The food is reasonably good but... I have ordered food in person and have had to wait 20 or so minutes for my food. Recently, I ordered online at 5:10pm. The pickup time that I was given was 5:30. I left home at 5:35pm expecting the my food might be a little cold when I arrived. When I got to the store there were about 9-12 people waiting for orders. Some were walk-in orders, some were Door Dash orders, others like mine were online orders. I did not receive my food until 6:42pm. I placed an order of of 20 boneless wings and a traditional order of 5 wings. I never got the boneless wings and instead they sent some corn on the cobs which I did not ordered. The wings I was missing were about $21 to place and I am getting $8 refund? It's ridiculous and upsetting. Just an overall bad experience. The restaurant is not clean, the employees are not friendly, and the food is not fresh. The chicken is incredibly robbery or stringy, and there's never a good middle ground. The sauces that cut the chicken, lack a ton of flavor or spice. I expect a mango habanero to be spicy, and this was just some pitiful sugar concoction. And don't get me started on their loaded fries. This is a carry out establishment. If you know exactly what you want you can walk in, order, and wait 15+ minutes for your order. We walked in and didn't know what to order. So I sat my party of 3 down and proceeded to order online, saving the lady at the counter the frustration of having to interview each one of us. It was the lunch rush so it took 20 minutes for my order and my party waited in the car so we didn't create a crowd. Moving on. The food was prepared as ordered. This is my 2nd time having Wing Stop and ordering via Door Dash. The wings were excellent. Moist, crispy, flavorful and piping hot ! A big difference from my first time trying the food. The fries were also excellent. We ordered the 15 piece Lemon Pepper & Hot wing classic bone in wings. The seasoning on the lemon pepper is kickin! A nice zest with the lemon, light pepper and moist meat. I hope they can keep the chef in the kitchen at this location. The wings are a complete difference from 12 months ago. First time ordering Wingstop. There was a 45 minute wait which was fine but after getting back to the hotel, I found an order was missing. Since no one was answering the phone, I drove back to the restaurant. I spoke to the person that took my order. They said my missing order "would be right out". After waiting 20 more minutes, I asked where the order was. I was told the order was never "dropped" and had now closed the fryers. They gave me the left over chicken tenders they had at the end of the night and added sauce to them. No refund or credit for a future order was given, not even a sincere apology was given. Maybe if the workers weren't talking so much to each other and goofing off, the service would be better. I might try wingstop again in the future if I want some expensive, cold chicken but I definitely will not go back to this location. read more

The restaurant was clean and great customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was asked if I had a mobile order or if I needed to place an order. I didn't wait long. Very nice staff. I rarely submit reviews but I've been quite a few times, and it seems to be a round-robin of slackers, only one or two individuals are actually doing their job and the management is not delegated properly. I know a few friends in the Wingstop industry in management positions and this is not how they allow their stores to conduct service. Oh my where to start?...You know how it is when you have a craving for something and when nothing else will pacify your craving, well that was my mood when I was in Brier Creek so while at Navyfed I ordered Wingstop on line. I've always enjoyed the wings and the fact you can have wing fried extra crispy and pick all flats which I desired. The 10 piece all flats seasoned with garlic parmesan cooked extra crispy with side of fries was the WORST order I've ever received from Wingstop. Upon getting home and opening my order it was very obvious that these were old wings, possibly cooked night before. They were so dry the meat was as rough as tree bark that splintered when I tried to bite into it. Sadly even the fries were unaccounted also. Overcooked in old cooking oil all I could taste was burnt flavor. Yes my craving and desire to get home made me break a cardinal rule of opening order and checking before accepting it. What a #$^&ing experience! These wings could have been used to start a fire in fireplace they were so dried out. I don't know if I will ever order wings at any spot on Brier Creek again this is 2nd restaurant in that area that can't make one of the most basic thing FRIED WINGS! Ordering via the app: keep in mind, the app isn't real time, so their might be stuff you order that they do not have in store. We ordered rolls and when we got to the store they had a note on the bag stating no rolls and we would get a refund. Otherwise, it was simple - no hassle. The food: chicken was cooked good. Buffalo Wild Wings served us cold chicken last time and offered to go microwave it, so my fiancé suggested try this place, and I was SO happy to see the sign that says "no heat lamps or microwaves"!!!! My fiance had ordered from this wing stop at work once in the past and loved it, the chicken he ordered was hot even after being delivered. One thing they were also: extra greasy. We ordered because we liked that there wasn't an open dining room and thus we felt it was a safer stop. The online ordering was pretty easy. We went with 20 mixed between three sauces/rubs and a variety of dips and some celery add on. The value seemed solid. The pickup was a bit delayed, they seemed busy. There were too many people inside the small space. My hubby and I tried this for the first time. Very friendly service with a smile! Offered advice about wing flavors. Plenty of parking! Pretty decent prices. We decided to go with Louisiana Rub & Mild, with fries. We did boneless and bone in. I liked the bone in better but that's my preference. Fries are homemade and very tasty. The Louisiana rub was awesome with plenty of kick!!! Highly recommend this rub!!! The food is cook to order so you will have to wait extra. It took our food around 15 mins. Well worth the wait!
