My food was 15 minutes late and the girl at the front with the long hair had a real attitude problem. She should not be at the front counter if she doesn't know how to treat customers. I told her my name and she kept saying different names and every time I would say my name then she finally said well there are 3 Stephanie's that's why......ummmm how would I know that??!! How about you ask what my last name is instead of blurting our names like I can read your mind. Also, it's nasty to have your hair down when you work around food!!! Not sure if it was a bad day or what but between the arguing with customers saying their order wasn't there when it was or the ranch tasting like bleu cheese and water and one of the very loud cashiers said it was the new milk from corporate. This was the worst experience every. Arrived at Wingstop around 2:00 place a dine in order. In attempt to find a table to set in due to two staff people using fourr tables it was only one table in which someone was setting. I was not sure of what was happening so I attempted to pull a chair to a table. At this point one of the staff said," I could not set down at the table. I was taken back and ask okay where can I set. She responded on a chair referring to the chairs they had pull from the tables and put against the wall. At this point the customer setting at the only table allowed for setting, said", we could have his set. The food came out in a bag after being told we were dining in. The chicken was dry and greasy. Upon leaving a customer came in attempting to set and he was told he could not dine in. We requested to see the manager and inquired why, she did not have a sign that said, "no dining in. She responded it was dining in but they did not have a lot of space, I pointed out her three staff that had four tables together. We informed the customer he could dine in and pointed out the staff to the manager that said, no dining in. I went on to ask her why was food being stored out in the lobby for pick up. She stated," because they do not use light for their chicken it was fine to place per orders in bags in the lobby. I told her I think this might be against the health department code. She assured it was not and told me I could call someone. Before, she could finish I informed her I knew who to report to. The manager cooking staff all join her to listen to our conversation. I believe this Wingstop need to come up with a better system of storing per orders and informing the public in advance if they are not allow dine in at this location. This has been my worst experience with a Wingstop (and I love Wingstop). I placed my order with one cashier and was told it would be 15 min. I came back about 20 min later and was told that it wasn't ready and later that it was given to another customer. Clearly, they are not looking or reading the orders at all. She had the nerve to ask if I wanted my order to be made now? I was like 'Yes, of course.' After I got my order, the rolls were cold and slathered with a half of bucket of butter. I told the cashier that I didn't want the rolls due to how undercooked they were. She tried to give me a refund, but failed. I told her that she did not do it right, but she keep insisting. She just made a new order to print a receipt, b/c she lost my original one. I checked my bank account and it confirmed what I already knew. I haven't been here in a over a year because it always took them so long to have food ready, but I thought it was because it was new to the area. Once I waited over 30 minutes and while in there, the male cooks were rating women 0-10 that came in to pick up their food. Not cool!! During this visit, I feel one of the cooks in the back need to have a net on his huge beard because it's pretty gross that it's not covered while he's preparing food. I'll give this place 1 star for the wings and 1 star for a phone call back (see below). The wings here are pretty good. But I have to agree with Crystal J. The service is below par. I've given this location multiple attempts to make up for mistakes but every time, I have been disappointed. I have been to the location multiple times, and every time, the orders have been incorrect. Whether it was the incorrect wings, missing an order of wings (and it was one of the smaller family sized meals...and an entire order of wings were missing), or the sauces were incorrect, not one time has my order been correct. So you definitely need to check your orders before you leave the store...or you will be disappointed. I had to call the place multiple times to get a phone call back from the owner. But, I did have the opportunity to speak to the owner/manager to inform him of my experiences and what happened, which was greatly appreciated. I even made suggestions on how he could resolve some of these issues. I was offering to call him to let him know the issues instead of writing something like this. I always try to allow the business to correct whatever was wrong, because we all have bad days and make mistakes. After having the conversation with him (my wife was there also listening to the conversation), I was hoping for a truly different response than what he gave me. Even my wife had a confused look on her face. I was hoping that he would be able to convince me to revisit his restaurant or explain that he would make sure to talk to his team to resolve these issues; and hopefully ask me to come back in the future to give them another chance. Nope. Not the response I received. He gave me a general apology attempting to justify why my orders were the way they were (I'll just say that conversation was between us and I won't put that here)...but not a direct apology for having to drive back to pick up the rest of my order, no apology for my multiple issues/problems in the past, and no offer to reconcile the inconvenience of my experiences. I was kinda bummed. I was hoping to be able to come here in the future for my wings, but I will have to take my business elsewhere and get wings from some other restaurant. Again, the wings are good if you receive the ones you order. If you want to give this place a shot, feel free. But again, check your order. I've always had good experiences at other Wingstop locations except at this location in the Brier Creek Location. It is my impression that this location is poorly ran and managed. In my last few visits, I felt like I was inconveniencing the cashiers by placing a walk-in order versus being received as a valued customer. Many of the employees at this location could use some training on better customer interaction. In my last visit, I tried to use a 10% off coupon and received the reply that they could not enter it into their register. They seem mystified as to what the coupon was but shown it that was for this specific location. Ultimately they would not except the coupon (no biggie) but does demonstrate false advertising on top of their poor customer service. The first visit I thought was a fluke, so I figured I'd try again. 