So disappointed- Ive never had such bad food at a Wingstop location...my wings were fried super hard- couldnt bite through them, fries were literally DRENCHED with cheese sauce- couldn't even enjoy it- my 'cold' carrot and celery were placed in the bottom of a bag full of hot food- so tjey were hot and soggy- I'll be requesting a refund tomorrow. Customer service is horrendous. Every time I've entered, no one ever says hello, they ignore me and I have to say something to get someone to help me. This time I ordered through door dash pickup to avoid the customer service. The lady working the front of course says nothing when I walk in, I have to ask for her to get my order because she acted like she didn't see me. She hands me the order and says nothing. I'm missing my drink so I say can I get my lemonade. She says nothing and grabs the lemonade. And throws it on the counter. Says nothing. I look in the bag and I ordered 15 wings, and veggies and only one ranch is in the bag, so I ask if I can have a second ranch. She rolls her eyes and says abruptly "it's $1.28". Ok I'll pay, kinda annoyed since I already spent $30 on my meal, that I can't have one extra ranch. I only have my phone so I ask if I can pay with Apple Pay. She says no and nothing else. Not "sorry, we don't take Apple Pay". Or "you know what I'll grab one for you this time no biggie". Says nothing and leaves me to walk out of the store. Whoever manages this store does an absolutely terrible job training their employees. Common manners like saying "hello", or "I'll be right with you" if there's a wait, or "have a nice night" would go a long way. I see many have complained about the service. Management should be ashamed. Do better. read more

the service here was just AWFUL. the cashier was very rude & the other employee kept taking his mask off & smelled like weed. very very unprofessional. the soda machine was sticky, seemed like it hasn't been cleaned for days. I love wingstop but the service was just completely awful. read more

We got our food to go and got home to open the bag and right away noticed how salty our fries were. I still gave them a chance and tried it. They were very soggy and tasted like old fries heated up later on with more salt poured on. I got the Korean and mild boneless wings. Both were too saucy with not much flavor. read more

First of all, the second I walked in the door with my friends, the cashier negatively connotated as a bunch of stoners, which I quickly disregarded. The cashier up front with the tekashi colored hair asked what I wanted and as I began saying my order she rudely interpreted me and asked for my name. Then I had to repeat the flavors of my wings at least five times before she got it right. Then, after I got my order I looked in the bag and saw it came with no ranch, and had to go back inside and pay an extra $5 for 2 sides of ranch, which you would think you be included in the order. Tekashi up front had terrible hospitality and made me feel like a burden for even ordering my meal. My wings were also the size of acorns, and felt that I didn't get my money's worth whatsoever. My friend also got his wings and they completely messed up the flavors that he asked for and had a hair in his wings. Would never recommend this place and it is the worst wingstop I've ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This wingstop is one of the worst wingstop i have ever been too! I sat next to a guy that waited for 40 minutes for his food. He asked for a refund and the lady said that she doesn't know how to refund him over line and she has to wait for the manger to come in. Besides this point I called for my order ahead of time at 12:50 because I got my order delivered and I was missing a 10 piece from my order. So I called at 12:55 and the girl was absolutely disrespectful to me. I asked for a refund and she said she can't refund me and that I have to speak to the manager about that. I asked if I could get the other one delivered she said no because that's addition charge even though I payed for the last transportation already. She said I have to go in myself and pick it up. So I go in and these ladies were absolutely rude. They were cussing in the back and the receptionist lady that was taking the orders were giving us horrible attitude. The guy next to me was a nurse and he waited 40 minutes for the food and go tired of waiting and asked for a refund. The lady said I can't help you nor refund until the manger comes in. Mind me this is 1:30 when the lady told me that she was going to be there at 1:00. Me and this guy are both nurses trying to get back to our work. So when the guy next to me asked for the refund the lady walked back and said "this is F***ing stupid" which we all could hear clearly. So the guy finally got his food back. I've never written a yelp review but this place made me want to. I placed an order to be ready at 3 o'clock around noon. I go in there and there's only about three customers in the whole store and yet it still took until 3:20 to get my food out to me. I was ignored when I walked in the door first of all and then as I was handed my food she just put the bag out to me and didn't say one word. So the experience from start to end was awful. Ordered an online order last night, showed up in the right amount of time it told me on the app and my food was cold. I get home open the bag and find out that a 10 piece wing I ordered was missing. I understand accidents happen but when I live 15 minutes away it kinda sucks. I go back to the location and they tell me it's gonna be a 5 minute wait but ended up waiting 10. Wouldn't you think that if you made a mistake on your end that you would make sure the customers order you messed up would be a priority? On top of this while I was waiting for my wings I've seen them mess up on 2 orders. The lobby is messy & drink station is filled with trash. Customer service is at a low and the Wingstop experience I'm used to isn't found here. Go to the one in highland or Fontana. read more

Put order in over the phone. Person taking the order was rude! Went to pick up the food walked in all the chairs were up like they were closing and it was 10pm they close at midnight my food was wrong I asked for dry and got wet overly seasoned. My wings were hard over cooked. read more

I walk in with my friend and daughter and theirs were 5 guys that were waiting for their food so the staff welcomed us in however I told my friend to go ahead and order before me so my friend placed her order with jasmine she knew we walked in together. However when she put in my friends order she walked off so I figured she had an Order to place on the phone. But she didn't she went to the back and the 3-4 mins later came out placed paper towels out I told my friend " I would like to place my order jasmine then looked at us and walked away. Then a 2 minutes later a guys comes in to the counter and I laugh in irritation because the man in the back cooking Hector asked how he could help him. I start to say Welp I guess I'm not ordering then the man who walks in apologized and I let him know it's not his fault. And Hector helps me and gives me a discount however I explain to him this happens when I come here that the staff tends to walk away without letting the customers know they will be back with them shortly. It is frustrating and not good customer service. Hector helped and was a helpful staff member but Jasmine should not assume I've been helped with or thing I'm not ordering she should have asked if I have been helped with. read more

giving this place a 2 stars because the mango habanero are amazing! but they always forget something. we ordered a 30 piece crew pack with all carrots and an add on of 5 boneless wings and they forgot the add on wings AND the carrots. we always used to go to highland for our wingstop but were happy to see they opened one in redlands but the past 2 times we've ordered from here something has always been missing so that's disappointing. guess it's time to go back to highland wing stop since they are always on top of the orders. read more
