Last time going to this location! Have reported this location to the corporate office and encourage others to do the same. This is the first time I have gone in quite a few months, due to the fact that the only thing they do consistently is get my order wrong. Today was no exception. To start off, the guy who answered the phone to take my order had me repeat my order 5 times (wheres the difficulty in a 10piece hotwing combo, with ranch dressing and cajun corn??? To be honest, I was shocked someone picked up the phone, as the only one concerned about assisting with orders is the automated voice lady). When I got there, 45 mins later to pick up my order (from past experience, they are NEVER on time, so took my time getting there), they said that my order would be ready in a few mins? There was another gentleman waiting for his order, that was there before me. So while we are both waiting for our order, the 4 crew members were in plain view laughing, cussing, pushing each other, joking and carrying on like they didnt have people to service (and mind you, I later saw that the gentleman's order had been sitting on their pickup rack the entire time). After waiting a few mins, I finally got up and asked them why I had to wait for my food when I ordered almost an hour ago. They told me that "their systems went down" and that they had "just got the ticket for my order". They could have communicated that to me when I got there, but I guess they were too busy clowning around to get to it. Then three more people came in, one of which was a person from an online food delivery service to pick up orders. Magically, their orders were already prepared and ready for pickup; yet mine wasnt. After they finally got my order to me, I checked the food and it was WRONG! Waiting an hour for the food, plus these clowns' lack of professionalism were enough for me to be done with this location. I had my child with me, so they also had me waiting on the rest of the plans we had for the evening. MANAGEMENT: Stop hiring these highschool kids and young adults! Either they have bad attitudes; dont understand customer service; or are too busy trying to crack jokes than to do their jobs. They are all pretty consistent with their apathetic attitudes towards their jobs and patrons. It is honestly a shame that this location bares the name of Wingstop. This has got to be the most poorly ran brand location I've ever been to. I placed an order online for 2 10 Piece Classic combos and 1 10 Piece Classic Combo all flats all half lemon pepper and half original hot. I work in the area so I picked this up on my way home. I usually check my food before leaving but didn't this day. Upon getting home I realized they forgot 1 of the fries for one of the combos. One of the orders was boneless wings, one had the incorrect flavors, and the order that was supposed to be all flats was forgotten completely. I called to let them know my order was incorrect and I would not be able to make it back the same night, one because it was already almost 9:30 pm and they close at 10 and also because I live in the Wake Forest area. I spent 4 days playing phone tag with the employees trying to get in contact with a manager who was never there. Finally I get to speak to the manager who offers me one combo which was completely unacceptable considering I spent almost a whole business week trying to get in contact with her. I spent almost $50 at this location and was offered something that would've been less than $13. I'm very particular about chicken wing skin. It sounds odd but I like the skin to be taut, without latent fat deposits under the skin. My favorite flavors are the Korean Q, which is sweet and spicy, and the Cajun wings. Also, WingStop's fries cannot be beaten. They are made fresh, not frozen from a bag, and seasoned with a salty and sweet mixture. My standard order of a 6 piece combo, bone in well done is always a hit. I get half mango habanero, a tangy, sticky sweet and spicy sauce that packs a punch that isn't so overwhelming. The other half I do Louisiana dry rub which is so good. Well seasoned and I can never get enough. I recently had my first and last experience at Wingstop. I will not be going back, and I might even be being a little generous with 2 stars. I ordered a family pack of wings for Superbowl Sunday. I called when they first opened on Sunday morning and asked for a pick-up time of 5. I thought the family pack sounded reasonably priced, at around $28 for 30 wings (and they will let you have up to three flavors), a side (potato salad for me), 3 sauces and veggies (celery and carrot). I arrived to pick up my order about 5 minutes early and was told they were running a little behind, that I would have about a 10-15 minute wait. Ok, I get it, it is Superbowl Sunday and a lot of people want wings. The place was over-crowded with people waiting around the same way that I was. 30 minutes have passed, and I will admit I had grown a little impatient, so I went to ask to make sure they my original phone order. I was told my order was next up. Hmm....they finally call my name at 5:42 PM. Ok, again, I understand they are busy but at the least I would expect a "thank you for your patience" or "sorry for the wait." Nope. They hand me a bag with "here's your order" and that's it. Probably my fault for not checking the bag, but when I get home I find out I am missing the veggies. There was no way I was going back to wait around again for those. As far as the food, honestly, it was pretty meh. The hot wings were pretty good, the teriyaki wings did not taste like teriyaki and potato salad was good. Overall I don't think the food was as good as I hoped. I will say there were a lot of angry customers in the restaurant that day and I did feel bad for the people working. However, I did not feel that most of the people working were too apologetic to the customers about the wait. I kept hearing a lot of, "it's Superbowl Sunday, it's like this everywhere." I do not agree with this. I ordered wings a couple years ago from another Raleigh restaurant for Superbowl Sunday and my wings were waiting for me right away at the bar. If they can not handle the amount of orders, it would be a good idea to not accept so many of them. When he questioned the whereabouts of his order he then requested a refund. The refund was denied and so we left...hungry and unrefunded. UPDATE: As previously mentioned, much of the drama was left out of my original post (which I gave only 1 star). Since that occasion, I mailed a detailed complaint to both corporate and the franchisee, who contacted me with a full and honest apology. The tables were dirty and the ladies bathroom was pretty gnarly, including what appeared to be drops of blood in the sink. Meanwhile, back at the cash register, the teenage worker bee was busy on her phone (despite the manager's presence). The wings themselves were mediocre. I go this time and ask about the fries I didn't get and get told, that doesn't sound like something we would do. Plus you're getting a pack now so we can't give them now. Just very disappointed!
