be cole slaw. Again, who does that?!?!?! Pics below.... Stay away from this overpriced soul sucking experience, and go to an actual restaurant. This place is nothing more than trash, and they will serve you trash while you give them a fair amount of coin. As one who appreciates a good time, good food, and fair value..... none of these are available here. We had to throw away a good amount of the food. Walk in @ 4pm on a Friday. No one to greet us at the door or direct us where to sit for about a minute, before letting us know it was open seating. Sat at the bar, wanting to order some food and drinks. Waited fives minutes to be served. No one around. Walked out. The 51% sign on the door was a real turn-off as I conceal carry with a license; had to leave my piece behind in the car. Will not ever be revisiting this establishment; I can't imagine they will last long based off the terrible service. read more

We had a blast at Brass Tap in Sachse Texas. A graduation party turned in to a STARS watching party. We had a group of 16. Dalila took care of us from 5pm until about 10pm. The food, drinks and J are great but the rest of the staffs service is not. The servers and bartenders are not attentive and it takes 15 minutes to get a soda even when your the only one there and then once you do they disappear for another 10-15 minutes. What an amazing experience! The staff definitely knew their drinks and were super friendly. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helped find a draft I ended up sipping on the rest of the night. I mean 60 different taps to choose from but they made it easy. The atmosphere is definitely a highlight. You can see the GM Madi walking around making sure everything and everyone is taken care of. Don't have enough good things to say about this place or the staff they have. Had to give a huge shout out for Jayde, Bry, Sergio, Skylar, and Michelle for making my experience top notch. Obnoxious trivia night that for some reason is broadcast outside even though no one is sitting out there from the Brass Tap. Those trying to enjoy the area at Manny's have to hear it. This Brass Tap location is relatively new with a good atmosphere. It is a nice place to visit as long as you don't mind the bartender vaping and refusing to serve you if you are sitting at a table. She told us to talk to our server. Maybe I am old fashion, but vaping openly is not a good example for the children who were present. read more

Have given this place 3 tries and each time have had to wait well over 20 mins for any kind of service. The last was the final straw. Was early and not busy at all. Sat outside and 4 different severs walked by without any sort of acknowledgment. We had to stop one and ask for menus. Waited 10 mins and nobody came around so we tried to sit at the bar. Barback was there but couldn't serve us so we waited again for bartender nowhere to be found. Finally gave up and left. I really wish I could give this place a higher rating because I really was looking for to trying it. However I was extremely disappointed. I understand it's geared towards drinking and has multiple options for beer however the options for non drinkers are very slim. Would serving tea really kill y'all or break the bank?! The food.... Nether horrible or rememberable. The bottom part of the biscuits were rock hard and inedible. Cheese curds portions should have been called a side and served for $4 and not double that. The donut holes were over fried, dry and desperately needed a fruit sauce or compote for dipping instead of just syrup.