1st could not get through via phone nor ordering online. Yeah, they're probably busy but to drive up there to find them purposely ignoring the ringing phone, while all but one gathered out of the back door, vaping. In addition I tried to give this place a second chance. I came 50 minutes before closing and they were already trying to close the restaurant. The employees were still inside and PLAYING AROUND!! I called several times trying to place my order and nobody answered. While I was sitting inside of my car trying to get my order placed, the employees were inside and did not want to service me even after I was there well in advance before the restaurant closed. I believe they need to close at the appropriate time versus trying to be lazy and close up early when people come out of their way to purchase food before closing time. I had my kids with me and was trying to pick up dinner. It's an inconvenience to come out of the way to purchase food just to get turned around when you are already there before last call. In addition my order is CONSISTENTLY WRONG! It doesn't matter if I place the order or my husband does, its just always something wrong with the food. The times I have ordered food from this location, the staff is always playing, cursing, clowning around, joking while customers need to be serviced. I also had my kids with me and I did not appreciate the cursing while I was in a place of business. The management needs to tighten up on professionalism and hire appropriate employees. They need to start with the manager she needs improvement! The wingstop experience is dreadful here and an embarassment to the community, HEALTH HAZARD, and customer service needs improvement. If I could give this Wingstop location a negative rating I would. I have always loved Wingstop. However, after recently moving, I have begun going to Wingstop in Briar Creek. Everything about this location is just bad. Tonight I started calling around 9:15 to place an order. I literally called for 15 minutes and did not get an answer. They close at 10, so I just went in since it is only 5 minutes away. I arrived at 9:38. I was told by the lady taking orders that they were no longer taking orders. I informed the lady that it was now 9:39. She asked her manager, and he rudely reiterated that they were no longer taking orders. "All of the chicken has been put up for the evening." I was going to give a pass due to this being the Super Bowl but I just can't. Called in at 2pm for 5pm pickup. When I walked in the door at 5pm place was mobbed and completely disorganized. I waited 15 mins just to try and request my pickup which was not ready until after 5:30. People around me also called in, one as early as 11am for 5:15 pickup and was told it would not be ready until 5:45. Regarding the wings themselves - When I called in at 2pm I had ask for them to combine 2 sauces to which the person I was speaking with said I could not do ( put 2 sauces in bowl and swirl the wings around) but then was handed over to someone else who suggested I order hot garlic in lieu of mixing garlic parm with original hot. They were not good. I also had a large order of their LA rub wings that had no flavor. In addition to bad or no flavor the wings were way overcooked wings that nobody ate. It was like the dry overcooked turkey in Christmas Vacation(needed to be dipped in water to add moisture). Too many other options for better product and service. read more

The reason for me only giving one star is because of the extremely poor customer crevice my wife and i received. My wife arrived at home with our food only to notice our fries and ranch were missing from the bag. She called and asked to speak to the manager. when she told him of the missing food he told her that it was only hearsay and that she should have checked the bag. I went there tonight and brought up the missing food at which time I was told by the manager that it is their policy that if food is left out of the bag they are not responsible whether you have a receipt or not. Even after all that he had the nerve to tell me the missing food wasn't his problem. The irony being that before my wife got the food she had problems. The girls working told her it was going to be a few min before our order was ready. the store was empty being that it was starting to snow. My wife saw the bag and asked if it was ours and the girl said no. After a few minutes go by the girl walks over picks up the very same bag and hands it to my wife without even reading the receipt which shows she obviously knew it was ours. I went to this location today. They messed my order completely up. I called and spoke with Neally. She informed me that there was no manager on duty. I asked about having my order replaced. She said if I don't come today (20 minutes away from my home) I can't have my order replaced. I expressed that I'm 20 minutes away and she said "that's all that can be done". When I asked how did they hand me my order and greet me name she said "you must be the wrong April). My order was supposed to be ready at 4:32pm. They handed me my order at 4:31pm. Let me start by saying that I was one of the first customers when this place opened in Brier Creek. The owner of this wing stop can confirm that being that I've spoke to him on several occasions in the past. That being said, this place has went down tremendously. Other than the 2017 Super Bowl, I've ordered wings from here every year since they've been opened for the super bowl. When this place opened the food and service was 5 star hands down. Establishment was always clean & it didn't smell like spoiled or rotten chicken. Today the restaurant has a stench of old chicken or spoiled chicken. The chicken is re-fried, small in size & terribly over seasoned. When it use to take 12-20 minutes for an order, it only took about 6 minutes today. I will never eat there again. As I waited in line for 15 minutes I saw huge cockroaches crawling through the dining room they were at least 2 inches long. The girl working in the dining room jump on them stomping them as she cleaned like it was normal. I had talked to the manager on the phone and he was courteous and told me to come back to get my item but I did not expect to be treated the way I was by the cashier Marian. First time I went there I had placed a call ahead order and when I went to pick it up the order was not correct had to wait for them to correct it and told it would take 10 mins. 20 mins later I was able to leave, mistakes happen no big deal. Second time I went again I had placed a call ahead order. They got my order right this time but I stood in line by myself for 16 mins before I was helped to pick up my order that I called ahead for and was told that it would only take 10-11 mins to prepare. Great Wings, hard working and pleasant staff with great customer service. I have reviewed the posts regarding the Super Bowl issues and I completely understand the frustration many felt that day. It was like a perfect storm with the Panthers playing, however this is in no way indicative of the typical everyday service this location provides 364 days of the year. This is hands down the best location for wings in North/Northwest Raleigh. Being the best draws more customers, hence the issues experienced that day. Having met the Management Team and the owner, I'm sure they will learn from and put measures in place to prevent these issues in the future. read more

I would have given this place 4stars but my french fries were cold. I believe they may taste good from what I tried.
